We can happily and highly recommend Nick Tracey for your roofing work. They were professional and thorough and a pleasure to work with throughout. At the initial sales call, Mike walked me through the process and enough details about roof construction and shingles that I could confidently make a decision about the options. Manny got the crew started early, even before Rick was on-site, and provided endless energy and high skill all day. Rick, our project manager, was a pleasure to work with - organized, communicative, friendly and willing to work with any issues (skylight) that were discovered. The entire crew worked hard and tirelessly and at the end of a long, hot, humid day - interrupted by some heavy rain late in the day - spent the time and care to carefully clean up. Our roof - and yard and gardens - look great!

We are totally happy with our ~2400 sq ft metal roof. Price was much less than a competing quote, so even if you think you're sold on a competitor, I highly recommend getting a quote from Nick Tracey before you decide. All the personnel were great, Brian, Mike and Vincenzo. They were very accommodating to my few requests, and kept us informed with text, photos and in person. As a retired engineer, I have an eye and feel for technical details, and I haven't seen anything I don't like. The seven person crew finished in 3 days, working two very hot and humid 13 hour day and another half day.

From their very reasonable quote through to installation and cleanup, this was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. The service and workmanship was professional and efficient, the roofing brilliant, and the team (particularly Brian and Azael) went above and beyond to make sure I was kept informed every step of the way. I can't express my gratitude for the beautiful job they did on my roof and after cleanup, the yard was immaculate. I can't recommend them strongly enough!

I am already getting compliments from my neighbors. Nick Tracey Roofing did a phenomenal job, On site manager Mike DiGiammarino was professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Materials were delivered a few days before and checked to make sure what was ordered was correct. The crew arrived early and went right to work, I’m sorry I didn’t get their names but everyone of them deserves praise. Mike had another crew a few doors up and we were able to meet Anthony Almanzar a new site manager that was finishing his training, just as nice and as informative.No pushy sales pitches, no hidden cost and the clean up was awesome they actually left my yard better than before. We found them because my neighbor had her roof done and my wife is nosy she was impressed with the ease in which Mike pointed out problems that were visible on our 30 yr old roof. Call them if you need a roof or siding you won’t be disappointed. Now if I can talk my wife into new siding….

Azael and his crew were very professional and efficient. He kept me updated throughout the job. They finished the job in one day despite finding extra work and materials that were needed to get it done right.

Nick Tracey and his crew were great. Only company out of five to go in my attic during quoting. Fixed a vent pipe a whole year later while I was saving the money and he didn’t know if he’d get the business or not. Honest and easy to work with. Brought swatches when my wife decided to change shingle colors. Roof was done in a day, great and considerate crew, cleaned up very respectfully and awesome value.

We had a great experience with Nick Tracey Roofing & Exteriors. We have a larger roof with a high pitch and had a skylight installed to add light to an upstairs bathroom. The crew was on time both days and were very professional and some of the hardest workers I have ever seen. Our Project Manager was named Mike and he was easy to talk to and kept us informed with texts and progress photos through the whole process. We ended up needing some additional work done to siding and flashing once the old roof was off and they were able to get the supplies and work done along with the roof and kept the job within 2 days. They also did a good job cleaning up after the job was done. I would highly recommend them for any future jobs/quotes needed in the area.

Our 21 year old roof needed new shingles and better attic ventilation. Brian Lospennato did a great job assessing exactly what we needed and quickly gave us a winning estimate. Jose's roof crew of 8 showed up early and immediately began draping heavy duty tarps to protect the deck, plants, garden surrounding our house. Mike, our PM explained the details of the job and the benefits of the shingles, ridge vent we selected . The roof looks great and our attic ventilation should no longer be an issue thanks to the premium ridge vent, worth the extra money to avoid any chance of attic mold. The crew did a complete and thorough clean up of all debris and nails. I recommend Nick Tracey Roofing - great price and great job.

