Very Unprofessional, poor quality of work.

I hired AGM to do my lawn, I paid 50% upfront and signed the contract. They did the lawn services and a month later, 60% of my Lawn were covered with weed, many bare spots and other area experienced no growth at all. I went to their Office twice to express my dissatisfaction about their services. I met Brett who was so unprofessional, yelled and blamed me for the growth of weed on my lawn and the bared spots. In additional, I was overcharged $222 for a single sprinkler setup that I was told could cost 74. Brett mentioned that I was charged for the time two workers spent sitting in the vehicle while one worker set up the sprinkler. I left their Office and wrote a complaint about my dissatisfaction on the poor quality of services that was rendered. I requested that they treat the weed and redo the bared spot. Well, they refused to address my complaint and later hired a Law firm to intimidate me to pay the balance money. This is the tactic they use, intimidate clients with lawsuit when you express dissatisfaction. When I signed the contrast, they did not do an inspection on my lawn and the grass was installed without proper weed treatment. I was not informed that additional fees were required for weed removal/treatment prior to installation. My loss, ($6000 plus). imagine saving your hard-earned money to hire a professional lawn company and they did a horrible job. Being a first-time home buyer, I trusted AGW. I have to hire another lawn company to redo my lawn. Accelerated Green works only care about the money not the result of their work.

Brett and his team are the BEST! They are great with communication, promptness, and extremely professional. I highly recommend Accelerated Green Works for any of your landscaping needs.

Accelerated Green has been taken care of our business now for the last eight years they do a very professional job. The grass is the greenest weed free and they in the area as well as their staff is very professional on time they blow the driveway they spray for weeds they pick up the parking lot and then the winter there plow and shovel plus salt and sand before we open also if it keeps snowing there, back to clean up I’ve checked around and I’ve had other companies with some other businesses and accelerated. Accelerated Green Works did a wonderful job pressure washing my home on the farm. Everything looks so clean and fresh. They were very professional, prompt, and really careful and neat! The AGW team was able to help me out with some landscaping and light excavation on a super short notice (less than 24hrs). They showed up on time and when they said they would, had great attitudes all day, and kept the jobsite clean both throughout the process and as they finished their work. I can't say enough good thing about my experience and would most definitely give them a call for help on future projects!

Accelerated Green Works does fantastic work. Our backyard had a garden bed that was falling apart and rock all over the area that had no purpose. We were confused on what to do with the area. Brett and his team worked with us to figure out our needs and turned our vision into reality. Our kids love the new synthetic green grass area. I love the fact I will never have to move the trampoline to mow under it. Our concrete pad is perfect for a future hot tub. Accelerated Green Works did not try to overcharge us or oversell us on anything. Brett and his team always took the time to answer all our questions and had no problem making changes to the original plan.

This is a great company. The work was performed quickly and without error. Customer service was extremely attentive when I had a question about my bill. One caveat I learned later was that they do not guarantee their trees. I bought 7 and took care of them as instructed. After a year, I noticed one of them was not doing well and asked about replacement and was told that they could not replace it because they didn’t know how well I took care of it. The other six trees look great though. I would still recommend them but keep that in mind if buying trees.

Very good experience with Brett, Jodi and team. Brett responded almost immediately after my original request for information and Jodi was very helpful with bringing our vision to reality. Project manager Chris was a true pro, communicated great, and his team was dialed in. Very pleased with AGW and absolutely recommend them for future projects!

We had AGW remove a couple trees this spring. They did an awesome job, from taking down the trees to clean up and applying grass seed. We have them apply fertilizer and spray for weeds. Boy, does it work! Very happy that we found AGW to help with lawn and yard work that is bigger than we want to tackle!

My wood deck was 20 years old and I needed a solution for my dogs to get to my back yard and something nice to withstand the elements in the 4 seasons

Brett and Eric and their team are very communicative and descriptive to help you thru choices and when work is getting started thru completion

I chose concrete because wood and dogs don’t mix and my puppy kept going under my deck n I could not watch her

This is a great solution for our family. I wanted fresh, clean and fancy.

They even made sure my sprinkler heads worked and hydro seeded after the work was done

They power washed my drive way and left it better than when they came.

I didn’t not expect that but I am very proud to be a customer and I will refer to them.

We’ve been working with this company since we moved here 18 months ago. Our yard looks amazing and they are extremely responsive and quick. They did our irrigation system, our grass, and continue to provide support for all our landscaping. These pictures were only SIX weeks after they graded and sprayed hydromulch. When we had our 1 year home inspection, the inspector said our yard grading was some of the best he’s seen. The grass continues to fill in beautifully and we will continue to use them for all our needs! we are so happy with our service!

I highly recommend Accelerated Greenworks Landscaping and Shey West Nursery for any landscaping project! The designer Matt was wonderful to work with. He listened to what I wanted and came up with a beautiful design. He even came out to my house project, which is 90 miles from Fargo, to lay out the plant design to make sure it was right. Jake and the installation crew was so friendly, neat and hard working! They did everything that I asked with no complaints. Brett, the owner, checked in with me multiple times to make sure the project was completed to my liking! I was very, very happy with my end result and will definitely work with them again for any future projects I have.

