We hired All Work Construction for two minor bathroom remodels, which quickly evolved into more involved projects—especially our awkward master bath and closet combination—and ultimately included a full-scale kitchen renovation.

Vlad and his team were excellent throughout the process. Communication was never an issue: they were prompt and responsive to calls and texts, consistently keeping us informed on timelines and progress. Vlad was especially helpful with design input, particularly in the master bath, which involved relocating vanities and reconfiguring the closet layout. The end result exceeded our expectations.

Our kitchen remodel became a complete gut job, down to the studs, and included removing a wall and opening two additional entryways. From the demo crew to the cabinet installers and plumber, every member of the team did outstanding work and was a pleasure to work with.

What amazing service and communication. When I contacted All Work Construction Inc. online I was amazed at the quick response. They were able to send someone out within 24 hours to give us a quote. The salesman was able to measure out our existing tub and surround. He then gave us all the options to turn it into a walk in shower with grab bars and a fold down seat.
They came out shortly after to do a confirmation of all that needed to be done. This would include some pipe placement issues and drain updates.

They took pictures every step of the way and shared them via an app. The initial shower was installed in 1 day but due to delays in receiving the shower doors they had to come back. This was done even earlier than their estimate.

The installation process was smooth and the men were very good at making sure they kept their entire process neat laying out tarps and sweeping up as they left. They checked in with us to confirm that we were satisfied ton both days as they were leaving and listened to any concerns working with us to ensure that we were satisfied.

Throughout the process whenever I had a question or concern, all I had to do is text or email them and they responded within a short period of time.

All Work did an amazing job on our shower remodel! No other company was willing to tackle our neo-angle shower that did not have standard measurements. Vladimir came right out to get my projects in motion and we put a plan to redo the bathroom and replace multiple windows, he’s very pleasant to deal with; even though it was very pricey ( I’m thankful to have been approved for a loan but as soon as I pay my monthly bill I get hit with a $177 interest fee ( so I’m never going to get this paid off: anyway I noticed multiple windows still leak cold air (and they forgot to bring insulation that day but there was some in the attic from the previous homeowner that they used), and then my washer no longer had cold water and my toilet leaked under it and then they had to have the electric work brought up to code : since their work I’ve had another plumber come out and they said the plumbing to the washer machine was installed backwards and that the cold water was shut off and that the toilet screws were not long enough and were installed in angles which led to the leak: also I had another electrician come out to work on other parts of the house and he asked who did the electric work in the bathroom and he said it wasn’t up to code: and the dryer vent blows into my attic and they stripped the bathroom to the studs so I don’t understand why it wasn’t vented to outside (Vladimir said I said to leave it as is but I didn’t even know it vented into my attic and discovered this a week after the project was complete as I just moved in and was stilling getting to know this house). Also the bathtub caulking has so many gaps in it and I worry about mold growing. So I wrote a letter to Vladimir asking to be refunded for the other companies fees and he left me a message wanting to be on the same page and I was just asking for >$450 dollars having spent 30k to his company… I am beyond frustrated having spent a lot of money : to find out most of it wasn’t done properly.

AWC did a fantactic job transforming our bathtub to walk-in shower. From the start of removal to the final day of installation the work was exceptional. I would recommend them for your next renovation.

Reached out for an estimate for a project. I was contacted pretty quickly, which was positive but the conversation from the first contact was very negative immediately.

This contractor profiles customers and adds notes to their contact files of denial, without ever reaching out to you to get clarification on the project or advising they aren't interested. So I reached back out and was immediately advised that they don't waste their time with projects that they don't know what your budget is. They would only come out to look at this job if I told them what my budget was.

Then I was advised because I am getting money from another insurance company for part of the job, they don't take jobs from customers who get money from insurance jobs. Since where does it matter where my green money is coming from to pay the contractor? I am paying for the job so since when does that matter? I was also advised that the products they install are much better quality than, what I had and want in my unit. Again how would this contractor who has never seen my property, know what I want for a product or understand what I had originally had at this property? I was advised that what this company installs is less than what I want for this job, again how would they know when they have never been to the property to discuss my needs, nor do they know the scoop of work.

