Job well done. Great service. July 2024 storm damage tree fell on my chimney. Destroying the chimney and damaging the roof. Russ was my advocate contending with an unreasonable insurance adjuster and their estimate. Made sure the masonry work was fully covered and done right.

We had been dealing with a leaking roof for almost a year. We had a handful of contractors and other specialists out to take a look. Many did some work they were sure was going to fix the issue, but to no avail. I spoke with Nate and Josh at Artisan Roofing and within HOURS Nate was over to give it a thorough inspection. He took many pictures and discussed them with me, something nobody else even bothered to do. On top of that, Nate gave me an estimate that same day and scheduled the work to be done only 2 days later. Not only did he help resolve the issue very quickly but he was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. I would recommend Nate, Josh, and the entire Artisan Roofing team to anyone who needs any work done. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and they presented themselves as people who wanted to solve your issues rather than just sell you a fix and hope it worked.

I want to thank Franklin Pivonka and his gems for all their help fixing my house. I especially appreciate Franklin’s follow up on all the work that was completed. I would like to thank ALL the NE Nebraska area roofers/contractors that NEVER.. called me back when I was looking for someone to help us after a spring storm from last April... tore a chunk of shingles (3x5' section) from our roof... Because we found the best roofer in all of NE Nebraska... He called when he said he would call... He emailed the information like he said he was going to... He was polite, organized and he knew what he was talking about... Our insurance only wants to fix and patch the hole... But our roofer got us a whole new roof!! The crew that showed up got our roof tore off and replaced in 1 day... our house is 113 years old with a very steep pitch and they did an incredible job... And, our yard was cleaned up perfectly.. I had Tyler Our “general contractor” stop by to my neighbors to look at their roof after a storm. He looked at mine as well that day and confirmed I needed a new roof, my fence fixed, siding on one side of my house, gutters and all other soft metal replaced. Communication from Tyler was very sparse. He set up appointments with my neighbor and just wouldn’t show up to set appointment. To the point we hear they stopped working with artisan all together. I should have taken that as a sign and I didn’t listen because I was getting communication. With our siding Tyler took a giant chunk out of our siding (not even the piece that was damaged) so he could “send it into intel to check if it was discontinued” sounds great buddy! Thanks for the second hole in my siding! We went to pay the deposit and I was told they only take paper checks, which seemed very off to me and when I told them I did not have paper checks and I could get a cashiers check or wire it to them. They then “made an exception” to take a cashiers check which I was asked to “put it under the door” to their office if no one was there… 10k$ just shoved under a door.. yeah right.. I wasn’t leaving that check like that.. luckily I got there and someone was there!! (This was a weekday during the day) so they replace our roof, without giving us a day that it was going to be done. Imagine waking up to people on your roof.. but whatever I’m flexible no big deal. I was told they would only take one side of the drive way, I requested the left side be the unoccupied spot. Which they disregarded and took our entire drive way.. they did subcontract another company, which is typical but transparency would have been nice.. So our roof is done besides our chimney cap and other vents. I was told we would be moving on to gutters A month later gutters are being put on again same issue no notice. Taking our whole drive way so we had to ask them to move several times. This was a different crew from before. Then a 3rd crew shows up to do our caps and vents. From the street I could see how shitty it was done. I texted Tyler and he took a business week to get back to me. He told me that “my house is old and it won’t be perfect” obviously however I shouldn’t be able to see how bad it is from the street..He then sent out that crew again to fix it. That’s all they did to my house. They left the hole in my siding my fence is still very broken and I’m sure there is quite a few other issues but I’m not a professional to be able to nit pick every issue. Then I had a South Dakota area code call me they said they were associated with artisan and to tell me I’d get the other half of my insurance payment. So my insurance sent me the back payment I tried to get a hold of Tyler. No response. A month goes by no one calls me for said payment. Then I got a text from a South Dakota area code asking for the payment. I then said I wasnt comfortable sending this money without a invoice.. no response. This must be a joke right? I then messaged Tyler asking for the invoice. Two weeks later Tyler gets back to me..
“ Hey Maci I’ve been out of the office for the last month or so and that’s why Zach and others from the office were reaching out to you. Josh, the owner, wanted me to follow up regarding the depreciation and if you have received it.I know you texted me the 26th, but I don’t see if anyone reached out to you recently.”
I’m running out of characters but basically they didn’t ask me for anything and didn’t respond for a long time the invoice was wrong. Then corrected so I would pay. Now they won’t reply. I now have two holes in my siding and leaking gutters that no one is coming to fix I’ll be disputing my last payment to cover that cost.

We had roof and siding damage from the July 31st wind storm. Meliyah stopped by because she saw our roof and we were expecting rain in the next couple of days. She had someone come out that evening to get it covered. She worked closely with us through the entire process by meeting with our insurance adjustor, understanding the insurance process and explaining it to us, getting the siding and shingles we wanted and having Ed follow up with us. All the of employees were great to work with the roofers and siding gentleman. We had a new roof by October and are so pleased! Highly recommend Meliyah and Artisan Roofing.

Excellent service! Shortly after the July 31st storm, I hired Artisan Roofing to repair a hole left when a tree branch impaled my roof. My project manager, Franklin Pivonka, arrived very quickly to tarp the hole and schedule a meeting with my insurance adjuster. Mr. Pivonka worked closely with my insurance company and also found a supplier for the exact roofing materials that were used when my roof was redone seven years ago. In August, Mr Pivonka arrived with a small work crew of very polite and professional men who patched the hole quickly and cleanly, with no evidence of the hole or patch visible after the repairs (photos are before, patched, and after). My roof looks exactly as it did when it was first installed, and I would recommend Artisan Roofing to anyone in need of roof repairs.

