Tractor Supply Co. - Bottineau, ND

I went into TSC to purchase a 64 gun Cannon gun safe and was talking to the Assistant manager Jody about rain checking it and she said they couldn’t rain check it and didn’t seem interested in wanting to help me at all so I left the store.
I then called the store later and talk to the manager about getting a gun safe and she said that they could rain check it and that it wouldn’t be a problem and if it were not for her being helpful I probably would’ve got it at a different store. I also want to say that Scott did a great job loading it. And because the only reason why I’m putting it as a one star review is because of how the assistant manager treated me otherwise it would’ve been a five star review.

I was looking for some hardware and found a good selection of various items, including what I came to purchase. The staff was friendly and helpful and I even got to see some baby chicks and a lamb.

A little bit of everything from home decor, to pet supplies, livestock supplies and clothing for the whole family, and do t forget the outside needs like lawn and garden, and trailer s for hauling that nice new lawn tractor

The store is clean, with a decent selection and prices of products with helpful and very friendly associates. Every time I try to checkout I have to find an associate because the registers are never manned, which is the reason for the 4 star rating.

Very knowledgeable people they have always answered all my questions and have even recommended other places when they didn't have something. The people that work there always are friendly.

The customer service is excellent. I bought a tiller and it went on sale several days later. They refunded the difference without any hassle.
