Tractor Supply Co. - Branford, FL

Great staff but I don't like that I have to get them to price match their other stores in Gainesville or Newberry because the price of the corn is over four dollars more per 50 pound bag in branford. They always do it without any problems but it's just a hassle that shouldn't happen. The other stores are less than a hour away why isn't it all the same price?

Always friendly, always wanting to assist. I go there for their great prices on cat food, and if I need bolts. Their bolts are high quality and incredibly cheap. Yah, they've got tools and supplies for your tractor as well.

I purchased a couple of Yeti cups that were discounted 40% off. It saved me about 30 dollars. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

Waiting over 20 minutes to fill a propane tank, after 3 people asked if anyone was going to come out then 1phone call & finally 7 minutes later they send someone one out. If they are on lunch or break just let us know we can come back and not stand in the cold

Linda in the Branford, FL Store #2540 deserves recognition for her help, concern, and excellent assistance. As a result of her help, I managed to have a generator after Hurricane Idalia which made our lives tolerable. She even took her own time to make sure that it was installed and set up correctly. I don't know a lot of employees who would take that step for customer satisfaction. She even recommended and put me in contact with a Tree Service - Dunaway's Lawn & Tree Care - who handled all of my recovery. Please provide her with my heartfelt thanks.

Jane and whoever the young man at the front desk on Friday, August 4th were extremely rude and passive aggressive. We asked if we could buy some cattle panels and they first told us know when we pushed them. They finally agreed to let us have them as long as we loaded them ourselves. Then they wanted us to carry them through the store, instead of loading them directly on our truck inside the lumberyard. When the crew pushed, they finally let us bring our truck in. It was a very unpleasant experience. We did work out what we needed at the end of the day though.

New store layout with new employees, they went out of their way to help me find the relocated products. Always helpful friendly service with a smile.

First time in one of these stores, they have a wide variety of things for pets and garden, even tools. The staff was really nice!

I was able to get a cat run, put together, delivered to my property and set up. With their guidance, I also purchased a very fine dog kennel which was easy for me to assemble, or reassemble into different configurations and very strong.

I buy my dog food and hog food from tractor supply. And I like to look at the sale items as well.

First time in this particular store. Had everything I was looking for and more, but that happens every time I go in a tractor supply. The only thing I could say as maybe a suggestion to management is have at least one of your employees walking around for customer question or to help with directions because every store seems to have a totally different layout.

The stores used to be decent, just like all places used to be, pre-Covid. However, it still does check boxes for having certain merchandise and hardware. Just like everywhere else, it has become very expensive for goods and merchandise. This particular location seems to have a problem with employee attrition.

Every transaction requires you give them your phone number. They haven't. But they have no kind of loyalty card to just show them on the app. Prices are kind of high also. If there were a Lowe's or home Depot closer to go there. It just so happens a tractor supply's more convenient for me.

They stick everything. We weren't in need of tractor supplies. On different occasions we bout kayaks, cat food, citronella and chocolate!! I bet their tractors supplies are good too. Great service

Had the supplies I needed for electric fencing...baby chicks are arriving weekly but can never get any bc they run out so fast... hopefully next week...I use this tsc all the time...good service...will cont to use them

Very helpful and kind people, prices are decent and supplies are offen available easily,I recommend tractor supply for all your outdoor equipment needs and requirements ✌️. I can't wait until they get more ghost pepper plants mine died .
