She takes care of you no matter what she goes above and beyond and is always willing to help.
Brent helped me find the correct size, AND he came outside and installed them on the car.
The people here know cars and trucks and will make sure you get the parts you need!
They not only came out to listen then Amy referred me to a local mechanic who was also awesome.

I went to O'Reillys twice to get a engine air filter and they sold me the wrong one twice! Went to Auto Zone and I got the right one in 2 minutes!

Our check engine light came on amongst other things, just outside of town on our way thru to go camping. We turned back and tried the ford dealership but being as it was Saturday afternoon they would not be able to help us until next week. We went to the auto zone place on their recommendation. The staff did the code reader diagnostic, told us what was wrong assisted with getting the part and pointers on replacing. It was 98 degrees out and we have small children. They even brought us out water bottles for each of us. Appreciated that extra step!

10/26/2024-Autozone Lewiston 21st Street.
My experience calling AutoZone today. Someone answers the phone stating this is AutoZone, how can I help you. I asked this person “who is this?” He stated, this is AutoZone, how can I help you. I asked for a name from this person and what I got, was a whole lot of laughter and the statement of “I'm not required to give you my name” I was shocked and surprised and hung up. After a couple minutes I called back and this same person answered the phone. I asked to talk to a manager and he says “Thank you for calling AutoZone, how can I help you”. Trying to pass off as the manager. I again asked to speak to the manager and this person says, okay hold on. After waiting a couple of minutes. Brent answers the phone. He States that he is the manager. I told Brent that I didn't think it was appropriate to receive the answer I got from a simple question, asking for a first name. Brent said that AutoZone policy does not require one to give a name. Okay, That's fine. But what about the answer I got when I asked for one. I could see that the person who answered the phone was feeding off the way the managers viewed how customer service should be projected. Not sure if this is AutoZone's policy or not but I will find out. The rest of the conversation with Brent only showed that he was going to do business the way that he wanted to do business.
Now back up 6 years ago. I had a customer service issue with this AutoZone 6 years ago. I have not stepped foot into this AutoZone until I took a friend a week ago to pick up a part from them. This friend had no idea about my customer service issue 6 years ago. He does now. And he states that he will not step into this AutoZone again. Because it had been 6 years and my friend, picking up the part last week. I thought fair enough. I will try calling in regards to a part they may have. With this second experience I think AutoZone and my relationship are over.

The store manager Heather at this location is an absolute rockstar. She takes care of you no matter what she goes above and beyond and is always willing to help doesn’t matter if it’s right at opening or two minutes before they are closing. She will answer any questions if she doesn’t know the answer she will find it out. Best customer service in the valley for an auto shop stop in today and see her and her staff you will not be disappointed.

We sent my friends mom in the to get an air compressor for our vehicle. It's a 2.5 hour driver round trip. When she gets there, we ask her to ask the employee to make sure there is o rings with it. He says they are there. She asked him to take two bolts out to make sure, he said he would not and made it clear they were there. She drive all the way back amd we took it apart. They were not there. The employee failed to do his job and failed to be of any help to make sure we could get going again. Had to drive and waste time to get the seals we needed when we could have had her get them on her way back.

People are getting lazy at their jobs or are not taking care in their jobs to make sure things are right. Very disappointing.

Brent and the rest of the crew went above and beyond to help me out the other day when a spark plug blew on the way down to Riggins from Spokane. They lended me a few tools to get things replaced so I could get going again and offered myself and my girlfriend and our dog water when it got really hot. So grateful for these people and this store. Would recommend 10/10. Thank you!

I went in to shop and was waiting for my sister that works there. While shopping there was a newer employee named Brent. He was struggling a little to remember the functions of the the register. But he jumped in and rang up a customer, he was respectful, he answered the phone, and found what the customer was looking for. I really felt that even tho he may be a newer employee, he did a fantastic job. And even jumped to when the managers were busy with customers. Definitely a great employee.
