Aubuchon Hardware - Warner, NH

Been going to the store for ages. It’s one of my favorite hardware stores anywhere. Huge selection and a ton of fun for anybody who likes tools and hardware. Great atmosphere and great staff and very cool store cats. Great place to bring your dog. Just keep them on a leash if they’re not good with cats.

Aubuchon Hardware is an excellent store! The staff is friendly, helpful, and always willing to offer advice. They carry a wide range of tools, home improvement products, and garden supplies at reasonable prices. The store is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Whether you're a DIYer or working on a bigger project, Aubuchon Hardware is a reliable go-to. Highly recommend!

Solved my plumbing problems

I had a tricky, non-standard plumbing requirement. Several shops wouldn’t even give me the time of day.
I walked in here and John dug in and figured it out. He laid out the pieces and explained it all to me I was able to go home and do the installation correctly even with my limited skills.

Great store with ‘old fashioned customer service’. Go see them for all your household needs. (BTW, John is great with paint as well)

The clerk Riley was super helpful even though he didn’t get the alert that the order needed to be filled. As soon as I came in he checked the order, pulled it and carried it out personally.

I live out of state and driving to Warner for Christmas with family. I called the Aubuchon in Warner about a gift I want to get there. Spoke with Corey who was more then helpful and put the product I want to purchase aside for me to pick up when I get to Warner. Thanks, Corey for your service so much better then the ugly online store called Amazon. Look forward to coming to your store soon. Cannot say enough of how great this store is every time I come to Warner.

I recently stopped in the Aubuchon Hardware store in Warner and was so pleasantly surprised with the help of Robert R. His level of customer service, product knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond truly impressed me. I also appreciate the wide variety of inventory offered at the Warner location. I will definitely have Aubuchon as my go to for my hardware needs.

I ordered a grill online for customer pickup, was greeted and helped by a professional associate with my order waiting, who then helped me load the grill into my car. All in an extremely timely manner.

Cory the store manager was very helpful in helping me buy a leaf blower. He spent a lot of time finding a missing part, signed me up for the rewards program and managed my product registration all during the transaction.

This place has just about everything. The staff is really nice and very knowledgeable. I actually had one person go above and beyond to help me. I ran out of pellets and the store had sold their last bag. He located another Aubuchon store in a nearby town with a ton for me. It happened to be one in a town he is often in, and because all I have is a small car which would have taken multiple trips for me, he picked it up in his personal vehicle. Not only did he bring it to town but also delivered it to my house... he even helped unload it. This is all from a place that does NOT deliver but one employee, being absolutely amazing and trying to help someone out that needed it, went above and beyond to help!

The manager at the store was super helpful in helping me with purchasing a new leaf blower. He even took it outside and started it up for me to make sure it worked before I went home. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time and I will be coming back to the store for future hardware purchases.

I was looking for something that I had no idea where I would find it. When I asked staff they took directly to where it was located. I was in and out in just a few minutes.

Made an order online and it was almost instantly ready for pickup. This is always consistent with every order. Incredible service!

I placed an order online and I received an email when my order was ready. My items were at the front counter when I arrived and were ready fit pick up.

Still 5 stars for the store and employees but I recently tried to place another on-line order and when I tried to check out, the website grayed out and wouldn't let me proceed. I ended up having to go to the store to shop rather than being able to order on-line and pick up.

You had just what we needed in electrical supplies to complete a project at home. Friendly service and convenient location.

Great personalized service, such friendly people! Prices are fair and selection is Awesome! I now come here vs Lowes (which I still love). After several visits/purchases I am always pleased and feel glad THIS was the store I stopped at!!! Great job all, I'll see you sooner than later

Aubuchon Hardware is my go-to for any of my projects. After their remodel looks nice and I don't know if it's because of the new space but that seem to have a bigger inventory. There problem about the inventory though is the price. I bought an axe there and I found the same one for almost $8 cheeper at Walmart. I mainly go there for my Stihl equipment and my wallet sure does hate me for it.

Expanded store has good assortment of household, yard, and home project items. Staff is knowledgeable in recommending and locating items.
