I had an inspection completed by the most wonderful young man. He had the greatest respect for myself and my property. He told me everything he did and told me the roof was still in good condition and does not need to be replaced. I will hire Turtle roofing when it comes time to replace it due to his honesty.

I had Josh come out and give me a free inspection. They were very professional, honest, and helpful. Even though I didn’t engage them to do any work, Josh was not pushy to sell me anything. Would definitely recommend him and their service to friends and family.

First contacted this company after the bad storms in summer of 2024. Ended up meeting with Jayden, who was very knowledgeable and great at providing answers to any questions I had.
We ended up contracting with them to do our roof, gutters, and 3 sides of our houses siding. They began work in late September/October with the roof. They then did the gutters. About a week after the gutters were done I noticed an entire down spout missing, so I went to my roof to inspect the work and found that my gutter guards were also not re-installed. I contacted the company and they were very helpful with getting this taken care of. However, when their gutter crew returned they re-installed my old leaf guards, which were ripped off and broken by the roofers. I once again reached out, and this was fixed. So after 2 months we finally had the 3 days worth of work finished.
Fast forward to this spring. It was finally decent enough out to do the siding. I spoke with their project coordinator who told me material would be delivered March 17th. On the 17th he calls and says there’s a delay but they’ll be out Thursday. I agree and say that’s fine. The next day (the 18th) I go to leave for work at around 6 am and find a random dude standing in my driveway to start siding. Poor communication and planning on their part as there was blizzard that Wednesday the 19th.
They did not work the 19th and returned the 20th. I was home as my company vehicle was stuck about a block away. Then my Internet goes out. Turns out, the siding crew (which consisted of a single guy) cut the fiber cable going into my house. I called the company. Once again. And their resolution was to cover this months Internet bill which was better than nothing, but still insane due to the fact that we were without a basic commodity for 4 days because the guy cut it.
After a week or so, the one guy siding crew had finished and there was nothing but quality control issues. Crooked recessed mounting blocks, jagged edge finish. Whole pieces crooked and sticking out. More issues than I’d like to list and that isn’t even all of them. After another week or two of going back and forth with the company, and them returning to “fix” issues (on 4-5 different occasions) I gave up, cut my losses with them and paid the bill. I have since had a separate siding company come out to fix the flaws.
All in all, the company is not bad to work with. But don’t expect their 5 star rating to reflect their crews as there is an insane lack of quality control.

Turtle roofing is the 3rd company I've had check the leaky roof that was poorly installed on my DR Horton built house. Grey Malone, and his staff at Turtle was the only company to find a solution. I would use them again and highly recommend them. A good experience all the way.

Brennan was Great! Walked me through the emails and paperwork - all done and didn't hurt too bad - insurance is one thing, having someone guide you through is another ;-)

I had Josh and Kyle come by for a roof inspection, and I was thoroughly impressed! They were not only very polite but also honest in their assessment. I will definitely reach out to them again for future inspections.
As an added bonus, they kindly helped me by putting my lights back in place after the inspection.
Once the inspection was complete, they informed me that there was minor damage, but thankfully, it wasn’t significant enough to warrant repairs or a replacement. Overall, a great experience!

We used Turtle Roofing to repair our roof, replace fascia and a couple of downspouts. The job was originally delayed multiple weeks because they forgot to send in the shingle sample they pulled to test and identify the type of shingle and didn't realize it until I called an asked for an update multiple times. With the exception of the fascia, I had to call them back for each repair to do it correctly. Even after the roof was fully "repaired" we have had shingles blow off in the repaired area multiple times. I picked them originally because they were a small, locally-owned company and I assumed they would take pride in their work but that is not what I experienced.

I paid them to come out once to fix one area they had done previously since we had another area the did not work on that needed repaired. Now we have another row of shingles that blew off of the area they repaired originally with winds less than 30 mph and I have to look for another company to do the repair that will do quality work.

While I understand that sometimes shingles don't fully seal when it is cold, the original job was done in early November before it got really cold and it can't be a normal expectation for shingles to blow off a repaired area not only once but twice.

