AutoZone Auto Parts - Emmett, ID

We got a serious problem with our shifting cable and luckily some very nice people in Emmett helped us out. As they didn't have the required tools, they recommended us doing another check with AutoZone to see if all the gear had been fixed appropriately afterwards. A very nice and skilled woman at AutoZone Emmett was super helpful, checked everything for us, and didn't even charge us for it. I would definitely go to AutoZone Emmett for any further problems, as their service was amazing. So much better than O'Reilly's Auto Parts, where no-one was really willing to help.

Once again, Autozone was great yesterday with helping me out, checking my oil on my gauge in my car where I required a quart which Taylor so graciously assisted me with, where he offered his help without a flinch. I truly value this particular establishment where they're always curtious & helpfull, plus I appreciate it that they open @ 7:30 am! ♥️ this Emmett Idaho location.

Even though the part we needed wasnt in stock, the employee tried very hard to find us what we needed. The store is very clean and well organized and the employees are very friendly

Nice, clean store. The employee that was there was very friendly and helpful. Aisles were clean and organized. Just needed some fuses, but I'll definitely go back for other automotive needs.

Shawn Cooper has always gone above and beyond to help me every time I come in the store. He is so knowledgeable, and I have to say this is the only auto parts store I shop in specifically because of him!

Worked with manager Ron, very friendly. Worked with my concern patiently even though I couldn’t describe it very well at first. Found the part I needed they let me borrow tools and put it in. Gave me credit for old piece that I had. Top notch service. Great job Autozone.

These guys were fast and had our part in stock. They have a free tool loan service and that really helped us out!! I highly recommend AutoZone! We just came from another parts store that claimed to have the same part and after a really long wait we were told they couldn't find it. Thanks for the great service!
