Very knowledgeable when asking question . Really like Buffy and her expertise when I need advice on what I am purchasing. She has a great smile and is very friendly. The store is clean and I like that it is in my town of Oakland,easy access. Great service and thank you all for being my go to.

Best customer service i ever had. I will only buy my paint at wtvl store for the rest of my life. Ive never got such good help from an employee ever at any store but andrew a. was immaculate. Thanks to him and him only i will be a repeating customer. That andrew a guy deserves a raise.

The people are friendly and wicked helpful! I was acknowledged and approached as soon as I came in by the cashier and she helped me right away. I was in and out in literally 3 mins. Fastest help I've ever received! Now as far as what's in-stock, I haven't always found what I needed but only 1 out of 8 visits is like that. Still 5 stars in my book!

This hardware store always carries high quality durable products and replacement parts. Definitely worth stopping by here if you want to skip the long lines at the big box stores.

Went well at the store as they had my wood pellets all ready for pickup. When I got home noticed one bag had got wet and the pellets were all soft. Now I have to drive 15 miles back to the store to replace. I would rather load my own pellets.

My orders was ready as promised. The only feedback I want to share is that no one answered the phone when I arrived for curbside pick up so I had to go in and wait in line to get my order. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating.

Why? Besides the odd tool part, doohickey, sprocket, and spoggle that no one else has:
1) Customer service. Friendly. Funny and personable, there when you want them, and out of sight when they hear, "Just browsing right now." and let you do so.
2) They all *know their stuff.* Even with saw blades.
3) ALWAYS the best prices on winter salt options
4) They are the only place that carries our gutter system. Phew!
5) Propane, Propane, ProPANE!!

Best place to get propane! They have a convenient outdoor bell that you can ring for assistance. A store associate will come out, greet you and bring you to their nicely lit and easily accessible filling station. And since there's ample parking spots very close to the propane filling station, So your not stuck hauling the heavy full tanks of propane across an entire parking lot afterwards.

Funny how I look forward to going to my local Aubuchon knowing I'll be talking to knowledgeable staff that treat you like family. From Carol the paint Guru, to Ralph , Buffy , Pete , Mike & the rest I can always count on finding what I need & the knowledge to use it...

I like going there because everybody helps you figure out what you need and if we can’t figure it out, they would suggest something

The Waterville store is amazing. Caroline is the most helpful and knowledgeable asset of Aubuchon Hardware! She also trains the rest of the staff very well and leads by example in going above and beyond to assist her customers. Today I needed a small snow shovel and as it is nearing the end of the snow season all of the small shovels had been put in storage out back. Caroline went out back and got me one. Above and beyond!

Staff is so helpful! They really know their store and inventory, AND they're able to help me understand difference when there are options for what I'm looking to purchase.

Store Mgr. and crew are very helpful and have knowledge to help customers make right decision.!! I enjoy the experience there every time I visit.
