Thank you so much to the persons that work here! Tara aas so knowledgeable, personable and an absolute blessing to work with! She walked us through the whole process with ease, and answered all of our questions thoroughly and really got to know us while we walked through the process of buying our first car. She was an absolute blast. Thank you also to Linden (hope i spell that right), Buzz and Walter. They are all amazing people and really helped us out a lot. Thank you so much guys, we WILL be back!!! 10/10 I recommend this dealership!

DO NOT TRUST NISSAN OF LEWISTON: Predatory, Deceptive, and Possibly Illegal

If I could give zero stars, I would. This dealership completely took advantage of my daughter through what appears to be a straw purchase, an illegal and unethical scheme where a loan is taken out in one person's name while someone else actually benefits from the vehicle. They pressured, coached, and misled her into signing a $30,000 loan solely in her name, promising that it could be transferred or co-signed later. That was a lie.

But it gets worse.

They told me, to my face, that they would buy the truck back on July 7th for the full loan amount of $30,000. I made the trip out there only to be ambushed by a total reversal. Suddenly they’re saying they’ll only offer "market value", which they claim is $15,000. Half of what my daughter owes, but they would give me $22,000 to do me a favor. After additional fees that were added to the loan, that would leave her saddled with almost $10,000 of debt on a vehicle she was manipulated into signing for, and never even intended to own.

This isn't just unethical, it could be a violation of federal lending laws and consumer protection laws under the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA). I’ve already filed a complaint with the lender, and I am contacting the Idaho Attorney General, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) next.

They preyed on a young woman trying to build credit and used deceit and false promises to push a sale. This is not how a legitimate business treats people, this is predatory lending and it needs to be investigated. My daughter worked hard to build her credit, only to be taken advantage of by a predatory dealership.

To anyone considering doing business here: RUN. Save yourself the heartbreak, the financial devastation, and the betrayal. They are not honest. They are not ethical. And based on what I’ve experienced, I believe they are not operating legally.

Nice try. I have dated letters from the first time I walked in to talk to you about it. My daughter never drove the truck, the person who WAS ACTUALLY THERE TO BUY A CAR is the one who drove it. The reason it wasn't dealt with sooner was because I had no idea that daughter was swindled by you until last month. You told me it was worth HALF of the original price you charged her for it. After 6 months your vehicles lose HALF of their value?! That's insane. I'm still pursuing all legal avenues, and I've had other disgruntled customers contact me with very similar stores. I gave them the same advice I was given, so they are also pursuing all legal options. The truth speaks for itself, but I'm happy to help spread the message!!

I took my car into have an oil change. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They also did a multi-point inspection of my car. To let me know of any potential problems. I recently purchased a newer vehicle. I decided that having my routine maintenance done at a dealership would be wise in my part. This is my first time having an oil change done at a dealership. It was a pleasant experience.

I am so grateful for Bryan, their new Master Tech, as he finally got my truck running! Thank you for your service Bryan. When I first bought my Nissan there were a couple of dealerships around but now this is the ONLY dealer within 200+ miles! They are really nice, however, I ended up paying for a key that doesn't work and I would have paid for a new $200 battery if I hadn't known that mine was perfectly brand new. The ONE star rating is for technical issues in their service department, not the customer service, since they had trouble with competent help. AND, my truck literally has the same issue TODAY as what I took it in for!

I am contacting you to report a serious issue following service at Nissan of Lewiston, Idaho, involving my 2018 Nissan Rogue (VIN: 5N1AT2MV2JC709635).

On April 3/Wed, I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change at Nissan of Lewiston. After leaving the dealership and driving about 1-2 miles to Costco, my car suddenly failed to start in the parking lot. I had no previous problems with the vehicle, and this failure occurred almost immediately after their certified service.

When I called Nissan of Lewiston for assistance, they told me towing would be provided at no charge. However, I was later presented with a single invoice totaling $424,which includes a $162 towing fee plus the cost to replace the MAF sensor. I can provide all receipts.

My concerns are twofold:

1. Service-related failure: The engine’s MAF sensor stopped functioning within minutes of the oil change, strongly suggesting a service error or oversight.

2. Misrepresentation of towing charges: I was assured the tow would be free, yet was billed $162.

I respectfully request the following remedies:

A full refund of the towing fee, and A full refund of the MAF sensor replacement charge.

