You gals staff will greet you with a smile and asked how they can help you. In my case didn't have that exact words for what I needed. Staff was kind and thoughtful and figured out the item I needed. Actually offered to install the item in my vehicle for me. Everything from tail lights, windshield wippers, locking gas cap and went back out with me after I tried to unlock it by myself without accomplishing the task. Stayed with me to go through the opening and locking of the locking gas cap until I was successful several times til I was confident.

Staff are courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant saying in parting if you have a problem come back I would or another staff team member will be appy to assist you.

Stopped by for new windshield wipers, tire chains and a light bulb, Cameron was as good as you can get. Helped me find the sizes I needed for everything and installed my wipers saving me time. In and out in 10 minutes, Much appreciated Cameron!

On a long road trip, pulling a UHAL. When the running lights went out, I came here to fix it. The whole store was extremely nice and helpful and knowledgeable. The customer service alone makes it 5 star.

They are very personable. However, if you have a "check engine light" come on, I suggest getting a second opinion.

Came in with a check engine light issue during a road trip. The staff helped me read the code and recommended me to the right garage in town to get the help I needed. The staff were friendly, kind, and helped explain things to me in clear terms without making me feel dumb (I know nothing about cars). I would strongly recommend this store based on their great service.

Great customer service from Beverly. I am from Cheyenne WY, and was visiting family, and it was time for the road trip back. Oil was a bit low, and she took the time to put in oil and explain how oil drained and a explained a true oil reading. Very grateful!

Nathan was incredibly helpful with explaining my DEF shortage. He explained the two kinds available and after I purchased he helped refill my Sprinter. He went over and above to help make sure I understood that truck stops have it available at truck pumps the next time I needed it to warn me of the perils of running low. Go here for great customer service and any low fluids for your vehicle.

Helped me out with a dead starter when it didn't come from them helped track down the vendor and I am pleased

1st time I called I had nice and great customer service! Now going inside a whole different story an older gentleman greated me rudely & when I was trying to describe what I needed he said can't get that you need to go to a glass shop rudely.... how come every other autoparts store was able to try and help me.... not impressed at all & I WILL NEVER shop at AutoZone if they treat younger woman with disrespect & rudeness... I felt hurt the way I was treated by this older gentleman & yes I went in with a mask.

You can never go wrong with Auto Zone.
I buy all my parts from them, it's nice to see a very well versed staff, on what you need.