The whole conversation was very negative and unprofessional, from the start. The woman who reached out was Shaylee.

The team at All Work Construction was great! They were prompt to respond to our quote request, and sent someone out within a day or two. The person who came to the house was communicative and honest and helpful, and then Vlad came out to do final measurements and establish a timeline. From there, they got to us within a week and the whole bathroom renovation (taking out a shower, putting a tub in its place, replacing the surrounding wall panels, faucets, and knobs, and swapping out the toilet) took less than a day. We can finally take a nice relaxing bath and we are super appreciative for the speed and quality and professionalism of the AWC crew!

Took a bit of time before I did my rating. Second time using them as they did my bathroom a few years ago.

Just had my kitchen redone (floors, cabinets, and countertops). Not only did they get everything done in a week, it turned out amazing. Everyone that I worked with from the start to the end of the project was very professional and tidy. Everyday the area was cleaned up and when the project was completed everything was given a wipe down, and a final vacuum to make sure they left my place clean.

I custom ordered a clawfoot tub and there was a delay but I never needed to worry, every step of the way Vladimir was pushing to get it in even though I knew I could run into this ordering something custom. I was informed at every turn of event so I was never in the dark. I absolutely recommend, good people, good work- never a second did I regret them or worry I’d be shortchanged. I hired All work to remodel my smaller-ish bathroom, and I am very pleased with hiring them. They have an expert for each part of the project. They have a great sales guy who comes out to your home to give you an estimate then they have a project manager who manages the process then they have an electrician, painter, a plumber and demolition guys, we bought half of the stuff and they provided half of the stuff and then they installed the stuff we bought

Since they have an expert for each part, it’s not just one person who is a jack of all trades and I’m not saying that’s a bad thing because these jack of all trades people I guess I’m not an expert I just want thing but anyways I’m saying this because this company was also the most expensive out of the other two or three companies, I Communicated with for an estimate such as thousands of dollars more. I believe in you get what you pay for most of the time so long story short I highly recommend this company but if you are budget conscious and only can stay below 10,000 for example for a bathroom remodel , I don’t think it would be possible but if you are able to spend a little bit more than you can get it done. Hope this review helps, and I would hire them again!

I recently hired All Work Construction to remodel my bathroom. This was a complete demolition and rebuild from the studs in. I chose to get rid of my 1950's tub and replace it with a walk in shower, install new toilet and vanity as well as lighting and cabinets and flooring. They also rebuilt walls and painted. Some terrible home remodeling experiences in the past had left me very nervous about starting this project, but AWC( All Work Construction) made this project so much easier and more pleasant than I had envisioned. From the salesman Steven that was knowledgeable and friendly but never pushy or demanding, to the office assistant Shaylee who was fantastic about staying in contact and keeping me posted as to the plans, to the owner Vlad who made numerous trips out to my house himself to check on things or answer questions, everyone I dealt with at this company was professional, friendly and helpful. As for the work: they did a fantastic job!!! Work was done quickly, neatly( cleaned up every day before they left), and with attention to detail. The finished product is a gorgeous bathroom I will enjoy for years to come and is now the best looking room in the house!! I will not hesitate to hire All Work Construction again when I need work done and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for home remodeling.

We are having our bathroom remolded although the work has yet to start I need to commend them on how professional everyone in the company has been. They answer questions with language a nonbuilder can understand, they have very innovative ideas and suggestions and they aren't always trying to inflate the job. I am sure that when finished we will be just as happy.

