Amazing delivery service. Had a 32 foot barn delivered and was amazed how perfect the set up was. The guys who delivered it were amazing!

We ordered a 20' container. It arrived on time and it looked brand new. The unloading worked like a charm . The delivery driver was super nice and knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier.

Kat from Outwest Buildings was very easy to work with. From the time we stopped by to have a look until delivery, we were in regular contact and she always answered the phone.

Delivery was simple and professional. Our yard was not a simple, straight forward delivery. We cleared the space but we had rock and other issues. They took care of all our concerns and made it very easy.

I’ll be keeping Outwest Buildings in mind for our future needs.

We purchased our building from the store 80 miles away. Delivery was scheduled at that time. It was delivered as agreed upon. The delivery driver was very professional and considerate. The area we wanted it placed was difficult to get to. The driver was very patient and was able to set it where we wanted. He even leveled it and swept it out before leaving. We are extremely satisfied with purchase and delivery. Thank you so much.

From start to finish, Kat was great with the specifications I wanted and kept me informed about progress of my build. The men who delivered my shed were very professional and placed it exactly where I wanted it. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

These guys (women included) are absolutely professionals and will get you the exact building you need by going over design details matched to your needs. They always let you know exact costs and delivery dates and they make it happen!

I dropped by the office to see their inventory and ended up buying a shipping container. Kat was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and was able to explain to me in the yard what kind of costs I was going to be looking at. It was a no BS visit for me. No sales pitch, nobody trying to work a deal, just good knowledge of their products and a streamline way for me to get what I need.

I love my new building! The sales lady was super nice! The guy who delivered it got it right where I wanted it.

I have purchased two large buildings from Out West Buildings and I love them. They are built very well and I have added electrical to the inside and outside, as well as building the inside. They are great!!!!

From the intial contact, design and delivery of our shed all went smoothly. All my questions were answered and we are happy with our shed!

My experience with Out West Buildings and all of its employees was exemplary. This is what the businesses these days are missing. They are very personable, honest and accommodating. But I think most of all the level of understanding was what I found so amazing not to mention a very excellent product. I wish there were more than five stars to offer. Great job Out West Buildings.

Got a container with a roll up door on the side, service was awsome, container was super nice aswell, the reason for the 1 star review is simply because the driver left the container teetering and unlevel, left the side shift axle down when leaving and completely ruined my driveway, leaving a 1ft deep by 2ft wide ditch for about 40ft all the way to the road, didn't ask them to pay to get it fixed didn't ask them to pay for material, simply asked for them to go half on renting a small skidsteer so i could get the driveway fixed properly, and they completely refused to help, because you sign a waiver when you're purchasing your building stating they aren't liable for damages and apparently that includes driver negligence, the price is high and I thought having them level the building for you would make that worth it, but that didn't happen, ended up having to pay over 2000 dollars on top just to get it level and to get the driveway fixed, they did warn me about were I live (being mostly sand) and I actually spent quite a large sum of money before hand to put in this pad and gravel driveway before hand so there wouldn't be any issues, so just keep in mind that the buildings are super high quality but they're delivery service and accountability after delivering is completely sub par, would have saved A LOT of money if I had gone a different route.

I had an overall positive experience with out west buildings. I needed a 12x20 shed with a reinforced substructure floor and I feel this was a well priced option. I like some other brands, the company had real pictures and a proven track record with reviews, and easy to research specs.

Options 10/10: this was one of only a few companies (prefab or DIY) that offered the size and spec that I needed
Accessibility 10/10: their sales department was able to answer all my questions and provide quotes and follow up in a timely manner
Delivery 8/10: we hit a few snags in the delivery process that waylaid my timeline a bit but those variables were beyond the control of the company. The delivery scheduling was relatively easy, accommodated my schedule and the installation was remarkably nimble and quick.
Positioning 10/10: We needed the flatbed to navigate to a back corner of my property and they were able to place the shad directly on a gravel pad using multiple corner Dollie’s . I didn’t leave a lot of room for error and I feel the shed I was perfectly placed.

This is long, I know, but there is a lot of really great customer service that I want to tell everyone reading these.

I had known about the quality of Outwest Buildings product for a while, so choosing them was easy. I went out to Outwest in Fallon in July ’23 with my Grand Daughter and my Sister and walked through almost every building they had on display. After asking a lot of questions and getting everything answered without hesitation, I got a quote on a 10’x 20’ from Kat Samuleson that I felt was pretty reasonable.

In January ’24 I received an e-mail from Outwest stating that they were having a Home Show sale on any building. I went to the Home Show in Reno, and I came across their display. Kat was there and without a moments delay, she remembered me, my name, and she even asked how my Sister (by name!) and my Granddaughter were. I was very impressed with Kats memory at that point.