Recently, I worked with Kyle Short from Turtle Roofing for a roof repair where the decking in several areas needed to be replaced. Kyle was easy to work with and went the extra mile to ensure that the true trouble areas were identified and even had his colleague David come out and crawl around in the attic.

The work work crew was polite and professional. They did an exceptional job of cleaning up after the work was complete.

Overall, Turtle Roofing did a terrific job and I will be using them for any future roofing needs.

With hail in the spring of '24 we needed our roof checked for damage. So we started our search for a local company . After watching a half dozen or so roofs replaced, we decided to call Logan Seilhan with Turtle Roofing who was handling our neighbors home across the street. Logan is very knowledgeable about the entire process and the products used. His follow through, attention to detail and prompt responses to questions was amazing. If he said something would happen, it did. Turtle's roofing crew, and the gutter crew were professional and excellent at their crafts. We are very pleased with the finished product. If we need another roof, and we probably will living in Nebraska, we'll make one call to the experts at Turtle Roofing.

For anyone interested in more details, I'll go a little more in depth on my experience. I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Turtle Roofing, and especially Daythan Prusia. Daythan was working with a neighbor down the street, and was going by knocking on doors to see if anyone else was needing roof work done, and boy did I. My roof was old and got really beat up by the hail storms in April 2024. I immediately felt that Daythan was there to help me through the whole process, and he really did. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that, as I'm a fairly new homeowner and have never gone through anything like this. He helped me call and report the claim with my insurance company, he was there when the Adjuster came out to do his inspection, and made sure I always knew what was happening and what the next steps were. Most importantly, he was always accommodating and helpful, even when I had multiple mishaps/issues with getting the claim checks from my insurance company and getting them endorsed by and sent back from my mortgage company. I know that I must have been a real pain as it took until February 2025 to get my bill fully paid thanks to the issues with the checks, but Daythan never stopped being understanding and continued to advise me during the whole process. While I hope that I don't need to repair my roof any time soon, haha, I know that I'll call up Daythan and Turtle Roofing and they'll take care of me in no time!

July 31 storm damage roof and siding. Roof went up and was completed timely without issue. However when it came to the siding, it wasn’t completed until after Thanksgiving. Siding was 9 years old so it was alluded to we may have to go with all new siding around the house (which we wanted) however after a long delay they were able to find our siding in stock. Also we were told there is a chance they could replace a different side of the house as well that had damaged siding (which i would argue was partly damaged in the storm as well) and they would try to lump the cost in with the side that was considered storm damage, however that never came to fruition either, said it would be over $3000 extra to install siding on that side of the house. Multiple phone calls to office and siding manager were needed to finally get them out to install the siding on the storm damaged side if our house, and lack of communication was blamed on the siding manager changing roles with the company. Once siding was finally installed, they made a hole for an old coax cable that was for an old satellite dish that didn’t exist anymore that made no sense to cut a hole to stick the cable through as it clearly had no use. More calls to Turtles and after another month since installation our original rep said he talked to the owner about it and they will order extra siding so they can fix our issue with the cable. And now it has been 2 months since that exchange. Very poor communication on the company’s part and false expectations set. 1 star

Kyle came to check out our roof after the late July storm. He was quick to respond, a great communicator and stopped by our house within a couple hours of me reaching out. He was thorough in his inspection and detailed in his assessment. Fortunately, we didn’t have any damage this time. If ever a need in the future we will definitely be reaching out to Turtle! We first met Turtle Roofing from their rep Brennan. He was going door to door after the Summer 2024 storm. Our roof had been hammered by hail and wind. The vinyl siding had not fared better. Brennan represented Turtle Roofing professionally, politely, and with the empathy we needed.

Throughout the process Brennan has been our primary contact, which has been nice as we haven't been shuffled around from person to person. Turtle Roofing has also handled everything with our insurance. My neighbors that chose another roofing company have had to spend hours on the phone, fighting with the same insurance company we use. We haven't had to make additional calls beyond the initial claim.

Turtle Roofing was present during the insurance company evaluations of the damage. We were able to get the entire house resided from the storm damage. Something that the insurance wanted to fight, but Turtle Roofing knew their stuff and was able to prove a like-kind replacement wasn't available. I'm sure if we were on our own getting the siding properly covered it would of been a lot of stress to navigate.

