AutoZone Auto Parts - Greenwood, MS

I rarely have car troubles but if I do. Auto Zone is the first place that I go to get parts or a free electronic print out. The staff tries to help all of their customers. They also have relationships with mechanics in town that can help you when they can't.

A friend and I visited the Greenwood store on Tuesday, 8/15/23, to get a replacement bulb for a headlight. The bald guy had a horrible attitude, and face was frowned up the moment he came to wait on us, then claimed it was too difficult to put in, all the while acting sarcastic. We just went to the next auto store. No sale for Auto Zone from us.

The Store Manager was very professional and provided wonderful experience and assistance. If a part wasn't in the store ...he immediately ordered it. Good Deeds !

My engine light was on so I had to go get it checked out and they did a good job

I found what I needed in Autozone but had to wait forever to get checked out. 2 people working there standing doing nothing it appeared, one checking and another just putting stuff on the shelves while the one checking waited on everyone including going and getting their parts. Started to walkout but didn't. Was frustrating though

I stopped by AutoZone this morning and was assisted by PSM Sammie. After selling me the Platinum battery for my Yukon, he also came outside to do the installation. The battery change process in the Yukon is not an easy task but Mr. Sammie was definitely up for the challenge. He eventually had to get another AutoZoner to help him and that's when he called on Tyrone who easily came in and removed my old battery without a struggle. It was starting to rain but they stayed on task and got my new battery installed. I ALWAYS return to this location because the level of service is unmatched . Sammie and Tyrone deserves a raise immediately.

I enjoys of shopping at Auto Zone. They sells nothing but the best parts and offers great deals on their parts and offers good warranties on their parts.

I had enjoyed of shopping at Auto Zone. The employees were very helpful. They had lead me to the right parts. I was % satisfied with my visit to Auto Zone.

i stopped by one day my truck had a misfire, the crazy bearded guy scanned it for me, he got me the part i needed pretty quick, definitely stop here if you want good service.
