I went to tractor supply to get the seven shots for my puppies, and get some dewormer and gentlemen there went above and beyond trying to help me, and when I went to check out, the lady who was at the register, went above and beyond and helped me she got me an ice pack for my seven way shots to keep them cold Cause I have about an hour drive home and then she was getting my dogs free treats. These guys are amazing. they really do care about you and your pets. I definitely recommend going there if I could give 10 stars I would.

I am sad that I have to change my review from five stars down to one, but I have had multiple negative experiences in the last couple of weeks. Most recently, I came into the store looking for some items and was told they didn’t actually have them because inventory was off, so I placed an online order for the same items. Almost three weeks later, the items still haven’t shown up. When I called customer service, they said it was my fault for not calling in to check on why the order hadn’t shipped. They didn’t try to do anything to provide a positive experience except give me a refund three weeks late. This isn’t as much a review on this store, but more a review on Tractor Supply as a whole. You’re better off going to another store than to order online.

I’ve had 4 online orders this year and all 4 have had some kind of issue (like not showing up after a month) that has required me to call customer service and ask for a refund on the order. There’s been no apology or attempt to make right for the issues. I’m disappointed that there’s a lot of push to join the neighbor’s club and get on the app, but when I do, I run into issues that make me think it would have been better and easier to just go to ACE or C-A-L Ranch.

Like most other Tractor Supply stores I've been to this one has a decent selection of tools, clothing, and pet supplies. Everyone is friendly and the prices are competitive. I'm glad there's an outlet in this small town.

My delivery experience could have been better. Positive first was a new employee that was completely excellent. A new manager training! He was wonderful because other people were deciding what to do with me since I was 2 days early and he said just get out of the way and let me get this guy unloaded! Very important for truck drivers since we don't get paid for sitting around we get paid for driving. The only real issue I had here was the manager of the store apparently has decided that truck drivers cannot use their break room while waiting to be unloaded and yet we're not allowed to stay in our cab. I always thought that you shouldn't eat in a warehouse but they said I could but such ambience you know around dust and everything else flying around while I'm trying to eat was not very fun. I did ask why did the person that was helping me and was Chloe and she did not know. She was very nice and helpful and even took my food to the microwave to heat it up for me. But tell me why I can't be treated like a human being and sit in a break room that is cool and clean and eat my food while I'm being unloaded?

2, stars because NO customer should ever be treated this way. Bought a replacement part for my sprinkling system today. Came home and was installing it and it broke while using the product as it was intended. This was obviously unacceptable as it was a brand new product, however, as I arrived I asked if could please return the defective product which I had just purchased 10 minutes ago for a new one. I was told no and I would have to buy a new part. This was unacceptable as well; which I explained and the employee argued with me over this. I was even told it was not broken when I left the store, thus it was my fault. What kind of BS customer service is that? After the employee’s temper tantrum, his reply was. “Well whatever you’ll have to speak to a manager for a return anyway.” Well, what the f@$& is the attitude for then and why I am speaking to you. The one cashier apologized for this treatment and the manager came right up and was very helpful. Her and the cashier took very good care of the situation.

My husband bought 6 chicks from here yesterday one didn’t make it through the day 4 of em didn’t make it through the night the last one is barely hanging on. I called this morning to check to see if they were willing by chance to do anything. Manager immediately huffed and said the chicks have no warranty which I thought was the case and was just calling to confirm. I didn’t appreciate her tone. It was impatient and rude. I told her that was all I was wondering and thanked her a and that she didn’t have to throw an attitude hung up the phone.

I wonder if anyone else lost chicks recently purchased from this store?

I pulled up to the store just before closing. I only needed a bag of corn. The open sign was still on and the doors unlocked as I got out of my truck. The assistant manager, Greg Smith, watched me get out of my truck and head to the door as he turned off the open sign, locked the doors and walked away without a word. I checked the time and it was not even 7. I realize people have worked a long day and are ready to go home and if I had a long list of shopping I would never have even thought about going in that close to closing. But if you are going to close at 6:55 then state that as your closing time and have good manners enough to speak to the customer.

The people there are awesome!! Great customer service. wish i remembered his name but he walked me out to my car and helped lift all my bags. Great place :)

Went in to buy an implement for my tractor and they told me it was out of stock. When I asked if they could order one in, they said no and I would have to wait. They couldn't tell me when one was coming in and said just check back in a week or so. I stopped by 4 times in 2 months and nothing. Went to IFA. IFA ordered it and I had it the following week.

Tractor Supply is wonderful! We get our dog food there... There are times that it is out of stock, though. Since 4Health dogfood is exclusive to Tractor Supply it is VERY inconvenient when they don't have it in stock. That is my only complaint. Their prices are good and they have amazing sales! Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Very good store. Has lots of farm equipment including an outside yard that has fence post, wooden poles, ect. They sell chicks in the spring and usually have a good selection. They also have welding supplies, paint, gas pumps, and everything else you need for a farm/ranch.
