AGR Roofing and Construction of Omaha went above and beyond the call of duty after they did a free inspection on my roof. I told them about a leak that had just become visible to me on my inside bathroom ceiling three days before they arrived. They identified the leak from inside my attic, then caulked the leaking vent pipe, and did it all with a big smile and no charge. I was very impressed. I will definitely consider using them the next time I need roof repairs or construction.

I worked with AGR Roofing and Costruction following hail damage to my roof and gutters. Zach Myers was awesome to work with. He inspected my roof for damage and found a replacement was necessary. Initially, my insurance declined the claim but Zach worked with me to have a reinspection and he was right, the roof was heavily damaged. I was also on a tight timeline and AGR accommodated me without issue. I highly recommend using this company.

I can’t recommend Alex Williams and AGR roofing enough. We had 2 other roofing companies to our house, both told us that we had storm damage but didn’t think we could make a claim.

We had resigned ourselves to saving up to pay for a new roof out of pocket when Alex stopped by. He completed an inspection and told us that we had a lot of damage and should definitely file a claim.

With Alex’s help we were able to get our roof replaced with no out of pocket cost!

On Tuesday morning (4/15/25) I contacted AGR's PM extraordinaire, Bryan Brown, that a section of my roof gutter blew away to Kansas & I needed a quick repair/replacement. The excellent repair/replacement was completed on Thursday (4/17/25) with the addition of a "rain flow flap, above the gutter" to prevent run off over the gutter. I could not be happier with the incredibly fast, professional repair. I certainly do not want to replace my roof / gutters any time soon, however when I do I will immediately contact AGR!!

I am very thankful for AGR Roofing and Construction! Project Manager Zach Myers worked diligently with the insurance company for 9 months to get my roof replaced due to storm damage. Alex is our first call anytime we have a roofing need. Most recently he spent unpaid time and energy helping us resolve an issue with our insurance company, who wanted us to spend thousands of dollars replacing a section of our roof that they thought wasn’t up to code. With Alex’s expertise we were able to provide documentation to our insurance proving the roof did not need to be replaced. Alex certainly could have let us spend unnecessary money on replacing the roof but he remained professional and confident in the roof being up to code and helped us navigate the situation.

I used AGR for a Davinci roof replacement following a storm. AGR, and Alex specifically, were so great in helping me navigate the process of not only a roof replacement, but also insurance claims. They kept me informed all steps of the way and I am so happy with how the roof turned out! Highly recommend!

We had AGR out to inspect our home after we noticed some hail damage. Alex Williams was fantastic!! He inspected our home and worked with our adjuster for us. Alex was very responsive and took care of our project for us. Would highly recommend if you suspect you have damage from any of the stroms.

This is the best residential roofing company I've ever hired. I couldn't believe how fast they got the job done. Top notch quality and a great price, and they cleaned up my property extra good. I only found one old nail after they finished. That has not been my experience with roofers I've hired for my houses in the past! They offer a nice selection of high grade shingles, and they actually have the colors you want! Again, not usually what I've experienced with residential roofers. On this particular job they had to remove multiple layers of shingles and replace the deck on my house and they got it all done and felted in record time. My unattached garage also got done at the same time. I confidently recommend this company to anyone looking for a residential roofing company.

We filed a home insurance claim back in July due to storm damage, and AGR was sent to our house to do an appraisal and quote the work being done. At that time, we felt confident that the job would be done well thanks to the sales rep that was at our home. We were promised everything we were concerned with would be handled.

AGR was terrible with communication, we did not know when the roof would be done or when their contractors would show up. We had people showing up randomly, sometimes not even doing any work, leaving our gate open, and leaving materials all over our yard and driveway. After the roof was completed, there were nails all over our yard and driveway.

The roof looked terrible when it was completed, did not look professional at all. And on top of that, our brand new fence gate was damaged and bent by AGR employees and they have not addressed that concern at all.

Trying to get ahold of anyone to address our concerns has been the most difficult process ever. It is now 6+ months later, and we have not had some of the work done that was promised by AGR.

We would not recommend this company to anyone looking to get a great, professional roofing service.

AGR did a first-class job of handling our roof replacement and other storm damage repairs! I would hire them again in a second!

Our home had damage to our roof, siding, windows, deck and internal drywall after a big hail and wind storm this summer. I had any number of contractors from which to choose. I chose AGR based on their reputation and other's recommendations and I am glad I did!

Grant, Alex, Brandon, and their teammates at AGR were all wonderful to work with and did a great job working with me, my insurance company, and subcontractors to get my house restored to pre-storm condition. The quality of the work performed was excellent and I feel like my home is actually in better shape than it was pre-storm!

Storm repair is the not the easiest process and can be highly stressful, yet they made it go smoothly, seamlessly, and as stress-free as possible. They were responsive and moved the process along as quickly as they could in a city filled with damaged houses and strained repair resources.

In a sea of roofing companies and repair contractors, AGR stands out amongst all of them in my book and I would highly recommend them to whomever is reading this review!

Start to finish, working with Mick and the AGR team was a breeze. Our roof/gutter replacement was an insurance claim, and AGR made the process so easy. On the day of the roof install, the crew was incredibly efficient, completing the job in one day, cleaning up any debris as they went along. The following week on the gutter install day, that crew also did a great job, completing the work in one day.

Every house on our street got a new roof this summer (due to hail damage) and we saw several roofing companies working. Most crews took two days to do the same sized house as ours, with inferior shingles. AGR provides the highest quality product, customer service and work. I can't recommend them enough.