Avoid this dealership and service department at all costs. I bought a 2021 nissan rogue platinum with my own hard earned money. Within 60 days, error codes started popping up. No one listened to me the first time that I brought it in for the Awd warning,  about it slipping and not engaging. I was told that it was just the update and codes that needed cleared. After waiting for over an hour, I was told it they couldn't clear the codes, because of the lack of internet connection in the shop.  Which is an odd excuse to not fix it
So I brought it back for a 2nd time, and was told that it was all taken care of, went to get into my car and the Awd warning was still on. Do they not check for that before they tell the customer it was fixed?  I even asked Craig before I walked out the door and he assured me that it was all good to go and fixed.
So I then bring it back for the 3rd time and again the situation was not resolved,  as I was assured that it would be and that the part was already on order. Because they did indeed find an issue with an awd switch.
I called the next day,  and was told that the part actually was NOT ordered,  because they were waiting on approval of the warranty coverage and they would call me back,  once they received approval.  Never received a call back,  assuring me that the warranty would cover it!!
I call back,  yet again,  the following day,  and was told the part was on order,  but that they actually had ordered the wrong part.
And that the correct part would arrive Friday and was scheduled to bring it in yet again.
I call to confirm the part had arrived, and was told they now need to order lube for it. And needed to reschedule again.
Mind you, they never once called me to inform me of anything. I had to call them to confirm, every step of the way, and was told another excuse, every single time. So I bring it in for the 4th and final time, and had to wait another week, because the mechanic couldnt get the corroded pin out of the switch and needed to order a whole new switch. Why didn't they do that in the first place?
The lack of communication and professionalism within this company is unacceptable.  Especially since I have only had this car for less than 3 months,  was told at the time of the sale that all recalls were taken care. And that the car had been thoroughly inspected, and nothing was wrong with it. To then find out that there were codes from before I purchased it, that still hadn't been cleared. It took me over a month to finally get it repaired.
Not a single apology was ever given. Not a single email that I sent to the owner paxton was replied to concerning these issues. Not one offer was made to make it right.
This has been the absolute worst car buying/service repair experience of my entire life.
I will drive out of town to get any future services needed on my vehicle and avoid this one at all costs!

No matter the issue or problem they solve it, and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend Nissan of Lewiston if your considering the purchase of a new or used vehicle.

One of the salesmen I know at Nissan Lewiston come by to visit had a boat on the backers truck I asked if he would take this amount and we agreed on a handshake and he told me to give you a $500 check for a deposit on it to hold it at that price that we agreed on when he got to the Nissan lot they had it assessed I got my financing they tried to send it to the finance company at the original price that I was told not the price that we had agreed I told my finance company I would get back to them I contacted Nissan this was 5 days ago they still do not want to give it to me at that price they appraised it seen it now they change their mind who does business like this this is so wrong it's very very wrong it's a criminal move shyster I'm going to go further with this You still have my check for deposit but they want me to pay the original price it's the whole principle that they are very very dishonest people.

Well my review is not going to be that great. I’ve been down to Dealership twice on attempts to purchase a Titan truck. On both occasions I was lured down with an offer. When I got to Dealership the offer on the table changed and I denied transaction. I’m not sure why the offers changed but it was a big waste of my time. They would practically have to give me a truck before I would go back to Nissan of Lewiston. My hopes of purchasing a Titan were squished not once but twice. That sure was enough for me.

Very reasonable with their prices. My catalytic converter went bad and they fixed it within a matter of days. They made sure I understood the process and were very upfront about how much the part would cost and how much the labor would cost.

Deceptive business practices. The “marketing flier” they send out is both sad and hilarious. Then they try and cover their ass in the reviews. Whoever keeps approving these marketing initiatives needs to be fired. Absolutely no morals. If you are so desperate for business you have to trick people into coming in, it’s obvious there is something wrong internally.

They sent out a promotion with some lottery cards essentially. I got a card that was clearly a winner. I even called the number provided to check and it told me I was a winner. I went there and they told me I wasn't a winner, even if the card had a winning combination if the numbers on the promotion didn't match what they had in the office it wasn't a winner, this was not clear on the promotion. I wasted $200 getting rides to Lexington then back home.

They sent out mail stating we won 1000 dollars cash but we didn’t it was a scam. I didn’t even get my mail back I made a report to the court since it’s a civil matter . They try to get people to come in there to sell them a car. Don’t not come here at all. They don’t give you your mail back to make sure you don’t have proof to put on here the scam tickets they give out. The ticket clearly said we won but then now we have to win again with a matching number. Normal lottery tickets give you your win.! The sales man had tartar on his teeth .! If you see there reviews they have had this problem before
