Meredith was the first voice I heard—super kind, totally relatable, and the kind of person you’re glad picked up the phone. Our original appointment was understandably pushed back by six days due to a nursing home fire and a school flooding (life happens!). My wife and toddler both suffer from severe allergies, and this house has been slowly marinating in 1973 since, well, 1973. So, my wife called back to see if there was any way something could happen before the weekend.

Enter Heather, the production manager and absolute scheduling wizard, who somehow made it happen. We didn’t feel like just another job on a clipboard, we felt seen and cared for. Real people helping real people.

Right on time at 9 a.m. sharp, Robert and Timothy rolled up and got to work. These two were polite, knowledgeable, patient with our questions, and respectful of our home and belongings. They moved efficiently but never rushed. You could tell they take pride in their work.

Our house flooded. This has been my first interactions with SERVPRO. I have been impressed and they got straight to work as soon as they were dispatched. We had a huge pine tree fall on our house during a bad storm. After getting a hold of my insurance agent they called ServPro. Todd from ServePro got right on it. The professional manner of all involved, including Todd, Heather, Tommy, Bishop, Robert and Benny was a relief as they were very informative about the process and what we should expect due to all the damage within our home. They came out 3 days in a row to make sure that the water from the rain was completely dried out. This meant removing the damaged sheetrock to remove the soppy wet insulation. This protected our home from any further damage. They made me feel very comfortable with what they did and explained everything as they went along. I give 5 out of 5 stars to each and every one of those people. Thank you for all you did!! I would 100% recommend their services.

Servpro came when we had damage to our building due to a hot water tank leaking. They were here within two hours and immediately got to work, restoring our building. The hospitality they showed every day while coming in and assessing the situation was highly unexpected and incredibly appreciated. Benny and Timothy did a great job communicating daily with everything that was going on and the managers Heather and Kelsey coming to the building and checking in with us and their crew showed great leadership and professionalism. After cleaning up, they mopped the floors and made sure that it was almost like the damage never happened As well as they could, and the place smelt like freshly squeezed lemons, which was a good bonus! Hopefully nothing like this happens again, but if it does, we are not hesitating to get Servpro back into the building!! 10/10

10 days away from bringing home a newborn and Mary Jo, an absolute saint, made sure to have Brett call me within 30 minutes, at my house 10 minutes later, to get a flooring sample sent off for insurance purposes so we can get the process started to replace flooring in our home. Fantastic customer service and personally, just took so much stress off of me. 10/10 service and some of the nicest people you will ever speak with

After frantically calling our insurance, Ser-Pro was the next call I made. The crew was here quickly and went right to work. Heather, Timothy, and Bennie not only went right to work, they also helped relieve our anxiety with their words and humor. My Mom had a water incident. Serv Pro did a great job. Heather and her team (Alex, Timothy, and Osmane) were very helpful in moving her furniture and household items back into the house. Thanks to everyone for their patience and care for my Mom.

Our office needed a deep clean after eradicating a couple of rodents (aka died in the wall of our old building). Servpro was called - from Mark Ozbirn stopping by personally to check out the situation and schedule our cleaning around what was most convenient for us to be closed, to the whole Servpro cleaning crew - Criffie, Robert, Tommy Timothy, and Travis - everyone was professional, friendly, timely, and not to mention hard working to get it all done ahead of schedule. We had water damage from our washing machine on Sunday February 16. It flooded our floors in most of the house. We had never dealt with this type of situation before so we tried to find someone who could come out that day. Based on reviews we read we decided to try Servpro. They said they would be out that same day and within a few hours on Sunday night they did come out. They took out some baseboards and set up dehumidifiers around the house. They did not finish taking out all baseboards or take out flooring that night but said the crew the next day would come and do this. The next crew came in and did some real damage to our sheetrock while trying to take out the baseboards and broke my sons light fixture while moving things in his room. They said no worries their company will cover anything they mess up and we believed them. They sent us a bill of almost $6,000 to do this job which our insurance covered. They then sent out men to give us an estimate to put the flooring back in, fix what they messed up, etc. When we informed them that we did not want them doing the flooring we never heard from them again. It has now been over a month since this happened and I have called weekly and went to their main office in Tupelo weekly trying to get them to just come fix what they originally messed up in our house from their first job. They promised everytime they had no problem fixing what they messed up and they would call me back. I have NEVER received a call back even though I have reached out to them MULTIPLE times. They refuse to fix the sheetrock they damaged because they said we can get higher baseboards which cost more. The only reason we will now have to go with 5 1/2” baseboards instead of the shorter baseboards I had is because of their incompetence which they refuse to acknowledge. They also refuse to fix my son’s light fixture as well because I guess it’s not worth their time. So if you don’t plan on paying them to fix what THEY mess up you should probably find a better company. I’m only leaving this review to help others out so they won’t have to go through the absolute headache we’ve been through at a time when your house feels like it’s upside down and you have small children at home. They act professional on the phone but the way we’ve been treated is anything but professional when they should have came to fix what they messed up on their own without me ever even having to reach out. Now we’ll be stuck paying and doing it all on our own. The pictures with this aren’t all the damage but you get the idea.

