Ricky R. created an attic access and provided a valuable report on my attic's venting and moisture problems. Also did a nice job of cleanup after his work was done.

Arrow Roofing noticed I had hail damage on my roof and suggested to call my insurance company. Ryan was great to work with and made some suggestions that I'm glad we agreed to implement. Ryan's crew did a great job replacing the roof and it looks great! Chase was great to work with and answered all my questions on the billing and insurance estimate. I would recommend Arrow Roofing for any roofing needs. Responsive and happy to answer all your questions!

All the staff at Arrow were great to work with, professional yet approachable, and very prompt/responsive when I had questions. The repair work they did (drywall, painting, installing flooring and baseboards) as well as the content manipulation while undergoing repairs following a frozen pipe breaking and depositing water throughout our entire basement was all of excellent quality and completed in their quoted time frame. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Leutrim cleaned our ductwork and he did a very thorough job. He sealed every duct opening before cleaning the ducts and he summed up the visit by showing me before and after photos of each vent opening. Good job!!

Arrow has consistently provided outstanding service on our non-roofing projects; therefore, we were pleased to learn that Arrow also offers roofing services. Ryan, from Arrow, met us at our home to complete a thorough inspection of our roof. Arrow was honest, fair, and competitively priced. The new roof was completed within a day, and the work crew did a good job of cleanup and site protection. (keeping the gutters in good shape and protected landscaping). After the job was completed, Ryan came to inspect the work of his crew and ensured the roof was completed to our and his professional satisfaction. Notably, Ryan did interface with our home insurance agent regarding our roof replacement. He met with the insurance agent and interfaced with the insurance company inspectors. Our insurance agent was complimentary of their communication and assessment of Arrow Roofing’s ability to provide a quality roofing outcome. I’d definitely recommend Arrow Roofing to anyone looking for roofing work.

I had a house fire in June of 2024. I was recommended Arrow from my insurance adjuster. I contacted them same day and they arrived immediately and went to work on mitigation and cleaning.

It was rough go at first regarding the rebuild because I struggled with communication with my first project manager. Alex recognized the issue and assigned me a new project manager.
Ryan Olson was game changer. He was clear, conscise, responsive, told me exactly what he needed from me and when. Returned texts and calls within a timely manner.

Rose handled all my belongings with care and had a very organized way of doing things.
Joe Guches was responsive when I needed items back for canning season.

Everyone that I interacted with was respectful and empathetic. The reason for four stars instead of five is the plumbing was not evaluated by a plumber and after the rebuild, a leak was discovered in our kitchen sink from the drain pipe that should have been evaluated prior to sheetrock. Luckily, it was accessible without destruction of new cabinets and the problem was fixed. A couple other minor issues but after a new project manager, things changed.

I recommend their cleaning/mitigation services of personal property and Ryan for project management.

I had the Arrow Service Team here today and I am so appreciative of their team member Tanner G. For his commitment, professionalism and diligence. I couldn’t be more happy during this process.

I am impressed with this company. I ordered a duct cleaning. They sent a young man named Leutrim. He was very kind and social, which for me is a big, big thing. Leutrim's work was also very good and on point. He even provided before and after videos of ducts, which I really like. And those videos show very clean ducts so I know he did a good job. Ultimately, I would recommend them, totally.

In greater detail, Leutrim showed up promptly, didn't waste any time, and had a smile on his face. He was friendly and easy to talk to. Which for me is big because it seems that people nowadays are rude and annoyed all the time when interacting with others. It is refreshing to talk to someone that actually treats you like a human being. I like community. Another thing that really, really impressed me about Leutrim was he was educational. He stopped to explain things and answered my questions, and for that, I am very, very grateful and thankful. When it comes to home ownership, there is much to learn. Having someone like Leutrim explain things is been a serious boon and gives me more perspectives, which gives me more understanding. In the same vein, the office gave me a complete rundown on the cost and how they priced things. So, I had a very good idea of how much it would cost prior to them coming out, which I also very much so like. I was able to calculate the bill before Leutrim showed up and calculated it. I feel that a lot of companies will try to bamboozle you nowadays if given the chance (I always play a bit dumber than I am to gauge this, and don't give repeat business if so). Arrow didn't though, they gave me the details and they were true to their word.

So yeah, I say give them a chance. 5 out of 5.

*UPDATE* After our experience with our ductwork below, we asked Arrow to come back for some carpet cleaning in our high-traffic areas of our house and our living room. The same guy came and did the carpet work, and WOW did it make a difference! He explained to us which parts of the carpet would likely respond best to the treatment, and he was right. Everything looks great. One more happy experience with Arrow and Leutrim.