I recently worked with AGR after the May 2024 hail storms. They replaced our roof, siding, and gutters. From start to finish the process was great! Communication was a great strength, we were kept in the loop every step of the way and AGR helped to bridge the gap with our insurance by speaking directly with them as well as submitting additional claim docs and info throughout the process. Ricardo was wonderful to work with, meeting with us multiple times and checking in throughout the process. Whenever we needed anything we knew we could reach out and get a response very quickly.

AGR and Zach Myers deserve 5 stars. I called him out to inspect my grandmas roof and he said there was not enough damage to file a claim. I decided to get a second opinion and have another roofer come out that told my grandma to file a claim on her house for hail damage. When the insurance guy came out they said there was not any damage at all. Going forward I will be going with Zach and AGR for being honest with me.

Zach is the best at getting the job done. I have seen him work late hours, early mornings, and weekends. He is determined to get a new roof at the best price rather that be through insurance or out of pocket. Took him a couple days to get all the material an crew lined up but only one day to get the shop an the house done. Unbelievable! I go to work with my old roof on an come home from work with a new roof on! Unbelievable!

I worked with Alex to get my roof done. He was very helpful and professional through the whole process of breaking the bad news that I needed to start from scratch, but was also willing to work with me on the timeline to get it done correctly and as quickly as possible as well as trying to save me some money along the way. Recently had AGR Roofing come out and give me an estimate on my parents roof. Alex was very honest and professional saying there wasn't any real damage caused after the storms to replace the entire roof but due to the quality of customer service my parents and my self received my dad decided to replace the roof anyways ! Thank you Alex & team !

This was the bid I received for a repair of some damaged siding. I guess there was more damage than the photo’s showed. Fine. This house is for sale in a probate. I asked Zach if I could have a breakdown of Labor and materials. He said , nope he would not do that. I replied this contains nothing on cost breakdown. He replied, “this is the bid”. Again, I requested a breakdown of labor and materials so I’m in compliance with showing the probate court, I’ve done my due diligence.
His last reply “you don’t go into Burger King and ask how much the bun costs in the price, do you”. I said well, if it’s an $11,400 hamburger I would. Now, this post most likely will not change ones view. I caution you, if you want to work with this group make sure you get a professional bid , which should include a breakdown of what you are paying for. The bid I got later today from a separate company provided a breakdown. PS Zach, your customer service skills need some polishing.

Very misleading. Guys come out and tell you that they will handle of the cost. And sell you a dream!!! Worst experience!!! Then they want to threaten to put a lean on a home when the lies they told catch up to them!!! They charged my neighbor who’s roof is smaller then mine over 25k. My roof was 16k. And the other neighbor more than that!!! Very crooked and lie so that they can run around and take from people in todays economy!!! Ruthless and sickening. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Jack was absolutely amazing! Very impressed with his communication and work. He went out of his way to solve the problem and fix it the right way! We will definitely recommend AGR to our friends because of Jack.

Its been a little over two months since our roof was replaced by AGR Roofing and I couldn’t be happier with their work! Zack explained everything in detail and answer all my questions. Our roof had a branch that went through our roof and AGR took care of all of it! Highly recommend.

My roof never leaked until they put a complete new roof and now it leaks . They refuse to fix blaming it on something else. Plus asked for more money after the job was done and then said if I give them a 5 star review that I would not owe more for the roof. Poor business practice.

We bought a home that desperately needed the gutters changed out. We had an excellent quote from AGR and decided to go with them. They did a fabulous job. We added some extras like covers for the gutter (we are getting older and I want to minimize future work for my husband). But they were absolutely amazing. Ricardo was there for us throughout the whole process. We got nervous because it was getting late on the scheduled date but they showed up late (about 4pm) and got it done professionally as well as rapidly. We have had several storms since we got the gutters a couple were severe and they held up! This also stopped the leaking we were having in the basement. We highly recommend this company!

AGR helped us with another project and it was great. Jim Korff is so knowledgeable about product options and coordinated everything. Communication and planning was great and the finished work is so amazing. We replaced old crank windows and in a day we had a finished product that worked flawlessly and looked great. Zach and Alex were so amazing. After being ghosted by multiple roofers, they took the time to make sure we got our roof approved by insurance and scheduled as soon as possible. These guys were fantastic. They came out to diagnose what we thought was a leak in our roof, but determined it was a ventilation issue in the attic and made suggestions on addressing the issue properly without trying to take us for a ride .

AGR stood beside us when we had a very large hail/wind claim on our church and parsonage house. They took the reins and worked tirelessly with the insurance company to ensure all areas were covered. We had two large single pain windows that, over 50 years, settled and had to be replaced. Jim Korff and his team-mate, Zach made all the arrangements and managed this new window installation beautifully !!! They went far above and beyond our expectations to insure that everything was perfect. They also completed some gutter repairs and everything was done on time and on bundler. We have used AGR several times. They were able to help us with every aspect of from appraisal to communicating with insurance until completion of the job. They were efficient and gave wonderful customer service. We tried to get several bids from other companies but they either no showed or didn't respond. Our neighbor hired someone else and it took almost a week. They had our roof done in 1 day.

AGR Roofing and Construction were an amazing company to work with in getting our new roof and windows. So enjoyed working with Bryan and Isabella so very personable and worked hard from time of our estimates into the completion of all the work being competed. Would highly recommend them !!!

Usually not good at these things, but this past year we had to replace our roof due to a hail storm. After calling several different companies and with no luck, I gave AGR a try. They put me in touch with Brayden Clark and he was at my house within a week for a quote. He was super personable and on top of everything. I only needed two sides of my roof done and they even used my left over materials as well. They saved me a ton of money and I couldn't recommend them enough!
