The online ordering process was easy and the service at the store in Lancaster, NH was excellent! They were very courteous and friendly.

Have been buying propane daily for this heating season and have put up with rudeness because they're in town and less expensive. Today when went to get it, was actually sworn at because this older gentleman is obviously sick of seeing us! He said eff this and he wasn't even the 1 who had to go outside to fill the tank?! Many people are struggling just to live and this is not the way to treat loyal customers or even awful customers for that matter! We have to get it or the bedroom would be freezing cold and price is important, he's lied and told us that their equipment was not working after a customer just left with their tank filled?! It's obvious that they don't care but it's essential for us to stay warm, unfortunately we have to accept the behavior or go without! Very sad to be treated this way on top of all the things we need to survive this winter, we're not young so I guess it is what it is but if you can afford to go elsewhere, you should.

I placed an online order and it was ready for pick up within a couple hours. Pickup was just as easy.

Got there at 6:45pm (Wednesday) for wood pellets and both doors were locked. I thought a guy (employee) was coming to let me in but walked out right passed me and said "ya, we're not open till 7 it's a corporate issue. Google sucks we can't update it, we are only open until 6:30". I've definitely been in this store after 6:30pm.

My order of pellets was ready I simply let them know that i was there and they came right out and loaded my truck it was seamless

My order was ready almost immediately. The bags of chicken feed were placed in my vehicle right away. This service made things so much easier after working the night shift. Many thanks to their awesome staff and for this wonderful service!

They have a huge selection of most anything you can need. Feed,fishing supplies, hardware, and on and on. Knowledgeable people who want to help you. Great place to shop!

Bought a product that didn’t meet my needs. Easy return and found a replacement. I have always had very good customer service. I don’t expect them to compete with large box store inventory. Happy to have a local store to go to first.

Aubuchon always has what I'm looking for and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Aubuchon is pricey compared to it's competitors, but sometimes the convenience is worth it

Hit or miss if they have something your looking for and they do fill propane tanks but it's either empty or broken out of the year going there for propane and probably needs more signage. Most of the people are friendly . Okay selection for dogs not much if you have a cat . Fairly clean for the type of store

Darren is amazingly knowledgeable and has lots of expertise to share. Happy he’s working there! Love all the helpful employees.

Purchased a new gas grill recently. Asked if we could have it delivered. "Yes", and it was done free-of-charge. The person who delivered the grill was the new store manager. After congratulating him, I told him how much I like the store and the folks who work there. I've never had any experience that fell short of a 5-stars at Lancaster Aubuchon Hardware. This time was no different, and - based on my experience - I don't expect it ever will be.

Rip off WENT TO GET SOME ALUIM ANGLE WELLL PRICE IN BIN WITH CORRECT STICKER WAS 9.97 RANG UP AS 28.99. Showed the employee where it came from and read the tag to him and employees words were "NO" funny friend went back 30 min later same piece was placed in same spot . Good luck buying there. "products are not6 puty in proper place yet employees do not do it either. next state complaint.

There are about 3 nice friendly people who work there, the others are very surly. Last time I was in, I had 2 very nice people helping me and then this guy, might be a manager, comes out of the office, scowling and banging stuff around. He glared at us all, knocked some stuff over, and stomped off to the backroom. Very very unprofessional. It's not the first time I've had super grumpy help there. I'll just spend my money where people are happy to take it.

This morning I was in Jefferson, NH working outside. Bugs were bad so I decided to look for a head-net for bugs. This Aubuchon was 20 minutes in one direction, Wal Mart 30 minutes in the opposite direction. I called Aubuchon and asked if they sold head-nets and was told they do. I asked the guy if he could check but he said no because “they’re a hundred miles away” He assured me they had them anyways,

20 minutes later I’m at Aubuchon and no sign that they have ever been sold there. No one else in town has them either. I’ve missed over an hour and a half of work because staff wasn’t willing to check ahead. I wish I’d just gone to Wal Mart :(

I went into the store looking for something simple, I found it right off. Darren is always very positive and happy on the checkout counter. It's always worth going in there.

Bigger than the last spot they was in. Carry alot more than before also! Everyone is so helpful and know the products well.

I purchased a very expensive Lawn Tractor from them amd could not locate my invoice. I called and asked them for customer servuce, I got a tech who works on them? He said he could not serch for an invoice thats why they gave me one? I can't find mime I said can't you just print one? its not a rake. I need invoice to register warrantee at a new location. They appartently don't care and do not have an busness office??
Apparently they are now just another box store attitude place. stay clear if you expect customer service or any help at all..

Great staff who even when when the store is pack or they don't have what you are looking for, will take the extra minute and try to point you to another business in area. Much improve management from experiences in past years where your not treated like your bother bothering them. Greeted with a smile and they try to help you find products you need .

Best hardware store in town!!! Great staff, they always have what I need, the prices are reasonable, the store is well laid out, its easy to find what you are looking for. All and all a fantastic shopping experience!!

Best ACE Hardware store I've been in. Staff is always helpful, professional, and courteous. Selection of DeWalt power tools is amazing. Store is always clean and organized. Nice to know your supporting LOCAL business at it's best.

I ordered online and they notified me when the order was ready for pick up. The products were as advertised and I was happy with the service.

In my opinion the staff at this store need serious help. I stood in line for 20 minutes waiting on a cashier with five other customers to finally have someone come from the back of the store visibility and verbally upset he had to cash us out...Not the first time I have experienced poor staffing at this store...sad...

Nice store, well stocked, with helpful employees who know where to find anything. I like it that they are just as attentive if all I need is one bolt as they are when I need something expensive.

All parts on site. Employee was very helpful findind everything. Made the shopping quick and easy. I got back on site to finish my job the same day. Thank you.

The people in the store were really nice but they did not have the particular dog food I was looking for… it was a canned science diet