We needed our ductwork cleaned in December, so we booked Arrow. Leutrim showed up early, which was a fantastic start. He expressed gratitude that we'd moved everything out of his way, he took time to explain the process and his equipment, and he took before & after photos of the duct work to show which areas are most prone to buildup. He was courteous and professional, and we're really happy with the service Arrow provided.

Excellent customer service! Leutrim is very thorough with the job and friendly! His professionalism coming into our home was exceptional and eased the situation of having a “stranger” in our home. I like how he was able to do a before and after video of our ductwork. We plan on having him come back to do our carpets!

The workers were neat and cleaned up when they were done. They took steps to reduce dust during the cleanup.

We decided to bring in Arrowhead Service Team to take care of our air vent cleaning, and we were fortunate to have Leutrim as our technician. From the moment he arrived, his friendly demeanor made us feel at ease. He took the time to explain his process and even shared before-and-after photos of his work. Leutrim was punctual, tidy, and respectful throughout the entire service. I would definitely hire him again for vent cleaning or any other services he provides.

Scheduling the appointment was a breeze, and everyone we interacted with on the staff was incredibly friendly. I feel that my investment was well worth it. Five stars all the way!

Arrow Service Team is outstanding! Very responsive and organized. The process can be daunting but with Arrow we knew we were in good hands.

Why I would not recommend.
1. Demo team was prompt and quick at getting stuff out even though things got broken they were not necessarily carful.
2. Would over promise and under communicate , would promise that one step of the process would be complete on one day and then only send 1 person to complete and entire house of sheetrock repair or send 3 guys with 3 sheets of subfloor for 2 hours when they were supposed to be there for an entire day to do the entire house so cabinets could be installed and because it didn't get done everything would take an extra month to complete because they had to reschedule everything again.
3. Left my carpet outside in the rain when they were working on the house and we were out of town.
4. Were told we could call, text or email them at anytime with questions or concerns but would go weeks up to over a month without answering and once you got an answer their was attitude for even asking them the question or questioning anything that was happening.
5. Instead of their team asking how to remove something from my home they just hammered at it till it broke.
6. They didn't even remove and repair all of the damaged drywall in the main room that was flooded (I'm guessing because they didn't want to move the water heater) so I still have destroyed crumbling sheet rock.
7. Carpet cleaning they brought in did nothing.
8. The demo team didn't secure my expensive custom made sink with all of its braces and didn't warn us that it wasn't secure so it fell out of the counter and cracked in several places.
9. Terrible scheduling and timeline management. Our house flooded in April and received our final bill in October. Our house is only 2 thousand square feet.
10. Attempted to charged us for work they didn't do on the final bill, which was amended for the most part but took an extra week or two to get back to us.

This review will be the very last bit of contact I ever have with Arrow and I cannot be happier.

We recently experienced a record downpour that caused flooding in downtown Bismarck, including our commercial buildings. The water backed up into our properties, and it was a chaotic situation, to say the least. I called Arrow Cleaning, and they responded immediately. Not only did they help prevent further damage during the flooding event, but they also did an exceptional job cleaning up the mess and making all the necessary repairs to keep our businesses up and running.

Their team was professional, fast, and extremely thorough. They worked efficiently, minimizing downtime for our operations, and their attention to detail really showed in the quality of their work. Arrow Service just completed Cleaning all my vents and duct work. Leutrim from Arrow was their team member who was sent to Hazen. First of all, let me say that Leutrim was very pleasant/polite and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend him. Leutrim took me step by step thru the whole process and took before and after pictures. Our vents really needed the cleaning and Arrow did a GREAT job of doing it. No mess and very thorough. Price wise you can't beat theirs, i know that for a fact. So, great job Arrow and I highly recommend their service. 5 Stars

Honestly hands down worth every penny to get our Air Ducts cleaned. We had Leutrim help make that happen. He arrived on time, was professional, and explained everything he was doing. I have called several other companies and never got an answer but Arrow Services Team followed through. It was also great that they didn’t need hoses running through the house and actually sent before and after videos. If you have a new build like our house I highly recommend getting your vents cleaned. Thanks Leutrim for the amazing work.

Only 1 star because 0 isn't an option. If you want something done in a timely manner, this is NOT the company to pick. I waited for MONTHS to get an estimate after they came to take measurements. I called them every two weeks and was always told someone would return my call, but no one ever did. Finally after calling for almost a year, they told me they weren't going to waste their time giving me an estimate for a project I never wanted done. (Obviously I wanted it done if I kept calling!!!) Needless to say, another company came and did the work without having to be called 30 times. Rude and unprofessional! Will not be calling them again.

