Coolidge store is the best, all workers are the best. Experience and kind to all and very helpful. Also the bushers know there stuff and very helpful.

Busy with 1 broken and 1 working cash register, manager pulled me out of the line for the working register to ring me up on his mobile device. I told him that I could only do it if I can get a receipt(I need it for reimbursement). After payment, he told me there's an error then just kind of walked away. I had to check my bank to see if the charge even went through (it did). No email receipt sent, none printed. I've now been waiting 20 minutes since the people behind me in line Left the store, just trying to get a receipt. I wasn't asked to step out of line, it was just done, and I specified before anything happened that I absolutely need a receipt.

After about 20-25 minutes waiting, 2 staff still couldn't figure out a way to print a receipt, so I requested that they just return everything and I rebuy it so that I have a receipt. They start with the process, and I'm waiting with my card out for a refund and eventual recharge. They just hand me a zeroed out receipt showing an exchange of every item for a grand total of zero dollars. After wasting about half an hour more that I would have just waiting in line, i still don't have a receipt. The only way I know how much I was charged is by checking my bank account.

The employees were great, but either they surely need training on the point of sale systems, or the software needs to be updated/replaced. It's insane that I still couldn't get simple receipt, and wasted so much time.

This Tractor Supply has a different look than others I have been it but still had good selection of products. Innis nice to have this type of store in a small town, can get needed products for reasonable price.

Bought a hitch and never used it. Went in to get a refund, and she said only the manager can process a refund, so come back Monday evening when he works. Didn't make it back to Cooledge for a couple of months and met the assistant manager who said now it has been too long. Recommended I sell on eBay. They need to train and empower their employee as this transaction has lost them a customer.

Not sure how it's possible to have 4.5 stars...when a customer inquires about a product and the 2 employees are too lazy to bother looking it up in the computer and tell the customer to go to ace hardware or the autoparts store!! Just wanted to know what other nearby ts store may have, or if they could get within a few days. They were not busy. One other customer in store, not needing assistance...unimpressed.

Ordered online, picked up at the register. Took most of 30 seconds. Great place, needed a 48" x 3/4" steel rod, the one here is a little more than the huge chain store items, but this one is cold rolled steel! Nice.

I get dog food and speciality candy when I go to tractor supply co. My favorite candy is cow tails, good candy!

In most cases Tractor Supply is very helpful and friendly. They always greet you when you walk in . If there is something we can't find they always help us.

They didn't have what I was looking for I thought they would have more RV stuff seeing that Coolidge Arizona has a lot of snowbirds in the area. But the kids that were working were very helpful for me and they have other things that I may need later

Wonderful store. Customer service has been great. The employees have been polite and knowledgeable. I love going in this store.

Absolutely love this store I just wished they had more men's square toe boot selections in store friendly service and competitive prices

Tractor Supply has everything and something for everyone. It's a great place to visit and walk the aisles. Helpful staff

I went in for new boots found some I really liked but they weren't my size. Talked to John at costumer service to see if the Casa Grande had it and they didn't and I was going to order them online But John immediately said he would check the store inventory he lived next too and he picked them up that night and they were there for me to pick up the very next morning. I did not expect this and certainly would never ask this of anyone and greatly appreciated John doing that. Ended up getting a few shirts as well. The cashiers were also very friendly both times I just didn't happen to catch their names.

I use them when I need anything for my animals for FFA. I use them for food, hay, straw, boxes to keep everything in, brushes, leads, and much more including BB guns. Along with guns safes, pocket knifes, and lawn/land equipment for everything you need along with cloths and go karts.

Always have what I need. Friendly, helpful staff. Prices are kinda high, but it's just how it has always been at TSC, so I only buy certain things there.

Nice little store, employees are friendly and no waiting in the store. If you want chicks it is hit and miss. Store is still there. Just another trip to Tractor Supply

I like it when you have a healthy balance of women and men working together as one United workforce team. Our local Tractor Supply has all your needs. It's a One Stop Shop.
