Strong Roofing installed a new roof on my house in August 2024. I delt with Jose, I believe everyone deals with Jose. He is a pleasure to deal with. He says what he is going to do and does what he says. I was looking for a specific type of shingle, with cool roof technology. Jose was able to source these shingles. Several other companies said they could source cool roof shingles but could not and attempted to sell me something else. Jose also provided all the necessary paperwork so I could claim the energy savings tax credit, which reduced the final cost of the roof to several thousand dollars less than the lowest estimate from the other roofing contractors using inferior shingles.
Jose gave us a date to install the roof. His crew and the shingles showed up that morning as promised. The crew started work at about 7:00am and they finished cleaning up at about 7:30pm, on our 2,400sf house.
In July my wife noticed a couple of shingles lifting along one eve. I sent Jose an email on Friday afternoon, with a picture of the problem. He responded withing the hour and came to the house the next day, Saturday, and repaired the problem. Strong did everything you should expect as you should expect. I would, without hesitation, use Strong Roofing again.

I chose strong roofing to do my roof for me because Connor Peloquin went above and beyond when he came out to give me an estimate on my roof. He did a temporary fix on a leak that we had so we could get by until we could get the roof done. He was very professional in the job was done in 2 days. Had a couple of problems at the end of the job with cleanup by the crew but he personally came out and took care of it. I would definitely recommend them to anybody that needs the roof done.

Had an issue with a small roof leak just as we were selling our house and it needed to be fixed immediately. Strong roofing came out on very short notice and repaired the seam that was leaking and safes the day. Thank you again for all your help.

I called Strong Roofing for what I thought was going to be a whole roof replacement, Conner called me to set up an appointment almost immediately after I left a message, while on the phone and was very knowledgeable & courteous. We set up an appointment and he arrived on time, my roof issues were addressed quickly and professionally. He did not try to sell me a new roof, he told me that he could repair it and wait a couple years to have to whole roof replaced. The best part about the whole interaction was that when he was finished with the repair and I grabbed my purse to pay, he told me that there was no charge because it didn’t take him that long to repair it! Wish there were more than 5 stars! Noticed a small leak and emailed Strong roofing and it was only about an hour and they responded. Came out the next day for an estimate and less than a week they came out and fixed the problem. Excellent service, give my highest recommendation!

Strong Roofing put a new roof on my aunt's home approximately 4 years ago and we never had an issue with anything during the entire project. Now we are in the process of selling her house and during the home inspection, the inspector said there was a problem on the install with the ridge vents not being properly vented. I called Strong Roofing, told them what had happened and was told Travis, one of their project managers, would call me shortly. It wasn't 15 minutes later that Travis called and we set up an appt for two days later.
Travis arrived right on time and started his inspection. I went up in the attic with him and showed him the area the home inspector pointed out. On a closer inspection, the vapor barrier under the ridge vent had been cut to allow proper ventilation, but there was a slight over lap that made it appear as if it was one piece. It turned out that the ridge vents were installed properly and the vapor barrier was doing its job by, while still allowing the the attic to vent properly the barrier was also providing protection from wind driven rain entering through the vents.
Travis took photos of the vents and vapor barrier and sent them to me, so I could forward them the the home inspector to show that all was in order.
I was very impressed with this entire matter: The communication back and forth, the promptness in their response and concern to get whatever the problem was resolved, and the professionalism in which Travis handled the call. His interpersonal skills, and knowledge were excellent, and he made me feel that Strong Roofing was going to make everything right. I highly recommend Strong Roofing and have recommended them to some of my friends and family members should they be in need of a reliable roofing company.

Jose came out and fixed my dryer vent issue very professionally and in an expedient manner. I would recommend him and Strong roofing to do any task! They put a new roof on my house years ago and I have not had any problems! A plus!!!

My experience with Strong Roofing has been nothing but positive! I chose them four years ago to install a new roof on my home after Hurricane Zeta, they did a beautiful job! So much so my neighbor, after watching their crew install my roof, had them install his new roof. Their workmanship is top notch and their customer service is unmatched. Just this week I had a minor shingle issue and I called Mr Burt. Within minutes Jose called saying he was on his way to my house to address my concern. When Jose arrived he got right up on the roof and fixed the the minor shingle issue, inspected my entire roof and touched up the sealent around a couple of the roof vents. He even cleaned off leaves that had piled up in the front valleys! You just don't get that kind of customer service from any company these days, but you do from Strong Roofing! And keep in mind, they installed my roof four years ago! This speaks volumes to me, they really care about their quality of work and their customers! I highly recommend them! Strong Roofing is the only choice for roofing on the MS Gulf Coast. They installed my roof 12 years ago and it has weathered every storm without issue. When I had my furnace serviced this week, there was evidence of a small leak involving the furnace vent pipe on the roof. I cannot physically get on the roof anymore, so I contacted Strong Roofing via email. Within 3 hours, Travis was on my roof doing a full inspection and resealing not only the furnace vent pipe but every other vent pipe on the roof. He wanted to get my issue fixed before it rained that night. It rained quite a bit overnight and the next morning there was no evidence of the leak. I can't say thanks enough! Strong Roofing puts customer service and care after the sale as their top priority. I wholeheartedly recommend and without hesitation say, for your roofing needs, if you're not with Strong, you're wrong!

