Absolutely one of the best places I have worked with when buying a vehicle! Extremely friendly and not pushy at all!

We purchased a shed in 2023, they were super easy to deal with. They even held the new unit at no charge while we waited to have our old shed removed. The shed was priced way below others and it’s top quality. The placement was quick and professional too! We recently purchased a truck from them. The vehicle was completely serviced and a great deal. They provided a better trade in offer than the big dealers, and no high pressure sales push! There was an issue with truck after the sale they stood behind the sale no questions asked and resolved the issue quickly and at no charge. Highly recommended for sheds cars and trucks!

Amazing place with two of the nicest people. Normally, I have a lot of anxiety going to a dealership, but they made it easy and stress-free. We got there, and they had the car ready for us to test drive and all the paperwork ready!
They will also keep in contact with you every step of the way by phone and text message. We knew what vehicle we wanted, and they were able to accommodate our needs.

The gentlemen I spoke with had no personality at all. I asked about one vehicle and the price, more or less if the price was firm. The miles were very high for the year and would have been a slight concern for any potential buyer but the issue is he made a comment about how it wouldn’t be worth my time or drive to the dealership when he literally didn’t ask me anything not what I am interested in, not what my budget is, and he definitely didn’t ask me where I was driving from lol. Very unprofessional. It’s all good though I found the perfect car else where. Good luck hopefully others have better customer service then I did.

Car broke down four times within 47 days
They told me to take it to their mechanic I did and then it broke down 5 days after!
The muffler is being held on by about a quarter of an inch how can this be legal? Sent them all of the information text and everything not trying to help me. all sales final
There's got to be a law about lemon cars or something that can help me out with this this is completely unacceptable the BBB will be hearing about it

Recommend 100%, the custom tool was great, so was the assistance from the team with placing my order. It was a quick manufacturing process and a seamless delivery and installation. We are thrilled with the quality and the experience on this new shed.

The process of building and the product by far exceeded my expectations! The gentleman that worked with me on my order was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me color options, layout, and roof types. He provided me quotes for each of these in an incredibly timely fashion! Once ordered, the product was finished being built in no time. The team that arranged delivery were friendly and organized. The drop off was completely seamless!

If I could give a negative star rating I would. My husband bought a vehicle in July 2023 that won't even take an inspection sticker now ONE year later due to the frame and rockerpannels being completely rusted out. Not impressed we are stuck paying thousands on a vehicle that wasn't even good a year. The guy that inspected it at the garage said it NEVER should have been sold to us in such shape. And conveniently every time you try to get ahold of someone there to speak with they never seem to be available. If I were you I'd take my money elsewhere, unless you're into getting screwed over.

Love my shed from Drew's and Old Hickory. The purchasing process was smooth and we did not feel rushed . I am not really a decisive person so I appreciated their patience. The delivery was superb..again lots of patience with placement of the shed. I also had a question about the construction after delivery . Old Hickery staff was great as well. Customer service all the way through. Oh, and unfortunately you will not be able to purchase with the sliding doors. That was a DIY that, in my opinion, took it to a whole new level. Did I tell you that I LOVE my backyard retreat?

Just want to tell everyone about my experience of buying this shed from Craig Drew. He was very helpful right down to details of what I was looking for in a shed right down to colors and size. It took about 6 weeks and it was delivered it was everything I expected and more the delivery guy was professional he made sure it was spot on level and where it was supposed to be. Than I called Craig and ordered a ramp from him for the shed and there were no issues I sent him a picture he told me what size I would need and say d he would be able to set them up for next week I went to his dealership to pay him and he wasn’t there but paid a friendly gentleman called John, little did I know Craig was already at my house installing the ramp it blew my mind to see a ramp already done and. Craig had already left. I just want to tell everyone that my experience with buying a shed from Craig Drew went far better and easier than I thought it would. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a shed this is the man you want to see. I Will easily give them a 5 star rating with all of it.

Awesome experience. We drove through the lot, picked out what we wanted, called the following day and had it delivered to our home for a reasonable price. Very easy to work with, fair pricing, and quality product!

Drew's sells cars and sheds. I don't know about the cars, but I bought a shed there, and have been very happy with it. The quality blows away the big box stores, and though I built my own house, this was done with clear efficiency and is very solid. I also really liked the guy who delivered it, and put it in exactly where we wanted it. He is not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

We purchased a shed from Drew’s New to You last fall. We found their businees extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely purchase from them again!

The customer service after the order was great. I was able to make online payments to the company, through out the winter. My delivery driver was very professional and did a great job to unload my barn. The experience was great and I would buy another one.

Bought a 10x20 shed two yrs ago. It was delivered and set and I have used it to store building materials while my house was being constructed. Now im going to build a small ramp and keep my ATV and other miscellaneous items in it. It’s a great storage shed.

The shed itself is beautifully made, and solid as a rock.Every single detail of the transaction, from initial contact, to purchase and delivery,were simple,painless and flawless.The gentleman who delivered the shed (a 10x16 behemoth),was an absolute rockstar,placing it literally within an inch of our markings.We would not hesitate to recommend Drew’s to anyone looking for reputable, efficient service.

The owner Craig is very dishonest and non remorseful. BEWARE. Owner claims lack of commitment I have all messages showing he clearly understood I had intent to buy and he offered to hold the cap for me. He is being very deceptive about this review and this is the exact reason I do not recommend doing business with him.

I found a rare gem. The people here are knowledgeable, honest, and truly care about their customers. If you are looking for a vehicle you really should stop by. And while you are there, if you are looking for a sweet shed, they sell these, also!!

I just got a new vehicle from Drew’s New to You in Augusta. I worked with Craig mostly and he was really great. He communicated with me continuously as I was considering the purchase, even off hours. I work an hour and a half away and he stayed late just so I could see the car and decide if I wanted it. They have a very warm friendly vibe and it’s not just for show. I had an unexpected issue after buying the car and without hesitation Craig made it right beyond my expectations. He’s a really good man and that’s hard to find in car sales. If you want to do business with people that really care, Drew’s new to you is where to go. Ask for Craig if he’s not the one that greets you!!

Very nice people, low pressure sales. Didn't buy a car here, but the experience of looking was wonderful, would definitely check here next time we are in the market. The prices were very reasonable and they had a good selection, just not what we needed.

I've gone through some cars in my life, which means I have dealt with my fair share of dealerships and salesmen.

This place is great. My bank made this process unreasonably difficult for everyone involved and these guys held by our deal while the bank took their precious time with everything.

Took my husbands car here after he hadn’t cleaned it in FOUR YEARS. It was a whole other level of filthy, but when they were done with it, I felt like I bought a brand new car off the lot. Even the stench was gone, it smelled and looked brand new and I am beyond grateful!! They went ABOVE and BEYOND with customer service and I’ll definitely be using them again!
