Joe was very helpful with answering our questions and working to get the job completed on our timeline. The installers were efficient and neat and tidy.

Prompt service, whenever I call they can get someone out within a day versus other companies can take up to a week. Very nice technicians that are knowledgeable and get the job completed correctly.

Keenan and Chase did a tremendous job installing my heating and cooling mini split! They cleaned up the area exceptionally well after the install and I cannot recommend Home enough!

Darrin and Daniel were friendly, respectful and informative. They answered all my questions, provided a quick overview after installation and even made an attempt to befriend my grumpy dog. (You can't win 'em all over, guys!) Overall great experience and would highly recommend!

Home Heating, Plumbing, and A/C Inc. is our one stop shop for all of our home needs. We have received consistent polite and knowledgeable work from them since 2017. Our home needs have ranged from a water heater, to an ejector pump, and an AC unit. They are always professional, incredibly timely, and a great company to work with!

We received excellent work from them. They brought professional equips and did the cleaning work very carefully on every edge of our house. After work, they explained the issues we had and told use how to prevent the issue next time.

We called Home to service our A/C units. Tech called ahead to let us know his ETA. He was timely, personable, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. He offered valuable advice to keep our A/C running at its best, and he was very clear about the cost of services. We'll continue to call Home Heating for our future needs.

Keenan and Chase were prompt and patient while I took the dog out really quick to kennel him. We have old carpet we need to replace but they still put down walk mats and made no mess. They were polite and courteous and quick. Our sales guy Joe Ludwig wasn't pushy but made sure to give us all the information for us to "call when/if we were ready" Highly recommend the whole lot!!!

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received! My heater is quite old, and it’s often a challenge to find someone who knows how to work on it properly. Thankfully, the technician who came out was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the system but also polite, kind, and clearly passionate about his work. It was refreshing to see someone take such pride in what they do. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. Exceptional service from start to finish!

I set up a service for my mini split. They were on time, the person doing it was very professional, he cleaned up when he was done, and they did exactly what they said they were going to do, unit works great

Awesome and knowledgeable service from TJ…he took time to understand what was happening and made suggestions based on his experience. His work when he came out was awesome. Scheduling for a furnace and AC was easy. Marshall, the tech that sent was great. He was easy to work with, professional and answered all of my questions. Highly recommending! Our a/c quit working so called service. Very hot day for us 96. They were busy with normal daily activities so we were going to have to get after hours help. Totally understandable. We never heard from them so I called at 8am the next morning they said they had called and talked to “Tina” and she said they went with someone else. My name isn’t Tina so we had a good laugh thinking my husband had a mistress and she didn’t want us to have a/c. They apologized several times. Never waiving on providing top notch customer service and working on their end to get the technicians out to fix our issue. Technicians even made sure we knew everything there was to know about our Nest thermostat. Funny thing is one day later we now have the heat on!

Had a drain that was backing up. Technician worked very diligently getting it to work. He stayed and made sure the problem was solved. Cleaned up the entire area.

On time. Professional, courteous , respectful. Job was completed in a timely manner and recommendation for continued problem free operation.

I have used Home Heating and Plumbing for a number of jobs over the last 12 months. They have given me good service and have been very flexible when there has been a time crunch. They also honor their warranties. I will continue to use their services.

Home Heating came out to service my furnace, they found my heat exchange unit and condenser not working correctly. The condenser they fixed and included that in the price of the service. They came back to repair the heat exchange unit, which was under warranty, and completed the repairs quickly and on time. They handled all the warranty work on the part, making my life much easier!

Nice and courteous techs. Had our ducts and dryer cleaned. Invoice was as quoted. Time from start to finish was as stated. Gave helpful hints on self maintenance to keep up on them. I work from home and was able to put in a full day while they did their work. Very pleased!

We had our air conditioner cleaned and serviced. It was found that the capacitor needed replacing. Jayce did great work and explained what needed to be done.

The sales team and installers with Home Heating Plumbing & AC were professional and friendly. They completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again! Thank you Home!

I used to use this place often for 3rd party plumbing and HVAC work. They have some extremely unprofessional women working in the service department. Tammy and Candice or something like that. They get easily confused and have anger issues. Luckily I switched to another company that does actual quality work and doesn’t have a constant turn over of new staff that rip you off.

Had there technician come out on a emergency call to home 2 suites on Saturday march 22nd and he was extremely punctual got the repair done in amazing time and overall was awesome to work with 10 out of 10 all across the board.

Marshal was very prompt and professional. He explained the furnace trouble very thoroughly in terms I could understand. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a very thorough inspection and cleaning of the furnace. Highly recommend Home Heating.