This review is long overdue for Jose and his team at Strong Roofing, Inc.

I was prompted to contact Jose when I noticed some shingles were lifting on the first level roof of my home in early June 2024. I emailed Strong Roofing to come out and provide an estimate and they called me within 24 hours.

Jose, "Sarge" came out within a few days of my initial call, assessed the damage and determined that I needed a new roof on the first story of the house.

Since this was now the second time I had to replace the roof in two years, I was concerned but Jose put my mind at ease. He listened to my concerns about the underlayment and flashing and explained in detail the process and the products he would used assuring me that he would over see the project. He quoted a reasonable and fair price for the roof replacement.

Jose and his team showed up on a Saturday and completed the work that day. Jose was onsite and to his word, oversaw the project and even helped.

Jose is professional in all ways, which I have found is hard to find in today's world. He's honest, communicated with me from beginning to end, shares his knowledge, showed up on time and completed the project within the timeframe promised. He and his team left no debris behind - you would never know they were there except that I have a beautiful and functional roof now (flashing included) and I'm no longer walking around checking my ceilings every time it rains! It's very evident that Jose and his team take pride in their work - the proof is in the end product. I recommend them highly and encourage you to call them for all your roofing needs. You won't be disappointed.

As a side note - I had Jose come back out after hurricane season ended to survey the roof for the remainder of my home. There was some minor damage on the second story. His team was out to complete the repairs within a week and for a very fair price. I really appreciate that his company takes before and after pictures of all their work allowing me to see that the work was completed for areas that aren't readily visible. :)

Strong Roofing has installed new roofing on both of my houses in the last 4 years. A plus workman ship. I reached out to Burt recently because my new insurance was wanting more proof of the roof condition that was installed 3 years ago. With in a few hours Burt had the required proof in my hand. Not many roofing companies stay in business to assist you years later.

Strong Roofing was prompt and professional. I was concerned about finding someone to take our job as it was a smaller repair job and not a full roof. Jose came out when he said he would, gave a very fair quote, answered several questions after the original plan was made and got the job done correctly and promptly! They did a great job matching shingles and you can barely tell where the work was done. I would definitely use this company again for any future roofing needs and would recommend them to my friends.

Jose and Burt went way beyond what anyone ever does in this day and age that we are living in. I spoke with both of them multiple times and they gave easy to understand answers with great patience, and even answered questions that went beyond their typical services. I recently had a new roof installed by the Strong Roofing Company. I first met with Jose, the general manager. He explained the different types of roofing material and the installment process. I have waited 3 years to write a review and cannot emphasize enough the job that Mr Burt and his crew did. Through numerous high wind storms I have not lost a shingle. We had a leak from the chimney. They removed and covered it with plywood and repaired all spots that needed on the house from tree damage and dish net work satellite, trimmed trees cleaned gutters and saved us from some future issues. We also need plywood replaced on our pump house and shingles redone. The workshop needed a new roof as well. The work, price was very good and it was all done in a timely manner. Travis was prompt and professional. He listened to our issue and inspected the problem area. He did the necessary repairs quickly and explained in detail what he had taken care of. In the midst of our conversation he also showed a lot of respect for the company’s owner and of his direct boss. He was very respectful and friendly. He also followed up with the letter we needed for our insurance company the following day as he had promised.

Call Them! We have one stunning new roof! Their pricing is very much in line with the industry standard as we did receive 3 other quotes. We ultimately decided to go with this company because of their amazing reviews, the quick response to my initial email and their professionalism. They documented the entire process by uploading hundreds of photos for us to view at any time showing the progress. Any areas they had to fix had a photo of the before and after. There was no question they were doing what they said they would do. The topper was the drone photos which I have attached. Our roof is onyx black and gorgeous! I would whole heartedly recommend this company for your roofing needs! You won't regret it!

A small Army showed up the first day and they hustled! Every single one of them. We have a large 2 story home, an detached garage, and a small well house. This job was complete in 2.5 days, just as they said it would be. This family owned business knows how to put a roof on! They were professional the entire time, answered the millions of questions my husband asked, and left NOT a single piece of trash. They also went through the yard with a very cool magnet on wheels to pull up all the nails from the old roof. And at our request, they left the magnet overnight and then brought it back for the weekend so we could go through the yard one more time to be sure. Nobody has time for a flat tire or nail through their foot. This was a solid company and we are so happy with our decision to use them! Thanks for the amazing roof!!!

I highly recommend strong roofing for your roof replacement !! . Had mine replaced by them last year and I had 0 damage on my roof not one shingle lifted and no leaks from the recent hurricane . Burt wasn’t the cheapest but with the quality of the materials and workmanship I understand why . You’d be making a wise decision using strong roofing for any of your roof repairs . Update on strong roofing … the recent hail storm caused some damage on my neighbors new roofs , I reached out to strong roofing to come out and inspect the roof … no damage on my Roof ! So again I highly recommend Strong Roofing for your Roof replacement ! Not the cheapest but definitely the best in quality and customer service .

Update 6/29/2023 - I recently had some damage to my roof from recent high winds. Strong roofing responded quickly and made the repairs promptly. They are professional and care about the quality of their work. They communicated with me frequently and kept me up to date on the progress of repairs. I can't say enough good things about this company and would strongly recommend them for any roofing needs.