Unfortunately we had a faucet leak in our kitchen. I called Servpro last week, and Hugh and Heather came out that same day! They were so kind and helpful. Benny and Hugh monitored all the equipment and checked on everything daily. Tommy was wonderful helping remove plastic sheeting and cleaning up when the floors were dry! After a water line burst and leaked water for 8 hours in my house, Heather showed up bright eyed and bushy tailed ready to start getting things back to normal. She was professional, personable and empathetic all the way through. If she couldn’t come by to check on things personally she made sure to call and make sure I heard from her and got an update on what the next steps looked like. Benny, Lionel, Timothy and Alex were all excellent as well. Everyone was respectful of my home and even took time to play with my dog when she would run around. I am so impressed with how friendly and caring everyone was. I can’t thank this team enough for all of the extra effort they put into my event.

Worst experience with a contractor I've had. Servpro tried to do a turnkey job for us. They removed water damaged materials, tried to dry everything but missed multiple parts which lead to a massive mold problem. Tried to clean parts but left hvac and crawl space full of mold. They patched paneling on walls that is popping off and bowed, put flooring down that has peeled up since day 1. They fall short across the board. Posted pictures are "finished" new work and materials not the result of the water damage like it appears. Definitely shy away from them for any damages you need a quality company for. Basically everything they touched has to be redone plus mold mitigation.

*Update* 867 days displaced out of the home with work still not completed and home still unlivable.

Mike and his team from Tupelo SERVPRO is awesome! We had a fire at our grocery store and had to have the whole store cleaned. What should have been a 6 week project of getting everything done and all of the construction done we opened exactly 2 weeks after the fire. During a stressful, emotional, and terrifying time for our family Mike came in and assured us he would get everything done the way it was suppose to be done. He listened to us and understood how important it was for us to get back open and how we wanted everything to be cleaned to perfection. Fabulous!! I’d give this ServPro team 10 or more stars if possible!! Our home suffered major damage from the Hellene Hurricane in Florida, with the flood waters rising over two feet indoors. Mark and his ServPro team were highly recommended to me by a relative. I called as they were in transit from Mississippi to help out in Florida. Mark put us on their schedule immediately. Heather led the team, which also included Robert & Wesley. Together they were super efficient, clearing out all wet and damaged beds, other furniture and various belongings. Then they worked to coordinate the removal of damaged flooring, baseboards, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, large appliances, inside doors & dry wall. Some areas showing mold growth were treated as well. The house was dried out and ready for reconstruction in a matter of days. The best part, above and beyond, was the cheerfulness and overall support of the team. Heather as the leader adeptly helped to reduce the obvious stress on my husband and me as the homeowners. Very special! Unusually special! Highly recommended without any reservations!

Due to a pipe burst during the night, multiple rooms were flooded and carpet was squishing. The SERVPRO team arrived not long after being notified of the problem even though it was a Saturday and quickly went to work. They vacuumed up as much water as possible and set up around 20 fans to dry up the rest. After everything was dry and the fans were removed, they packed up furniture and items and removed all the carpet. They were very professional and pointed out items that the water had damaged beyond repair and were very safety and health conscious. Big thanks and kudos to all of these diligent workers who are helping my mom through such a stressful situation and providing her with piece of mind that everything will be done correctly. I recommend this place to anyone. Hugh Foster was very knowledgeable and professional. I was having trouble with my homeowners insurance paying for my claim and low balling my estimate. Hugh knew exactly how to handle the issue and document it correctly. Its never any fun dealing with insurance or home repair issues but Hugh made this process go smoothly and the insurance company sent me the money i needed for repairs the next week.

I cannot say enough in one review to thank our friends from serve pro! When you have an unexpected damaging event in your home, stress seems to drive every thought. Serve pro helped quickly calm my stressful day! They immediately came to the rescue! When they called to say they were coming (which was incredibly fast) Heather’s voice was calming and encouraging!