My wife and I hired Accelerated Green Works to bury our sump pump discharge line and we couldn't be happier with the work they did! They were extremely quick and professional with their work and answered all of our questions. Our yard looks way better than it did before now that it doesn't have a discharge hose running across it (plus I don't have to worry about grass dying under the hose or having to move it when I mow). I want to thank the team at Accelerated Greenworks for the outstanding work they did on the patio and other landscaping projects they did for me this summer. They exceeded all of my expectations and even with changes I made to the project they responded quickly and delivered the project on time and with excellent quality.

I contracted Accelerated Greenworks to help with a project that required a high skillset operating equipment and a willingness to be flexible regarding the scope of work.

We are first time homebuyers at 60 with a tough slope down on our lot. This is the best lawn I’ve ever seen anywhere, especially since it’s only been about 4 weeks since seeding. Their staff helped us at every turn with advice from watering to fertilizing to over seeding to patching with killer results…If you don’t choose them ( in this tough climate area), you’ll be sorry. The pics are from the first mowing 9/26/23…they also have an excellent irrigation contractor that was key to this process.

They did work at my old house and did such a good job that after we moved to our new house we had them come back to do another project. Very professional with great communication and were very clean. I would highly recommend Brett and his crew.

Got all of our landscaping done in one day exactly as we requested. Have used them multiple times. Highly recommend.

Called to have some yardwork completed. Curbed edging, retaining wall repair, sod replacement and patio maintenance. The person I spoke to I believe he said was Brett. I asked him if what I wanted done was something they could do and he gave me a response something like we do everything between picking up dog shXt to building a house. Seemed a bit unprofessional to me but OK. Instead of taking down my information he directed me to their site to enter in my request. OK, I figured I could do that. I asked him before I enter all of the information, I wanted to let him know I needed to get the work completed quickly. When I asked when he could get the work completed, he said somewhere between now and when it snows. He must be too busy for new jobs to reply so unprofessionally, I declined to enter my job.

I really cannot say enough great things about this company. The crew led by Cole came to my house on a Saturday night as I had been waiting for my spring clean-up. Knowing that they had already put in an extremely long week but still took the time to get my jungle of a yard done speaks volumes. They were great to talk to and I could easily tell that the owners really care for their employees for these guys to do this for me. Thank you all so much!

I called Brett after I noticed water leaking into my house because of an ice dam. He was able to send a crew next day to remove the ice dam which will prevent any further water damage inside my home. Have received snow removal services twice and both times they arrived very quickly following my request for service and did a great job clearing the driveway and sidewalks. We also had a car in the driveway that we were not able to move, and they were able to work around it without issue.

We are on vacation and a snow storm hit. I made a call last min. Asked if they could clear our driveway before we get home. They already sent before and after pictures. They are friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend to everyone ! Nice work guys and thank you!

When I was out of town and a blizzard showed up a few hours before an open house was scheduled to sell my home, they said yes to my ask for help for snow removal. Even in terrible weather and when everyone needed snow services, they got the job done, on time. Top drawer people!

Last week we had a big snow storm and when I was on my way to work my car got stuck. Brett or one of his workers was driving by in a plow and saw how bad I was stuck and cleared out the area around my car. I was very happy that he took the time to help me out, I'm sure it was a busy morning for him. I was impressed.

I asked Accelerated Green Works for the 1st time to remove snow from my residential property. They went way beyond my expectations! After calling and asking for help they had all the snow removed from my property within only a few hours. Very friendly knowledgeable staff that goes the extra mile in costumer service. I will definitely be asking them for snow removal in the future. Also already planning this spring for getting some help with landscaping needs. Highly recommend!

I’ve used Brett and his company for several years now. This winter I decided to take a break from using them and immediately regretted not using them. I am a former customer from a couple years back. I left for a couple of years, but wasn't happy with the other arrangements I had made in the meantime. Decided that I would place a call to see if I could by chance get back on the snow removal list, knowing we were smack dab in the middle of a snow event. Not 2 hours later Brett had texted me a picture of my driveway all cleared, and a contract was in my inbox later that afternoon, they worked me back in the schedule. Brett, Jodi, and team are very professional, very responsive, and always get the job done with minimal wait, if at all. Nice website with a few payment options. In this case it's very true that you get what you pay for! A++!!! So glad I don't have to worry about if/when my snow is going to be cleared.

I cannot overstate how impressed my wife and I were with Brett and his team at AGW. They put in new sod for our lawn, poured a new sidewalk and walkway, and oversaw the installation of an automatic sprinkler system. Brett and his employees were hard working, informative, and totally professional. Our experience with them could not have been better.

Due to medical reasons, and not being able to lift, Carolyn called several different companies on Thursday to set up fall leave and gutter cleaning. Unfortunately (or fortunately), most companies were all booked up for the season, and/or not able to fit us in until middle of November. Brett, not only called (and text), as soon as he could, but sent a lawn proposal by e-mail. We called him Friday morning, explained our situation and what we were looking for, and Brett explained that due to the team going the extra mile, he gave them next week off, but might be able to fit us in later that day.
Brett reached out to Eric and his team, and they arrived to our house about 3:00 p.m. one team member was on a ladder cleaning gutters, and the other two were on mowers, and each of them not only did a great job, but had great smiles on their face, and very respectful to both Myself and Carolyn.
We also want to mention, that the team took time to not only clean out our street gutters, but blew out our neighbors street gutters, from the leaves that might have gotten blown their way.

It is so nice to drive into our driveway, and not have the pressure of raking massive bundles of leaves, or climb a ladder to clean out gutters.