These guys have gone above and beyond for us. What started out as a 1 bathroom remodel, turned into almost 80% or our houses interior being redone. We had a LOT of issues uncovered in our house. Improperly capped pipes hiding under the kitchen sink? Vlad was there at 8pm within less than an hour of discovery. Bathroom and kitchen outlets have no power?random light switch not even attached? Their electrician worked even later than that figuring out and fixing the problems. Kitchen, Dining room, Pantry, 2 separate bathrooms and rebuilding our laundry area so it vents outside! These guys helped us rebuild our home and I am very grateful. Hopefully they can help you too.

Vladimir came out to give us an estimate on tub/ wall replacement. He was efficient and so informative.we got estimate on the spot.his guys came out within days[ vlad & jeff) could not have done a better job! We are so happy w/ their expertise, great personalities and careful work. We could not be more happy with our new tub etc. Ty for being so easy to work with( and good humor when our puppy raced in to say hi.great company all around.

All Work Construction Inc was a good team of people. Professional and discreet. Took extra care to clean up and ensure that no mess or damage occurred during the process of the remodel. Vlad was very responsive to all questions throughout the remodel. We will definitely work with them again.

All Work Construction was awesome from the first day we met Vlad to the last day of renovation. The communication was great, as they always kept us posted with updates. The team of workers were ALL very professional and easy to work with. All the work behind the scenes with inspectors, ordering requested items and providing professional recommendations was seamless. We had our total bathroom, renovated and updated which included removal of existing tub and shower unit. The walls were skim coated, as well as the ceiling. They installed a new shower, walk-in with glass sliding doors. Installed our new floor, painted the entire area, including trim, we furnished the paint color for the walls And we purchased the vanity. They did the total installation of everything, including but not limited to the plumbing. We found the company to be organized, polite, and very proficient in their workmanship. The sales manager we dealt with was very receptive and easily contacted when we had a question , I would not hesitate to recommend all construction for any of your remodeling or renovation needs. Would definitely be a customer again. Pricing was below the other three quotes for the exact same work.

All work Construction did our master bath renovation from fiber glass to tiled shower + glass door. The pre sales person - Steven was very very helpful and responsive with answering our questions. After the contract signing - Vladimir came to do a site visit and helped us out in figuring some key design elements and he too was very helpful and responsive. His team did a great job with tiling and renovation. Our renovation took about 2 weeks because of scheduling issues but overall very happy with our choice and the whole All work team did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

We contracted with All Work Construction to perform a walls-in remodel of our sixty-year old bathroom and couldn’t be more pleased. They started the job about a week after we signed the paperwork and, in spite of supply chain and other present-day issues, completed it within two weeks on budget. Vlad checked in with us daily to ensure we were satisfied with the progress and to outline the following day’s schedule. His expertise and advice was invaluable. Every employee involved with the renovation appeared on time and completed each phase in the allotted time frame. The house was left in perfect condition without a shred of packing material or construction scrap. Our new bathroom is so beautiful! My husband and I would happily hire this company again for any future construction needs.

We hired Allworks for a bathroom
remodel, essentially a tub-to-shower conversion which included new flooring and installation of
Other fixtures. From the initial visit to the start of the job was only a few weeks and the rest took about a week of work to complete.

I found Vlad after a plumbing disaster forced us to update our 35 year old bathroom. I was so overwhelmed with where to start and what to do. I had several contractors come out for estimates and I was so unsure of my next step. Then, we met Vlad, he came and gave us his vision and to my surprise, he had samples of the wall surround, the flooring and I could finally picture a new bathroom. His crew came and worked harder than we expected. There was never a mess or things left undone! Today, when they went home and I stopped to take this bathroom in, I could not believe how gorgeous it is.

All Work Construction is great. They did a bathroom remodel for me, and it was an old bathroom. They were completely done with this remodel in a little over a week. They worked with me to get the finishes I wanted within my budget. They even scheduled the remodel to minimize the time we were without a shower/tub. Demolition started on a Wednesday, and we had a functioning tub and shower by Friday. I was so worried about finding a good contractor for our bathroom, but All Work was a dream. I will definitely be using them for our next project.
