Gabe was wonderful! We had water leaking from our roof after a very heavy rain. He was able to come out very quickly and assess the damage. He knew exactly what we needed to do and talked us through every step. He was 100% transparent about cost and gave us multiple options. Would highly recommend!

Gabe, came out and made an honest assessment of my problem, which other company quoted as a $7,000 roof leak. He also referred a handyman make the more minor repairs. As a single women, I can not tell you how much I appreciate that there are still honest companies and people out there.

Thanks to Dave at Ameripro, my roof was finally replaced. The roof had suffered damage from a bad storm. Every time the wind would blow, shingles would end in my yard. When it rained, the water would come inside my home. Thanks to Dave at ameripro that is a thing of the past. Thank God!!!!

Ian Wolf provided great communication throughout the project, timely efficient work. Expectation was that it would take just over a day to complete the project, but the crew was done the same day! The clean up after the project was great as well.

I had an excellent experience getting my 1st new roof in my home with AmeriPro. The representatives were knowledgeable , attentive and professional. I would definitely recommend for roofing services.

The crew did an amazing job on my concrete patio. I hired AmeriPro to install lattices & install 2 doors.I was away for work. When i returned the jobs were done. The patio looked just like puctures Upon my return I did a walk around on porch and lattices. The screen looked horrible. Another contractor installed the screen. My picture that i sent Alek of scrrened porch showed a taut screen.The previous contractor didn't frame in screens the way i saw when doing my research but they were tightly fitted. My door that was installed would not latch. So i hired Ameripro to fix that door and install 2nd door. Alek installed doors left one part of frame just pushed up not nailed nor stapled down...the mesh was exposed in several areas & by each door mesh no longer taut It's so loose when the wind blows thel ooseness highly visible ! The lattice work shotty Alek told me to purchase 50 packs of 12 screws.I only bought 45 packs of which only 7 packs used. He told me to order 12 pairs of caps & 2 posts. I was told to buy a minimum of 12 lattices & back of the house would look much better if i finished all around. Only 7 lattices weused and none of the caps and postswere used. Debris: old lattices and cuts from newly installed was left in the yard from all the jobs. Alek even enclosed left over compound and pavers from patio job behind the lattices. If I were to remove it I would have to unscrew remove and reattach.
By the time I returned most of the items not used my returns totalled $793.00! I still have the unused lattices to return...a conundrum because I have a medium size sedan. HD delivered all materials.
Even though i sent before and after pictures Aleksandr was trying to blame me or the previous contractor for his inferior work. The picture befor Alek no signs of screens hanging over wood framing after anywhere he worked loose screen an overhang. Lattices were cut unevenly through out. My sons and I could have done that inferior job...I did not expect from a :pro".

I'm so glad I chose AmeriPro to replace my roof after the roof was damaged during severe storms. The workers and support staff were very customer-service oriented. James Graves kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend AmeriPro for your roofing needs.

AmeriPro is a great company to work with. Everyone was very helpful from working with my insurance company to answering my questions throughout the roofing process. The crew that did my roof was amazing, and the cleanup was awesome!

AmeriPro made getting a new roof easy, from arranging financing to assisting with getting the solar panels removed for the new roof installation. AmeriPro roofers were top quality. They arrived on time, worked steadily, and cleaned up the yard afterwards.

Any company that uses unsolicited door to door sales is automatically put on my 'do not use' list. Do. not. bother. me. at. home. full stop. The world sucks enough as it is, my home is my escape from that.

I told their door to door salesman that I do not take unsolicited sales calls and to please leave. He had the gall to call me rude, which I found shocking. First, I don't owe you my time or attention. I told you the simple truth that I don't take unsolicited calls. Was it dismissive? Yes, but take that as a clue to just leave. Second, you are on my property, uninvited. So I yelled at him and cleared the air that he was, in fact, the one being rude by coming to my house uninvited.

This company wouldn't repair the storm damage on my roof stating they only did replacements of the entire roof. We wasted over a week while being lied to by their rep who insisted he needed to get corporate permission to do my repairs that did not include replacement . Their advertising is misleading and dishonest and I would never call them again even if I needed a new roof

The project went smoothly. Installers were experienced and professional. So far so good. I do not see any issue. If something should crop up in the future then it will be reported.

We were very impressed with the professionalism and property consideration of AmeriPro. They showed up on time and was not slack in their performance. The clean up afterwards was very much appreciated as well. I performed my own walk through and did not find one roofing nail or any trash. I would recommend them to anyone who's considering roofing services.

Ameripro came out to our house after a bad storm and offered to help getting the storm inspected by our insurance company and they would take care of the repairs. They met with our insurance adjuster, but went on the roof without the adjuster and began damaging shingles. The damage is NOT caused by the storm and therefore not covered by insurance. The salesman stopped returning my calls, I had to reach out to corporate and [at the advice of my insurer] I am likely filing a police report..

I had a bad service experience ever not even close to what they were claiming as professional.
I bet the private contractors on the side would do a job better and less expensive Too late but lesson learned .
Ameri pro did not install the side edge on a big portion of my roof and they did not even mention it to me that side edge has not been installed on my roof for what so ever reason but there was no mentioning at all When I inquired about it they referred it to there warranty department and they told me that side edge is installed but I dont see it . So I requested a person on site so he can show me where there is a side edge so one of there rep called me and told me actually it's not even supposed to be there So theories after theories when at first there site manager clearly told me after checking the roof that side edge will must go on the side of the roof . I had to makeefforts even to prove that there is no side edge on my roof . Then I had a peice of wood v bad on the front of my roof that needed to be replace but it wasnt. Even I had to ask them to replace it. I can see it it's bad why they cant so I mean so careless and I wasnt happy at all by there service
Plus nails all around the house .

They got the job done but not after dragging on pricing gutters and having a small fight on what was included in their scope. Suggest everyone get a detailed proposal from them up front to avoid fights

They used a subcontractor, had and still have a rough time getting issues rectified. I would not recommend them to anyone. There were issues with NAILS left all over the property; my gutter is gaping; painting from broken attic cover that they refuse to finish repair‍♀️. I’m saddened to have to report this as I’d rather report positivity.

Everything was on schedule and staffs are very professional in communication and solve problems. Very satisfied with doing business with AmeriPro Roofing.

Our roof had hail damage and needed to be replaced. Working with Sara from American Dream was easy and painless. We were hands off for the most part. Job was done quickly and everything cleaned up afterwords. It has been a year since the roof replacement and no issues so far with the roof or work.

American Dream Home Improvement was very helpful from start to finish. I usually don’t have time for door to door salesmen but I happened to be home for them to stop by. They were doing work on a neighbors roof. They helped to set everything up through our homeowners insurance and were there to help until the very end when the work was done and the payments were settled. Great customer service, quality workmanship.