The work crews were professional and did very well at cleaning up their work areas. A work supervisor from Turtle Roofing also came by to check on the job and the workers. Turtle also dealt with city permits without issue.

When I first saw Turtle Roofing, I was concerned maybe they're too corporate or too expensive. After working with them they've been up front about everything and as concerned about any extra costs as I might be. The only extra costs incurred were our own choosing to get the siding the way we preferred. Everything else was covered by our insurance deductible.

I highly recommend Turtle Roofing and Brennan.

Daniel was extremely communicative and worked hard to ensure that we understood the whole process. When we had a few hiccups with the work, he responded promptly and got it all taken care of. Five stars all around.

Turtle Roofing did an amazing job to get our roof patched up after a nasty storm knocked out power for nearly the whole city. The day of, Steele came by to see how we were, having had Turtle Roofing just complete residing our house earlier in the year. They were quick to get our roof patched for a great price. My roof was damaged by the storms of 2024. I had a roofer check my roof but they indicated it was nothing to worry about. I had to get a second opinion and that is when I reached out to Turtle roofing. Logan came over inspected my roof and determined that there was a lot damage. He walked me through the process of filing a claim. The day the Insurance Adjuster came over, Logan was also here during the inspection. The adjuster also agreed that there was damage. My roof was replaced and so were the gutters.I am very pleased with the work Logan and team did. Logan is very detail oriented and explained things in simple terms that I could understand. I am very grateful for choosing turtle roofing. After the hail storm that went through our neighborhood last year, I wasn’t sure what to do or what to expect. Our neighborhood had seen a lot of roofing companies coming and going and I noticed some houses appeared to only be getting roofs replaced. We asked about some upgrades, and they provided the alternatives without pressure. We also had a couple of trouble spots with our roof that required extra attention to detail. They listened to our concerns and ensured they were taken care of. They served as project managers through the entire process, also working with our insurance company and window contractors. Enjoyed working with Steele who addressed all of our concerns and was there to answer questions every time we called, answering his phone every time. Clean up after job was thorough. Hope we won’t have any more roofing or gutter needs for a long time but would use Turtle roofing again.

Turtle Roofing did an excellent job of explaining the process for replacing my roof. They took the time during their inspection to teach me what hail damage looked like. They translated the insurance jargon I was getting from my insurance company. They answered all my questions. Their work was top notch and they cleaned up their mess. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I worked with Grey to get my roof replaced this summer after one of the big hail storms we had. He was super easy to work with and communicated well throughout the whole process, and I never felt pressured with any decisions about my house. He would always make sure to be here when the inspectors showed up and was able to get me a full roof replacement plus the gutters and exterior paint done too. Grey Malone, has always been pleasant and easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and has always been happy to help with any questions we’ve had. Being easy to reach by phone or always prompt in returning our phone calls or messages. Even offering to stop by to go over details if needed.

Our Dude Mr. Malone excellent. Super thoroughly explained the process of how Turtle Roofing would handle our insurance company. Went as far as telling us what we might run into with the insurance company. He made sure to be at our house Everytime the insurance inspector guys had to come out to "inspect" our property. Made sure he was early too! He has been a great help. He is also very knowledgeable about not just the product they have to offer, also about the company itself. Which idk about anyone else but that is a good sign he has pride in the company he works for. Which is a bonus. And although we still have a ways to go to get the job done with our home owners insurance. Mr. Malone has shown up and been excellent at communicating with us about what is going on. Also a huge thank to not just Mr. Malone but to matt as well! Don't hesitate call this company they really do care.

Wow, does our roof look great! Communication with the Turtle Roofing team has been open from the first time they looked at our damaged roof until the time it was inspected after the job was finished. I hope I don't need to call them again for a while, but wouldn't hesitate if needed!

I came across Turtle Roofing after another company randomly came to inspect our roof and said we had a lot of damage. I checked the roof myself and didn’t see any “damages”. After I seen the photos and all the “damages”, something didn’t feel right about that and I’m glad I called Turtle roofing to come out. After a conversation about what the other company “claimed” to find, he went up and found no evidence of that type of damage.