For Maliyah johnson she is a great asset to your company. Maliyah. Came over an inspected the roof for damages. She contacted the insurance company to get everything going. When the inspector for the insurance co. She was here also. She was very helpful to get things going. This was very helpful. She is knowledgeable about her job and helpful. When I said that I also had water leak damage to the ceiling and drywall, they said this would not be a problem and they could take care of both issues. Their two teams did a tremendous job replacing the skylight, repairing the roof and repairing the interior damage. A key factor that I really appreciated was that at all stages, the company kept me informed of project status and progress. We will definitely call on them for future projects. Great Job!!!

It has been 2 years since I hired Artisan for storm damage repairs to my home. They still have not completed the job by fixing the errors they made. I would rate negative stars if I could. I wouldn't wish my experience to an enemy. Having trouble getting them to come fix their errors, I am only met with an excuse & condescension. Save yourself the headache & hire someone else.

After bad experiences with a number of contractors I believe I found a company who cares about their customers. I worked personally with AJ Schneider who was an absolutely delight to work with. AJ was excellent in communicating, working with my insurance agent, scheduling and also made special trips to ensure the work was done properly. The crew was professional and made sure that everything was cleaned up and tidy at the completion of the job.

I met Lina Romero “The Queen of The South” in spring of 2018. She was like heaven sent. Living in an area where we get a lot of storms we always have to deal with so many contractors that take advantage of customers especially the elderly or homes like ours where there is a language barrier. Lina has been a blessing in our community helping us understand the process of insurance and understanding the paperwork. She goes above and beyond has even gone to our church to give a presentation in helping us understand all we need to know and what to expect right after a storm. I will always call her and will always refer her to everyone.

Getting a new roof is a BIG deal, especially when insurance leaves you high and dry. But Artisan took good care of us and provided a very reasonably priced, quality job. We appreciated the attention to detail that Dave and his crews took when doing our roof and gutters. They truly wanted to leave our house better than before, not just the roof, but everything around it and responsibly took precautions and reparations if something was accidentally damaged in such a large project. Dave showed up on my doorstep after a storm and I was skeptical. He asked to go up and checkout my roof and came down 15 minutes later with a ton of photos and chalk marks. Other roofers had said we had less than a 50% chance of getting a roof but Dave said he was 85% certain we could get it through. He spent more time going over the process than any other roofer had. He also was very confident he could get window wraps and new gutters. It felt like he was just saying anything he could to get our business.

However, Dave met the adjuster a few days later and walked him through everything he had found. They spent a LOT of time together. a few weeks later we were approved! About a week after we picked our color, the roof was installed in 1 day!
His team cleaned up everything and our house looks great!! I highly recommend working with Artisan Roofing! The process was super smooth and Dave kept us updated on next steps the entire time!

We couldn’t really decide on a color for this house built in 1893 and been the same color ever since. Dave went out and beyond to find samples for us to look at, even went to a house I saw that I liked the color to get the name of the color.

Artisan Roofing was excellent! Dave helped me every step of the way and worked directly with my insurance. When ever I had a question Dave would respond promptly. If I had any issues during the process, they were very good at getting it taken care of quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Artisan replaced my siding and fascia following some storm damage. I was happy with the entire process. Dave was easy to work with, responsive to my questions, and detailed in his work. Freddy and the work crew got the installation done in just over a day, and the new work looks great. I would definitely use them again, although I’m hoping it’s a while before we have hail like that again.

Artisan installed new siding on the whole house. I feel like the difference is almost like night and day even though it is close to the same color. He really stepped up to the plate when the adjuster came out and was sure to highlight damage that it felt like the adjuster was trying to overlook. All work was completed in a timely manner and never felt like I had to track them down to get the work completed. That is not something that can easily be said for most contractors these days.

Dave and Lina were fantastic to work with. Very friendly & helpful. They were there every step of the way when the contractors were here, making sure they got the job done right. They have followed up to make sure we were happy with all aspects of the work that was done. Roof was done in one day! Other neighbors, using different companies have taken several days. I will definitely use them again& highly recommend them!

Dave with Artisan Roofing was effectively responsive when some small issues came up with the installation of our new vinyl siding. We had a couple bumps in the road, but Dave was there to work them out. We are pleased with the final product, and he new siding give the house such a fresh, new look!

Mason has been amazing. They did our roof gutters, siding, skylights , windows and doors. If their has been anything he is always a call away. He answers so quick.

They tore off five layers, seriously, down to the wood lathe on our one hundred ten year old farmhouse, patched a couple spots and reshingled in three days. They were friendly, respectful, and cleaned up every single scrap of material and even ran magnets over my flower beds and lawn to get every single nail. We are very impressed and have had numerous neighbors compliment their work and work ethic!

This is a highly energetic and efficient crew that replaced my roof in May. They completed the entire roof in one day and worked into the darkness to finish up. They were friendly and courteous the entire time and responded to any questions that I might have during the replacement. Project leader was Lina Romero and she kept good control about the whole process involved and kept me informed as to what needed to be done. She communicated with my insurance company and with me to make sure the whole process was moving along well.