I’d been in my new home for 2 weeks and the sewer backed up. Arrow came immediately when called, Kyle kept me in the loop through the restoration process. Tony did an excellent job w/finish painting.

Tony Reyes just did some work at my house texturing a wall that was formally a wallpaper. What a pleasant person to work with and the job he did was simply phenomenal. And would highly recommend him for any type of tape and texturing that you may have.

This past week has been challenging for business owners in Bismarck and I can’t express my gratitude to Thad and Brock checking in on us to see if any water damage occurred from Tuesdays storm. Leitrim cleaned our carpet and did a fantastic job. Our carpet was a mess and he left it looking amazing! He was courteous, professional and thorough.

We had some tough chocolate pudding stains on stair carpeting — — we tried everything. Arrow got it all out with ease and looks great. This is not the first time I have used arrow nor will it be the last. I have their number in my phone data base.

Tony Reyes, a taper/texturer employee of Arrow Service Team, did a great job on this first step of our renovation. Tony was prompt, friendly and professional. He kept us informed as his work progressed. His workmanship was excellent.

Amazing! I had a pipe burst in my upstairs bathroom flooding my main floor and basement. Calling Arrow was the best decision I've ever made! It was so simple! I made the call at 6:30 am and the water Mitigation crew was here within 45 minutes. Thad walked me through the process and put my panic mode mind as ease! After his team removed all my damaged drywall, hard surface flooring and carpet, and were able to dry out the remainder. (Thanks to Brock and Thads team) I was lined up with Alex Bortkey for the reconstruction process. He made it so easy and stress free for us as we really didn't have to do anything but pick out the new finishes we wanted. (Flooring, trim, paint colors, door styles, vanities, countertops etc...) we met with him one time and he was able to get everything scheduled and completed within no time! He even negotiated with my adjuster so I didnt have to! This went from pure panic of "what am I going to do", to an awesome stress free experience! Thank you to all that helped out with this disaster at Arrow Service TEAM! I understand why TEAM is in the name of the company. 10 STARS!!

They are very involved with community. It was a learning experience. Kids from all schools come by for safety programs. Hope they took info back with them.

Probably one of the worst experiences we've ever had with a contractor working in our home. Little to no communication, horrible project manager. Our water damage occurred in August of 2023 & is just now finally finished. Close to 9 months from Clean up to restoration of two small rooms. Even if you take away the time spent dealing with getting the insurance company and Arrow to agree on what was going to be covered (which was a nightmare in itself) the reconstruction still took 5 months.
I can't even count the number of days I had to take off work for workers to come to the house and work for an hour or two and leave. Wrong materials ordered, not enough materials ordered, not knowing what you're paying for, scheduled work days changing at the last minute, I think by the end we were pretty much forgotten about.
I will say the work that was done was good for the most part, but it seemed the workers were often in dark as to what was going on as well.
I can't see how this company has such a high rating, I would have given a lower rating, but to be fair the work was done fairly well in the end. The getting there is what sucked. If we ever needed a service like this again we'd have to try another company because there has got to be something better than this out there. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Arrow Service Team was amazing to work with. When we discovered our water issue, they came over right away to assess it and get the process started on getting it fixed. They worked quickly and efficiently and did all that we asked them to. They should be the first people you call for any of your water issues!

I would not hire them again. I had another company come put drain tile in my basement. Of course there is a BIG mess to clean up....so I hired Arrow to save me some work since we all have busy lives. They collected $500 down B4 the work. They did about 1/4 of the work I asked for. So here I am the past 2 nights after work cleaning what I hired them to do. Save your money and do it yourself, because you are going to be doing it yourself anyway.

Tony R. from Arrow did the painting for my repairs. He greeted me with a handshake and introduced himself. Tony went above and beyond in doing the prep work for the repairs to make sure the new wall and texture matched the existing wall and texture. I appreciate that Arrow has employees that care so much about doing quality work.

Tony Reyes was a very nice man, he was fast and did an amazing job on my ceiling, doing a patch job and I could barely see where he did the patch. wonderful job and a very nice person all around!

We had Arrow Cleaning at our home following a leak from our dishwasher which ruined our kitchen flooring. They were very efficient, honest and thorough with the job they did for us. They installed new flooring for us and we are very happy and satisfied with the product and installation completed by Arrow employees. Tony worked in our home on a Saturday and did a phenomenal job. He was respectful of us having a baby in our home and was trying to work quietly while she was napping even asking if he could use the air compressor as he was worried he would wake her.
