Excellent customer service also. I called and needed a part minutes before they closed. They pulled the part for me and had it ready on the counter.

The carelessness of this store and for the expensive price is unreal. First, they sold me expired cat food, then I purchased weed killer with a broken seal which fell over in my car spilling all over my trunk and getting into crevices in my trunk now exposing me to weed killer which is not good. When I called to voice my frustration from my past visits, all the manager could say was "I'm sorry. That's all I can say." Never returning.

This is a well stocked ranch and livestock supply store. The folks are always friendly. They are quick to help and have just about anything you could possibly need for farm or ranch. The hardware section is full of good quality tools for very reasonable prices. There is a huge selection of western and ranch clothing and boots. They also sell live poultry in season. It is an absolute perfect place for all your ranching needs.

I love this store. I lived in Fallon for 3 years they have always been friendly and real nice to my dogs. The dogs knew what Big R meant, COOKIES!!!

Great place to shop if you need something out of the ordinary (like chickens). If you have an unhealthy obsession for anything country related this is your kinda store. Although if you’re looking for something ordinary like a razor blade knife, louie’s hardware is probably a better choice.

Picked up a couple of items I needed and saw a few items in clearance tray, bought from there too plus noticed they had shower head, diverted, and wand also I bought. Hay I bought was very good but expensive.

Ron was great!!! Said he was new but did his best to find out the information we needed. Was knowledgable and gave great advice! Give that man a raise!

Thay always have a friendly staff ready to help. They have good prices on the chicken food and rabbit food I buy.

Never disappointing, always great fun and lots of variety, Made in America options and friendly and efficient staff. Yep, we'll be going back!!

Have been in any number of times over the past 6 months or so and I'm pleased to say it is always a pleasant experience. The staff are kind, friendly folk and consistently go above and beyond. Selection is excellent, too. Just about anything one could need for a small farm.

This is the best and the cleanest and stocked and the friendly staff.we are from out of town and would not miss a chance to stop.

Big R is reasonably priced. A bit more expensive than Wally world, but the quality is 100 x better. I'll pay the extra for better.

went to big R Fallon 3-24-21 after getting my covid vaccine at the local walmart. my wife and i walked in, a man walked in right after us and wasn't wearing a mask the employee told him he had to wear a mask, he told her he didn't have to wear one and walked right passed her. i seen the large signs that indicate that masks are required to shop. I talked to an employee named DON about man not wearing mask only to have him complain about how long the pandemic has been. Won't be visting that store ever again, and probably never a Big R store again.

Walked in looking for a pair of slacks for my son and they had exactly what we needed. Was in and out within a few minutes and the cashier was very nice. I love the people and service at Big R!

As we travel in our camper a lot, it's important to know where we can resupply within a 100 mile radius. In this case we needed to refill (not exchange) our propane tanks in Fallon before heading into the desert. Google Map search brought up the usual suspects that were not what we wanted, either home supply companies or tank exchanges. We were recommended to Big R by the clerk at Speedway, and when we arrived the service was quick and friendly. Both tanks filled or topped off, at a good price, with friendly service. The second time we went I parked near the tank and someone immediately started walking my way. Inside the store the staff were equally helpful and friendly. I will definitely return when we're in the neighborhood.

Big R usually has anything that you want and the workers are very friendly. They did not have the item I was looking for but they did suggest a different store. The small town vibe is balanced with professionalism.

As a Northeastern kid who had no idea what good jeans were like, this place helped me to see what I was missing. Plus, its like 6 of our stores rolled into one, which is nuts. Great spot to check out!

I went to Big R in Fallon looking for the Flame Genie pellet fire pit as I saw there tv commercial advertising it. Well they had it and it works GREAT! I love this fire pit. Easy to start lights fast clean burning no smoke and alot of heat. I got the small one for only $149 I saw them on the internet and they were $200 very happy camper