When I was researching companies to replace my roof, I was lucky enough to hear from several folks who had used one company and HIGHLY recommended it. That company was Nick Tracey Roofing. Now it is MY turn to recommend them!
A representative came to our house and gave us great information about the roofing process, choices in products as well as estimates.
He took his time in explaining everything to us, no pressure, just a clear description of choices and prices. Communication was great. He forwarded to us in a timely manner, an estimate and a timeframe. We chose to go with Nick Tracey and after that, communication was great; we were kept informed every step of the way. They were understanding and flexible when I had to change the installation date, probably hard for a busy company to do!
When the time came for installation, they were in touch with us to let us know every step: when the supplies would arrive, what time everyone would show up, what to expect. Everything was on time, exactly as they had said.
On the day of installation, they were here at exactly the time they said they would be here and our project manager, Mike, came to us and told us everything to expect, and he told us that he would stay in communication with us every step of the way. And he sure did!
He kept in touch throughout the whole process, letting me know what was happening at that time, what to expect next and he texted pictures of the whole process so we could see what was going on!
The entire crew was terrific, despite the fact that it was 92° outside and they were hot! But they are very hard-working and pleasant crew; they kept on working despite the heat which was challenging. Not only did they do a terrific job on the roof, the cleanup was outstanding. They protected all of our property in the process, and when it was done, everything was put back the way it was, and there was not a scrap or a nail left behind.
Our project manager, Mike, was not only professional and knowledgeable, he was present for the whole time and was involved in every step of the process. He was also very caring of his team, these hardworking folks who never let the heat slow them down!
What a friendly and committed man who takes great pride in his work … I am sure that Nick is happy to have Mike on his team and we are so very grateful that he was on ours!

Had Nick Tracey replace my roof. They did an amazing job. Very efficient and professional. After the job was done they cleaned up everything without a trace of them being there. The project manager was always on site and constantly provided updates throughout the entire process. Could not recommend them enough!

Overall it seems a job well done. Communication was good and job was completed on time and in budget. There were some minor glitches requiring follow up but the team stayed engaged and went a bit beyond in some areas. Thanks!

Nick Tracey’s crew installed a roof on our house and attached garage today, replacing original contractor grade roof. Their quote was very reasonable, they use high quality material and the crew did an exceptional job.

Mike was the project lead and made the experience easy for us. One day in and out regardless of the rain on install day. He was on site all day directing the work flow.

They left the site clean. They had a couple workers constantly sweeping for nails and hauling debris. They blew out the junk in the gutters.

I don’t usually give reviews but these guys knocked it out of the park.

Our neighbors had the same experience with these guys. Highly recommended.

I just wanted to give a shout out 2 Nick Tracy Roofing on a commercial/residential Flat Roof and pitched shingled roof at the property I work for here @ white rock , it started with Mike Ponti coming out here multiple times too help me come up with a solution to fix the major issue with this flat roof active leaking finally I got the approval and it was a Go the Lead Thecnician Azel contacted me the evening before the start of the project we met the next morning went over the scope of work to be completed and they where off and running they had the removal of the old roofing materials gone in no time also there where many surprises with rotting and things that were not properly done from the previous installation he contacted me with every issue to explain the problem and to get the go ahead to continue the job he also sent many photos from the start until the end what was very helpful to show my bosses so the new the extent of the damage also the crew all of them so professional friendly and very hard working men & women they finished in a timely matter even working on the weekend to finish the job picked up everything no trash or nails anywhere!! These Guys are Experts and very talented tradesmen. Thank you for a Difficult job well done

Nick Tracey roofing was able to deliver on all of their promises. They finished the roof in a day, they did a great job with cleanup and the new roof looks great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roof.

My insurance cancelled me stating I had too much moss, so I got a bunch of estimates and Nick Tracey was the best with only one other even coming close. Nick was a great guy to work with, very knowledgeable and didn't pressure me at all. All his recommendations were also recommended by the other roofers, so I feel like there was no unnecessary upsell either. He also got me on the schedule in like two weeks so my new insurance wouldn't cancel me as well. After a couple light rains and a solid rain storm today I can confirm that they did an excellent job and my roof looks fantastic. Highly recommend at least giving these guys a call and will definitely recommend them to friends, family and anyone who needs a new roof. 10/10

What a wonderful experience we had with our new roofing replacement project. We went with Nick Tracey roofing after getting many quotes and are so pleased we chose Nick Tracey.
Brian was the main contact and he did a great job explaining to us the materials they use (Owen’s Corning), the process they follow and an overview of what the project will entail. We received many follow-up emails from Brian keeping us updated on the progress of the project. A few days before the project start date the porta-potty and the materials arrived on site just as Brian had told us.
The day of the install Ricky and his 10 person crew showed up at 8am. Ricky spent some time with us explaining what was going to happen that day and took pictures of the house before they started. Ricky was in constant contact with us during the day. The old roof came off quickly, new roof and 4 skylights were installed. By 3pm the crew was all done and yard cleanup was under way. Ricky was constantly taking pictures during the course of the progress. Any questions or concerns that we had were immediately addressed.