Our furnace stopped overnight on one of the coldest North Dakota early Sunday mornings. We called Home Heating and were able to speak immediately with a technician. He was so nice and helpful.He asked for a picture of the furnace and a model number for the pump to make sure he’d have the correct parts since we live in Hillsboro. He was friendly, knowledgeable, fast and efficient and within a very short period of time, heat was flowing through the house again! Thank you so much Home!

Very impressed with the work crew that came to our home. They listened to our concerns and worked with us to find a solution to our furnace problem. We would highly recommend Home Heating and Plumbing.

My toilet was running constantly despite trying to shut the valve off. Called Home and they came out within 1/2 hr. Both young men were friendly and explained all options. They made sure everything was working correctly and replaced defective parts in a timely fashion. I would definitely call them again.

I would not recommend to family or friends!! If I could leave less than a star I would.
Our first experience with them was great. We called after an unfortunate leak from our water heater over the weekend. A hole somehow developed in the copper pipe taking hot water out of the tank which unfortunately it ruined about 600.00 worth of equipment that was nearby as well due to the steam. They were able to get us in the next business day which I very much appreciated. Let me also state that they installed the equipment just over 6years ago, we missed the warranty by 3 months. But it is what it is, although I was disappointed that their equipment had failed after length of time for no reason. Let me also stat we have a dehumidifier right next to the tank and a water softener.
Fast forward to last weekend. The tank started leaking again!!! It again happened on a weekend. I was a bit frustrated since they were just out so decided to call the after hour line. A nice man answered and explained the situation that it was NOT an emergency and did not need them to come out but I wanted to make sure I could get on the sched for Monday and expressed my frustration since they were just there. I never stated if it was the same leak or not just said our water heater was leaking again. He said if we were just there I’ll be right out today. He did show up and noticed it was now a different pipe. I asked about the service fee and I was informed that I’d be charged again and I would also be charged an after hour fee!!! I never asked them to come out but they offered! So I was already upset enough and had to ask why this wasn’t noticed the first time and pointed out little pin holes that were developing possibly corrosion?? He scratched at them and another leak sprung up!! So basically if I hadn’t pointed those out (I am not a plumber) I would have had another leak and been charged ANOTHER service fee probably a few weeks later!! I asked why my copper pipes that are 6 years old are corroding and got no answer..
Do not expect them to be thorough and do any sort of inspection, they will have tunnel vision so it is up to you with your untrained eye to point out any and all potential issues. They will not stand by their work but instead nickel and dime you for everything. I expected to pay for the repair since it was a different pipe but charging the service fee with these issues should have been caught is ridiculous in my opinion. Picture below is 3 additional holes forming in the line in addition to new leak never inspected or noticed with the first repair from the same type of hole. Do better!!!

7/31/2024 Home Heating Plumming & AC put in a central air unit. Darin was incredibly professional, curious and knowledgeable. All my questions answered. Also the price for the unit was great. They did not try to take advantage of a single woman with their price quote like I feel others did. Yes I realize they are different units and such, but I also know when extras services are needed and when they are not. HHP&AC were very respectful in every way.. price… service.. knowledge.. professionalism.. and very courteous. .

Josh did a nice job while he was here. Josh welded a new pipe on the water heater, as the old one had a small drip in it. He was efficient and informative.

We had our furnace serviced and questions about putting an air exchange in. We also had plumbing come to clean our lines due to low hot water pressure. They came at the same time and they were all very nice. Will be calling them again.

We had home heating and hearth out to our house for maintenance and repair on our fireplace. We were impressed with the customer service we received. Jason was able to get our fireplace cleaned up and back in working condition. We will continue to have home heating and hearth do all of our heating, plumbing and air conditioning needs. Would highly recommend!

I have had nothing but bad experiences with home heating. They replaced all my old ductwork with inferior ductwork during a complete home renovation. They performed plumbing work that I had to either repair later myself or had to contract to other companies. Recently a home inspector identified more issues that they had caused from their previous work on my home. Despite all this, I gave them the opportunity to quote repairs on a simple shower drain leak. They wanted to charge me $65 for the quote, $140 for a diagnostic fee so they could determine the actual leak issue and complete the quote. I provided them a picture and details about the leak, yet they wanted to charge me $205 before telling me how much it would cost to repair the leak. I hired Precision to fix the same leak. No charge for the quote and the repair cost me $150 total. I would not recommend Home Heating.

I had TJ in plumbing do some work for me for my water spigot and sump pump and he did it quickly and his work looked great and cleaned up well. TJ is the man for all your plumbing needs!

