Austin & Devin did a great job replacing my sewage pipe. They worked very efficiently and completed a big project in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them.

I recently had a visit from this company and was surprised by the way the pricing was presented. I was told there would be a high visit fee if I didn’t commit on the spot, which I later found out was much lower.

Some of the conversation during the visit felt overly personal and uncomfortable. It left me feeling uneasy, and I ultimately decided not to proceed with the service.

I hope the company reviews how its representatives communicate with customers, especially around pricing clarity and professionalism.

Outstanding services provided by Appleton Campbell staff! We have used Appleton Campbell services for multiple times in last few days. All there techs were extremely professional, polite and respectful. Thomas came in to do full electric inspection and we were very impressed. He carefully checked everything. I am someone who asks a lot of questions and he answered my questions very well. Provided the accurate information and also gave good suggestions. Andy V responded to a late night emergency call! He was so professional and helpful in resolving the issue. He went above and beyond to deal with a faulty valve that caused water to pour out to the floor below!! I cannot thank him enough for responding to my call. He was patient and listened as I was in a panicked state.

Excellent experience. Current tankless hot water heater was leaking water. Same day that we called, the dispatcher ensured we had a technician (W.T. Settle) come to "look at" the problem. Could not be repaired. Recieved options to replace and upgrade the system as well as solve other well water related problems (namely very acidic). W.T. answered all our questions, designed a solution, found accounts where he could and arrange to have the system installed that week.

As promised Mike Baker arrived early in the morning surveyed the work to be done and determined he needed additional supplies and help. Another team showed up and the hot water heater and acid neutralizer with all the additional plumbing necessary was complete that dame day. The entire team were professional, did quality work, made sure we knew what was happening, and explained the operation of our new system. The cost ($12.5k) seems reasonable for the system that was installed with all the ancillary equipment and new plumbing required. We are very happy with the improved quality of the water and reduced amount of time to get hot water throughout the house.

Their staff is extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. They tell you when there is a more economical solution to a problem. We use them for all our maintenance needs. They stand by their work. Andy was our technician this past week for replacing our kitchen disposal. He was quick, left the area immaculate, and seems to have done a great job. We have used Appleton Campbell for over a decade as while they are not the cheapest, they have been the best and most dependable we have found in over forty years. Listing all the services we have used them for in the last decade.

Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but Patrick and Joe exceeded expectations. They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They quickly stepped out to purchase the necessary part and resolved the plumbing issue in no time. They were also friendly which was a plus with pets in the house. Highly recommend!

Anthony Eller showed up on time and was extremely professional and friendly. After viewing a video of the ceiling leak, he immediately knew it was not the drain itself, but a crack in the tub on the second floor that was causing the slow leak. After inspection, Anthony quickly located the crack. He gave me different options to fix/replace the tub. This has been an off-and-on issue for years, so I am very thankful Anthony solved the mystery! We can now move forward with repair!

Super professional and respectful in our home. Our technician, Andrew, explained everything and showed photos to explain what needed to be done and afterwards to show what he had done. Got everything done quickly. Awesome experience!

Everything was great except for the price. Almost $500 to replace the bathtub on/off handle is rediculous. With that being said, I’m giving a 5 because of Patrick. I know he doesn’t set the price. He was professional, friendly, let my dog say hi, informative, and overall what customer service should be. I thank him.

Thomas Shawaryn always does excellent electrical work. We have asked him to repair landscape lighting and replace a post lantern. He is unfailingly polite, knowledgeable and friendly. We will ask for him again.

I scheduled an appointment for today, Tuesday, July 29th, with Appleton Campbell to service my oil furnace, since it was the off-season. Yesterday, I received a text reminder that "your appointment is between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM," so I called this morning to try to narrow down that 10-hour window. Besides not providing a reasonable timeframe, I was told that they'd try to "work me in." Huh? I had an appointment, and the day was dedicated to the company showing; in fact, medical appointments were made to accommodate Appleton Campbell. Well, at 4:00 PM I received a call from them stating that the technician was "tied up with an emergency call" and wouldn't make it out today. However, the woman offered to set up another appointment for someone to come out. Seriously? A full eight-hour day was wasted waiting. What would prevent another "emergency" from disregarding an appointment? Nothing. Time cannot be replaced, and you expect me to trust you again. No way. I see how you treat customers. So, if you're considering hiring this company, be aware that you too could be abandoned. What is your time worth?

Oh my goodness! Shawn was a complete delight! Respectful and courteous! My air conditioning will be repaired and back to normal in no time! I highly recommend Appleton Campbell!

Micah Leuterio and his associate from Appleton Campbell showed up on time, and within 5 hours completely removed our old central AC system, loaner window units, installed a new Central AC. They tested the system and gave us a new all through of all the completed work. They also did this without leaving any mess in whatsoever. They were polite, worked hard, and did a good job.

The service professional they sent out was Jake West. He was top notch from his quick response on a Sunday afternoon to knowledge of fixing the wiring issues in my hvac.
He explained the problem using understandable language and how it was fixed.

Andrew Wycoff arrived today to perform our HVAC inspection. All the results were explained clearly, and pricing options provided so we could make an informed decision. Our HVAC system is running much better now.

We’ve had 3 inspections done today: Andrew W. For HVAC, Thomas S. for electrical and Tim M. For plumbing. All three techs made a good impression on us, along with providing the services we needed done.

Artie has become our regular electrician at Appleton Campbell. He is always on time, professional, and explains exactly what his is doing. We cannot thank him enough for the exceptional service.

Friendly, professional and great service. They took the time to explain the issues and what we needed to go forward.

We are in our new place and the only folks we would want keeping an eye on our systems is A&C.

Shawn Hollingsworth did an outstanding job diagnosing and later repairing our outside AC unit control board after we experienced a near lightning strike in July 2025.

4/24 Preston and Nicholas plus their crew did a marvelous job installing two compressors and coordinating all with our existing system. Efficient, mindful of the property, knowledgeable. Their expertise was very much appreciated.

We started with a new a/c unit with Appleton Campbell. The following year, we had them install a second unit and upgrade our air handler for another house zone. This last year, we asked them to take over maintaining our furnace. Each service person is knowledgeable and professional. We have only high praise for this company.

8/4/25 Kamari, Devin and Austin did an excellent installation of both a well pump motor and reservoir tank at our home. They were efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. The work was done in a single day.

We have nothing but good things to say about the services provided by the company contact personnel, the diagnostic persons, and the installation technicians! And Rene in customer service is beyond excellent! Everyone we’ve dealt with at A-C has been helpful, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely courteous. We had two major jobs done—replace a leaking water heater and replace an entire H-VAC system —all within a two week period, so our budget took a real hit and we do think that the prices charged are very high, although services in our area are expensive. That said, we feel sure we could have gotten the work done more inexpensively; but there’s no doubt that it was done well and the Appleton Campbell personnel, without fail, were more than exceptional and excellent. Jerry and John installed our water heater and Roger, Seth, and Isaiah installed our heating and air conditioning system. If you are looking for a job well done—and they do clean up after themselves, hauling everything away while respecting the cleanliness of your residence —you won’t go wrong with Appleton Campbell. If you are looking for cheap repairs or replacements, maybe you should look somewhere else.