Kats customer service at the show was awesome. She was able to immediately bring up my quote, and she took the discounted amount off the quoted price. Kat endured answering more of my questions and after I made a couple of changes, I placed my order and paid my deposit right then.

I was told it might take a couple of months to get my building completed and delivered. But about 3 weeks later, I went out to Fallon to get a couple of measurements that I forgot to get originally. As I was talking to Theresa and the other friendly office staff members, Kat comes in and tells me that my building was done and delivery could be made the next week. But my spot wasn’t ready for it! Kat told me it was no problem and that I could just schedule the delivery for when I was ready. She took me out to check out my completed building and I was very impressed and happy with it. It looked great!

On my scheduled delivery date, the delivery driver contacted me and confirmed the location and time of delivery and we discussed some concerns I had about the available space to get the building in place (Narrow street, mystery neighbor parking their vehicle in the WORST possible location) but the driver wasn’t concerned. He explained the process and the equipment he had to place the building where I wanted it.

The delivery driver and his helper arrived on-time and immediately went to work checking out the site, the road situation and even a low hanging cable line. The driver and his helper were very friendly, funny and they answered all of my questions and those of a few members of my family who were there to watch the show, so to speak. A short time later, my building was placed perfectly and exactly where I wanted it. Very cool system they have to move the buildings.

After spending some time setting up the inside of the building how I wanted it, I was impressed with the quality of the construction, the fit and finish and the materials used. Everything works perfectly (Doors/windows). The building feels solid and well built.

If I had to complain about anything, I guess the only thing is that the two window screens removal tabs don’t match. Same windows, same screens, different tabs.

Customer Service is a lost art these days, but not at Outwest Buildings and not with their staff. A huge thanks to Kat Samuelson, Theresa and the delivery driver and his helper (who’s names I forgot sadly.)

I purchased a cabin shed from Out West Buildings to turn it into a tiny home on my mountain lot. The whole process was very easy, love the shed, so many options to design it the way you want! The delivery was smooth as it was a difficult location. There was a dent on the roof top, they came right out and repaired it. Delivery guy Anthony was the best, thank you.

OutWest is a great company! The yard shed we purchased is amazing and I use it everyday. The delivery was nothing short of super cool. One man put that shed Exactly where I ask him to. Well built, good looking shed. Toni the delivery guy did an excellent job of carefully delivering it and making certain that was placed exactly where I wanted it.

I was very impressed with the customer service at this company. They were very prompt with everything they did. They were also courteous and answered all of my concerns promptly from the first person I talked with to the actual delivery of my shed. It seems that customer service in this country is almost nonexistent but this company Is the exception to that.

Tony has got some Skill with that Mule, he Absolutely did an Amazing job with getting Our Cabin put in it's Spot, & it was a trick to do it!..

I had a great experience with the company. The salesman was very informative and helpful in selecting the right shed. The shed was delivered when they said, and the driver did an excellent job installing it on the concrete pad.

They coordinated moving my Out-West Sheds from one location to another. No problems, no hiccups. All good. BTW they do make much better-quality sheds & much stronger sheds than much of the competition.

As a first time customer of Out West Builders I must express my unhappiness with this company, I bought a 12 X 20 garage $12,000 what I received was a building that was only 11’3” then I was told oh on buildings over 10’ wide they go by the roof line not the building width.
When it was delivered there driver failed at his job, I asked if this delivery included leveling or was that my responsibility, Tony there driver responded by telling me to purchase a floor jack and do it myself, knowing that this was his job and not doing it was wrong.
I’m disabled making this leveling job impossible for me, they sent a arbitrator to my home to pacify me my entry door doesn’t even latch and my roll up door has a gap on one side because it’s not level.
I was told that my repairs would be completed however taking 30 days for these minor repairs to happen, I have nail holes by the hundreds that the company feels it’s just fine even though the nails were improperly installed setting them 70% through 1/2” T1-11, they have zero skilled carpenters leaving the consumer with poor quality construction and worse warranty, my repairs will be completed but at there convenience I’m disgusted and never again will I purchase anything from these big profit low quality builders.

Old Hickory Sheds is my choice from now on and I recommend you do the same, $7,000 profit seems it’s not enough for these people, zero quality control and employees whom do as they wish is not a good business practice but they seem to think we customers don’t matter, waiting 3 months from time of purchase to drop off is not acceptable then needing future repairs to make it right.

CALL TUFF SHED OR OLD HICKORY SHEDS AND GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR NOT ATTITUDE.
