The level of customer service we received was UNMATCHED & very welcomed.

We went in for oil and filter and didn't break a sweat finding what we needed. In and out in less than 10 min with a customer point bonus and military discount.

Had the greatest experience for a battery replacement! Have a newer car with the battery in an awkward location, but Joe was able to change it with no problem! Would highly recommend ⭐️

Down to Earth, honest and not out to pack sand up your pantleg....not afraid to tell you who might have the part tht they can't get.
Don't let females fool ya....some have better auto-sense than some school trained mechanics and won't attempt talking ovr your head trying to look "smart".

I was in a major bind and these guys had exactly what I needed to get me back up and running again. Service and knowledge were awesome.

There is one guy there with gray hair and glasses. He is slow and repeatedly asks what's your looking for. I dread each time I get him. I think he must be autistic. So nothing mean towards him he just is who he is.

Not sure if they get many women in store. Felt better, before I left. I was surprised the diagnostic was free!

Fantastic small-town store with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They will order parts for you and allow you to pay when they arrive. I have had a really good experience every time that I have gone in for any reason. I would not hesitate recommend them to anyone.

I love auto zone. We had a battery still under warranty go bad and they installed a new one on the spot.
