Roofer Mike's roofers went into our attic and on the roof so he could be thorough with his quote, eliminating surprises later. Our home was damaged by 80 mph winds last year 2024. Insurance came out and only paid to replace 3 out of 4 slopes. I wanted higher quality roof shingles than what was on there previously. Wanted to wait to post a review after winter storms passed by. Had a big rain storm with torrential downpours yesterday and observed zero leaks or any other issues.
Roifer Mike came over for an in person roof inspection and estimate and did a great job. He not only helped me with the roof shingle selection but noted improvements they could make with the attic ventilation.
The install itself was done very professionally. Big team, like 8-10 workers.
They were really efficient, started around 7am and finished around noon. It was a huge mess when they removed the old shingles, and yet once they were done, you couldn't tell anyone ever came over! We highly recommend this company by picky customers!

After initially trying to contact 5 different roofing companies that serviced Omaha for my roof replacement. I narrowed it down to 2. Roofer Mike's was not only the most affordable roofer, but I preferred the Atlas roofing shingles. They recommended a little more than the brand the other company liked using. In doing a little more research, it seems Roofer Mikes and Atlas have a very solid relationship which was another reason reason I am glad I chose them. I am confident that if there does happen to be any warranty issues Roofer Mike's and Atlas will work together to make sure I am taken care of. Customer service and response to questions was great through the whole process.

Roofer Mike's did our new roof installation and the siding on both ends of my house. They wrapped the eaves and soffit and installed gutters a few years ago and did a great job , so iknew i could count on more of their excellent work. They did not disappoint . Their roofers and work crews were polite , efficicent and professional . Through it was schedule as a 5 day job , they were delayed the first day ..... arrived early on second day and completed the work on time and under the initial estimate . We originally reached out to Roofer Mike's to get a roof repair and upgrade work done, vinyl siding repair on a few rental properties we own. The first property needed a new roof and siding. We wanted to give the second property a fresh look with new siding and trim. Roofer Mike was very knowledgeable of the products and answered all of my questions. I am so impressed at how quickly Roofer Mike assessed our problem during a roof inspection. We have a new house with a separate AC and attic furnace for the second floor. In the summer, the second floor was adequately cooled, but the humidity could get above 70%. He immediately noted we have a hip roof (you'll have to look that up), which resulted in a ridge vent that is too short to let enough hot air out of the attic and rotted out our roof from thr inside out. Additionally, he climbed into the attic and noted the builders had installed insulation (a good idea too high on the walls, such that it was blocking the opening of the ridge vent. He suggested a new roof replacement two power vents (two needed because of the size of our house) that will have thermostat and humidistat to let the vents know at what temperature and humidity they should start expelling hot air out of the attic. We hired him on the spot and his crew did an fanstic job for us. Cant recommend enough.

Roofer Mike's really came through for us on a difficult hail damage claims process. The Insurance company was really not feeling like working with us to finish the claim in a timely fashion, but I could count on the folks in the front office to keep the pressure on them until they answered our questions and addressed the issues that sprang up. During the roof repairs/claims process, I actually ended up in a situation where I needed to relocate for work and Roofer Mike's upped their timeline and worked hard to finish everything so that we could list and sell the house quickly! I have used Roofer Mike's Roofing & Roof Repair Omaha, twice to install DaVinci roofs on my homes. They did a fantastic job in both cases. They exceeded my very high expectations. The workmanship was excellent, the communication was great, they addressed unforeseen rotted plywood with new plywood replacement, fixed roof flashing, fixed leaking skylights and chimney flashing leaks, without missing a beat, they took extra care to avoid damaging my landscaping, and they did a great job of picking up at the end of the day and of the job. I received estimates from different roofing contractors for my roof replacement project. What stood out about Roofer Mike's quote was the attention to longevity, by using more durable materials for hip and ridge than the default that many contractors may use, and resulting comprehensive lifetime warranty by CertainTeed. They also re-routed downspouts that were draining onto shingles, which had been an area of premature shingle wear. Cost was ~20% higher than (an aggressive) lowest bid but on par with the third bid.
During the project they reported a few pieces of rotten trim and plywood and replaced these after discussing with me (kudos on the clear and responsive communication). Over all Roofer Mike's did a fantastic job on our roof installation. Highly recommended.

Our home in Bent Creek had a roof replacement done by **** Roofing last fall. This spring our second story gutter started to sag and fall away from the house. **** would not help with the situation.
We had Roofer Mike come and assess the gutter and Mike noticed that, in addition to our gutters falling off the house, the roof was in terrible shape in spite of just having a new roof done recently.

Mike found multiple issues not addressed by ****. Our roof was not safe and in many areas the decking was so damaged that it was sagging and unstable to be walked upon. There was even a hole in one area of decking covered only by shingles.

The flashing was done incorrectly and the water barrier was not applied correctly.

Mike made all the repairs in a timely fashion with his crew of professional carpenters and roofers. We now have a safe roof. In addition, he corrected the ventilation to the attic that was also faulty that had led to condensation and indoor ceiling damage.

Mike was extremely helpful and we are so grateful to him for the exceptional work he did for us!!!!

Roofer Mike is the most honest and dependable roofer in Omaha. Our roof was old and in disrepair. 1-23-24. However, this contractor changes company names and phone numbers quite often and it's getting confused with another contractor under Omaha Roofing. When it's time for some follow-up to fix a couple issues the phone number has been changed and there's no way to reach Mike Moran. The work on the roof was great but there's no way to follow up with future problems with a guarantee because the contractor has changed names and phone numbers. I hope this helps.

Very straight forward and honest. Communicated throughout process. Called a few companies in my area and left voicemails. Roofer mike called me back within 5 minutes and we had a inspection scheduled right away along with every question I had answered. The other companies called back days later or not at all.
