I went in for a specific item.
I was immediately asked if I needed help as I entered the building. As I was making my way to the aisle it was in, again someone asked if I needed help. I believe it came from the managers office.
I found the part I needed in record time, paid cash and on my way!
I love customer service like this!

This store has changed drastically since last year! Last year the clerk couldn’t be more helpful. This year I came in to have a battery changed in my car fob and was told that you don’t do that anymore. I also asked about a smoke alarm because I had questions. Before I could explain I was told all alarms were on aisle 13. So much for friendly service. I left the store with neither.

I was looking for an item that was out of stock they took the time to order it for me and let me pay for it in advance and also gave me a call at home to let me know that my item had arrived thank you so much for your service

The Augusta store is always extremely helpful, courteous and well stocked. I try to make it a point to stop there before a trip to a big-box retailer. As with all business right now, staffing can be light. If you can be patient with them it is well worth it. It’s nice to go somewhere and get a “hey Chris”. Mike J. and Ms. Brenda, keep up the good work.

I was looking for a particular oil based paint. Found the perfect one even in a spray can and cheaper than big box stores.

Jonathan, was such a big help and made my trip to your store so much fun and efficient. He knew exactly where everything was I needed. Him and mike make a very good team. Please don’t let either one of them leave.

Aubuchon's is a great store, and I love shopping there. They have terrific customer service and just about always have what I need. Their products are good quality at a very good price. I also like to use Aubuchon's on-line shopping site because it is really hassle-free.

I really hope small hardware stores like they stay in business because when you really need help finding a certain item, it’s horrible getting good help at Home Depot or Lowe’s. These guys really do give individualized attention and hope you find what you need. Plus it’s a lot quicker than Walmart Home Depot or Lowe’s will ever be

This trip was just to have keys made. I was immediately greeted with a helpful staff member who made the keys for me without delay. I was in and out of the store in just a few minutes. The keys, of course, work perfectly.

After receiving an email telling me about the weekend paint sale, I went to Aubuchon hardware to pick up some paint for a project. Gentleman helping me was very friendly and professional, I really appreciated his help from mixing my paint to checking me out quickly. I'm sorry I didn't catch his name, but thank you.

Found what we were looking for. I like the fact you can refill propane tanks. We also notice you can get screens repaired there and buy cut glass.