We recently had an issue with our furnace not cycling on and off properly. Your Technicians arrived in a timely manner on the first part of October and diagnosed the problem to a capacitor issue. This was replaced and all was well for a while. As luck would have it, a short while later, our blower motor started making a terrible noise! Again, the technician arrived swiftly, confirmed the blower motor was bad, returned to Fargo (we lived 30miles away), picked up the new motor and returned to replace it. We were not charged for any driving time or mileage because it was felt that the old motor was not adequately checked out the first time and on top of all that, I was given a Veterans discount. Because of this, my bill went to over $700 to just over $600!
Home Heating has always been our "go to" folks, and will continue to be!

Jim and Trevor did a great job answering my questions and helping me understand our HVAC system. They made recommendations that fit our needs and unique situation.

Tkre at Home heating is an excellent plumber! He is very highly skilled, professional, and efficient! I strongly recommend him for work on Home heating equipment especially the combi boiler, which is the one he worked on for me.

We recently had Marshall from Home Heating to our house for a repair to our furnace. He arrived at our home earlier than expected and when he arrived he set immediately to work. He explained his procedures and answered all of my questions with clarity and patience. We used Home Heating several times in the past, and had fair service. 2 years ago we had a furnace issue that was similar to what we had previously. When they arrived they informed us that because of severe cracking in our furnace that it could not be repaired and would need to be replaced. He promised that he would send us pictures of the damage and that someone would contact us for a quote to have the furnace replaced. A few days went by and no one contacted us. We had someone suggest another HVAC company to see if they would have the same information. The tech from that company said he needed to replace a $60 part and would have it running in a few minutes. He also said that he could see normal wear of the furnace, but there were no cracks as Home Heating had said. A few weeks later we received a bill from Home Heating and when we called them, they said it was for a part that they replaced. They never replaced anything because they said the entire furnace needed to be replaced, but we were stuck paying for it anyway. We will never trust them to handle anything in our house again. They once seemed like a reliable company, but now must just want to take advantage of people. Our furnace has worked great since we switched away from Home Heating.

I just wanted to take some time and speak about how positive my experiences have been with plumbing at home heating. I have had a water heater and garbage disposal installed and each install was done very thoroughly with a high attention to detail. I will be using them for all future plumbing needs

Beware….they will get you with the mystery fees. I had a tech come to look at my house to investigate airflow. He was in my house less than 15 mins and told me that there was nothing he could do. I got the bill and it was $140 ($75 service fee and $65 truck fee). Seems like a lot for 15 mins and “nothing I can do for you”.

Home was out within 24 hours due to my hot water heater going out. They were friendly and professional, assessed the issue and gave me the options for solution along with pros and cons of each option. The issue was fixed within an hour, and I am wholly satisfied with the job they did and the price I was charged. I can't recommend them enough!

Jayce, our service technician, was very professional, and respectful while in our home.
He’s great at communicating what he is doing and what needs to be done next, breaking down everything for us, so that we understood well. (Mostly for myself, because I don’t know as much as hubby does)
Having chatted with him for a bit, while he was here servicing, I learned that he’s a genuinely kind and honest employee.

Called at 7:30 am because my furnace blower motor went out. I was amazed that by 9:30 Jackson arrived and replaced it. It was -18 degrees out at the time but he braved the cold and the roads to get this done. Cannot say enough about the Service we have received from this company. We are warm and thankful for Home Heating.

They showed up on time to clean and service tune/up my furnace and also cleaned and serviced my gas fireplace. The technician was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend their business, and this is the second time I’ve used their business for this purpose with same positive results. I will call them again when service is needed.

Mixed review. 1 good experience 1 not so good. Good - I called for a quote and they showed up the next day. We scheduled a new furnace and A/C install within a month. The install took 2 days. They were very professional and courteous. Not so good - AC unit that is only 3 years old stopped working when it was 90+ degrees out. I called Home. They put us on a waitlist. They didn't come out until late the next day when it was 70 degrees out. The AC ran fine now that it was a normal temp outside. They couldn't figure out the issue. Charged us $200 for travel plus looking at the AC Unit. We are only 30 minute outside of town. Way overpriced for not knowing how to fix the issue and not even able to come when we needed them most.

I had called Home Heating from Fargo to schedule an appointment for the annual preventative maintenance on my Central Air Conditioning Unit.. The technician was Marshall, and he did a great job (cleaned, inspected, & serviced the A/C Unit). Marshall then tested the unit — and everything was working as it should be! I highly recommend Marshall and Home Heating & Plumbing!

The plumber ,I can not remember his name, was here to inspect our hot water heater. He was professional and knowledgeable Answered all our questions No hard sales Did not try to sell us something we did not need Home Heating does good work and can be trusted.

Paul and Brad once again performed magic cleaning our dryer roof venting! The dryer works considerably better drying and collecting lint than before! We are grateful!