Nick Tracey Roofing was outstanding. The whole process went without a problem. A great team showed up on time, replaced our roof in short order. We were kept up to date with frequent picture postings to our phone as the job took place. The whole team was pleasant to deal with and the new roof looks great!

The entire crew was professional and did a great job. The program manager, Angel, was great, patient, personable, and always accessible for questions. There were a couple items, e.g., gutter hangers, I wish turned out different in terms of appearance, but overall I'm happy with the project.

Nick Tracey Roofing replaced my roof. The front side of my house was curling and the back was not. They had to strip the front completely and replace the shingles. They did an excellent job at cleaning everything up. We found nothing left from the stripping of the roof. The workers worked hard and the job was completed in a day. The supplies had been delivered a few days before so they were there before they started the roof. I was not at the house when the work was being done but the project manager kept me informed about what was happening and was sending me pictures of the progress. Nick Tracey Roofing was a very easy company to work with from the quote to the finishing project. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if the occasion arises.

Great job from beginning to end. Full canvas to protect the house and perfect clean up. Started at 7:30 am finished at 3pm. Lots of angles on both sides of house. Well orchestrated operation.

We had a roof replaced by another company back in Feb, and when I contacted them to put the roof on a small addition I got the run around for over a month. I decided to reach out to Nick Tracey roofing for a quote. They were responsive and setup a estimate time which showed up to when they said they would. Got the quote quickly which was a good price and was able to schedule it fairly quickly. Best part is that they did match the shingles from my new roof even though it wasn't the brand they normally use. Roofing looks great along with all the trim work! Happy I made the switch to them.

This is my third roof installed by Nick Tracey Roofing. Previously Nick Tracey roofing did two commercial properties for us. This time, it was our residence. Keith Jordan was the project manager supervising the crew and they were awesome. 31 square, strip and then install, they were done and cleaned up by 4 PM. Keith texted me pictures periodically throughout the install. I stopped by around noon and Keith gave me a rundown showed me the work they were doing and I went back to work. Keith and the crew were great.
Mike Ponti was the sales rep that initially came to our house, showed us the options, and even stopped by my workplace to drop off additional samples. Mike was the project manager on a previous roofing job we did last year and he really knows his stuff. We are very pleased again with Nick Tracey Roofing.

Our roof was stripped and roofed in one day. It took about 12 hours and the crew never stopped except for lunch. Our project manager was very communicative. He listened to our concerns and made sure our critter guard was put on and even installed a new roof vent for our bath fan for no extra cost. They were respectful of our property and used tarps to protect house and deck. This was quality work done right!
UPDATE: I went to open my skylite in my attic recently and it won't open because the flashing was done improperly. We don't use the attic, so I only noticed it a couple weeks ago.

Arrived on schedule, completed the hip roof on a 3500 sf house including metal valleys and 41 sheets of plywood sheathing (as mold remediation). Then came back within a week for a couple of small punchlist items. Great job, great to work with.

Recently it was determined that I needed to get my roof replaced. There was a roofing company doing a house down the street, so I decided to go over and talk to them. I went and spoke to the homeowner whose house they were working on, and he was very happy with them. I then spoke with the project manager, who came back to my house to inspect the roof. He took pictures of the problems on the roof, and very thoroughly explained to me exactly what the problems were and why the roof definitely needed to be replaced. I had a very good feeling about him from the beginning, and agreed to have them do a contract and schedule the work. I also wanted to have my furnace jack changed, the existing one was extremely rusty and was getting rust all over the shingles. After securing a company to do that work, the project manager for Nick's Roofing offered to contact the plumbing and heating company that was going to do the roof jack to coordinate the work being done on the same day, and he successfully did so. On the day that the work was completed, everyone arrived as scheduled in the morning. The roofing company crew, which consisted of six people including the project manager, went right to work. Tarps were laid down on top of both decks and all the way around the perimeter of the house to facilitate easy removal of all the debris. The roofing crew worked alongside the plumbing and heating crew to get both individual jobs done simultaneously and without any problems. The project manager sent me text updates and photographs throughout the day documenting their progress. When the job was completed later that day, I was left with a roof that looks fantastic. The crew cleaned up the work areas and left my house and the yard cleaner than it was when they got here. The project manager worked with me throughout the process to get all of the vents and the skylight done exactly the way I wanted it. The work that they did was flawless, and it was a pleasure dealing with both the company and all of its employees throughout the process. I could not have been happier with the work that they did or the result. In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend Nick Tracy Roofing and any of his employees that were at my house to anyone who needed a roof replaced or repaired or have any other work done that their company does.
