The store manager Heather at this location is an absolute rockstar. She takes care of you no matter what she goes above and beyond and is always willing to help doesn’t matter if it’s right at opening or two minutes before they are closing. She will answer any questions if she doesn’t know the answer she will find it out. Best customer service in the valley for an auto shop stop in today and see her and her staff you will not be disappointed.

Went in to purchase windshield wipers for my daughter’s car. Brent helped me find the correct size, AND he came outside and installed them on the car. I’ve always had great customer service at this store!!

Service was great. The lady was super friendly, knowledgeable, and even informed they have blinker fluid!! That’s right, only place that carry’s it. Better go n and get it before it’s all gone!

We sent my friends mom in the to get an air compressor for our vehicle. It's a 2.5 hour driver round trip. When she gets there, we ask her to ask the employee to make sure there is o rings with it. He says they are there. She asked him to take two bolts out to make sure, he said he would not and made it clear they were there. She drive all the way back amd we took it apart. They were not there. The employee failed to do his job and failed to be of any help to make sure we could get going again. Had to drive and waste time to get the seals we needed when we could have had her get them on her way back.

People are getting lazy at their jobs or are not taking care in their jobs to make sure things are right. Very disappointing.

Brent and the rest of the crew went above and beyond to help me out the other day when a spark plug blew on the way down to Riggins from Spokane. They lended me a few tools to get things replaced so I could get going again and offered myself and my girlfriend and our dog water when it got really hot. So grateful for these people and this store. Would recommend 10/10. Thank you!

Visiting from Colorado..strange noise started..they not only came out to listen then Amy referred me to a local mechanic who was also awesome. Great service..really felt they care about our drive home.

The lady who helped me knew exactly what I was describing to her and got me just what I was looking for. Great place.

I went in to shop and was waiting for my sister that works there. While shopping there was a newer employee named Brent. He was struggling a little to remember the functions of the the register. But he jumped in and rang up a customer, he was respectful, he answered the phone, and found what the customer was looking for. I really felt that even tho he may be a newer employee, he did a fantastic job. And even jumped to when the managers were busy with customers. Definitely a great employee.
