We absolutely are impressed and highly recommend Safecover. I reached out to several different roofing companies for bids. A local company finally got back to me; 2 and a half weeks later! The second one not only was 45 minutes late and didn't call to let us know, but was here for 4 hours (!!) pushing us hard for their Cadillac of plans for only $47k. He refused to listen to what we wanted, options we might have or answer questions. It was seriously like buying a car! I’ve worked with Brady at Safe Cover Roofing to re-roof our own personal properties as well as referring him to several clients of mine who needed a new roof. He’s prompt to respond, great at communicating both on the phone as well as texts, and prices are competitive. Something I wasn’t aware of but very important to know when getting a new roof, is that their roofers hand nail the shingles. In today’s time it’s faster to use modern tools but sometimes old school ways are better. Also he has educated me about warranties, and how long shingles can really last. If it sounds too good to be true, be aware. And the brand of shingle makes a difference. The crew that installs the roof has also done an excellent job in cleaning up after the roof has been installed. A new roof is a long term investment in your home and I can highly recommend working with Brady.

I'm familiar with bad roofers. I got screwed 6 years ago by a roofer that did a shoddy install job and billed me 5x more than he quoted, followed by having my roof start leaking 6 years later...and the company no longer exists. This time I asked everyone who the best was, and they all said "Safecover".

They were right. Brady from Safecover was spectacular. He came out and took a look at things and gave some great advice. They finished putting a metal roof on my place last week. They team worked quickly, but didn't sacrifice quality. Their metal roof is engineered "above spec" compared to "normal" metal roofs in the way they connect it to ensure water never gets in. I lived in a house with a metal roof decades ago, and was excitedly waiting to hear that amazing sound on my new roof...but it turns out they use some sort of sound dampening underlayment, so I couldn't tell the difference. I recommended Safecover to a friend who also needed a replacement, and they just wrapped up there too.
They did an amazing job! On final inspection they even answered questions about how to keep it clean and remove the ever-present moss/alge growth in Washington, and how to attach solar panel brackets if I ever want to do it.

It's both good and bad when I say this--they did such a great job I'd use them again in a heartbeat...but the quality of the roof is so good I won't ever have to call them again. Thank you Safecover! Watching an entire roof being removed and a finished new roof installed in one day was quite the orchestrated performance! Very responsive to my needs and questions to address airflow issues that my house was having from original construction. All is upgraded to meet the challenges of our wet climate. Extra pot vents put in everywhere needed to exceed standards. I have no doubts that I will not have to worry about my roof for a very long time. Every aspect of this process was easy. My Dad had the same experience the summer before and recommended them. Dad was right?!!

The job was not straightforward, including some insulation/ventilation issues and some repair of a previous substandard installation. I highly recommend Safecover Roofing for your residential roofing project. When I remodeled my house 11 years ago I made the mistake of letting the General Contractor's handyman roof the house. 10 years later leaks were starting to appear and I needed a new roof. Brady came out and made a bid. I had a second company come out and they showed up in an unmarked old white van with a flat tire that needed air from my compressor before they could leave after the bid. Their bid was lower but do you think they are going to be around 15 years later for any needed warranty repairs? Not. I gave the project to Brady and his team and I could not be more pleased. They were prompt, showed up with a large crew in late-model, Safecover badged trucks and went to work. They cleaned up after themselves after each day and I never found a single stray roofing nail. I was amazed by how much flashing was missing and installed by the Safecover team as part of their work. I'm sold on the hand nailing practice of Safecover and was especially pleased by the repair work Safecover did to fix areas of water damage. My new roof looks amazing and I really doubt I will have to use Safecover's workmanship guaranty but if I did, I am confident they will be around to honor it. Brady bid out our roof replacement from metal to Malarkey shingles with a quote that was slightly higher when comparing apples to apples to a competitor but offered an upgrade that was exclusive, a quick turnaround from bid to finish, and bid/scheduled the gutter replacement. The roof replacement was done in 1 day which included needing to sheet the entire roof and the gutter was installed the next morning less than 7 days after agreeing to the bid; the crew was very thorough in their cleanup in addition to their speed and quality of work. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for the 'small company' vibe and Brady's followup after his initial bid and willingness to stop by with samples and answer more questions is what made us change our minds and go with Safecover and we could not be happier.

Had a leaking roof and a leak near the chimney flashing on our newer roof (installed by a different company before we bought the house). Safecover provided a timely and great quality repair. Have not had any issues since the repairs were done and the new shingles they had to install blend right in with the other ones. Definitely will be coming back if I ever need any additional roofing needs.

Weather dependent scheduling was handled really well with seamless interface via texting with Lexi, the scheduling/admin interface, so that there was the least amount of tentative schedule-blocking necessary - this is always a significant concern for me. The crew who installed the vents, Cody & Tony, worked carefully in planning around the couple of custom adjustments they had to make based on existing roof contours, they explained everything they were going to do before they did it, they minimized the mess, and both of them were professional but personable, they were appropriately behaved for being in a customer's home, and they even made some suggestions for ways we can properly intake vent a bay that is not otherwise easily able to be intake vented, and how we can keep our current roof performing well for years to come.

After taking several bids, I decided to go forward with Safecover and I sure am glad I did. Cooper and his team from the get go showed they were willing to go far and beyond as far as satisfying and meeting my needs. From a hiccup I had with the material, they looked for alternate solutions to the situation and I was able to get it, to going all the way from Longview to Olympia to pick up a skylight glass, which was a custom size and not readily available, just so that the job could be completed in the 2 days they had estimated. Oh and the roof just came out looking amazing. My neighbors have already texted saying how beautiful the roof looks. All in all I could not be happier. Quick, clean and professional. Large team came out, took over the roof early and were done the next day on my home. Completely clean and very satisfied with the roof. New shingles, skylight, multiple vents added and even connected up a couple bathroom fan venting pipes that were not connected up right. I give Safecover Roofing the HIGHEST recommendation! Trustworthy is the first word that comes to mind. I bought a house this last summer and during negotiations we pushed for some roofing repairs that were brought up by our home inspector - missing flashing, improperly installed flashing and worn shingles above the garage. Some things were lost in translation and the seller provided a certificate from another roofing company saying they inspected the roof and it was 2 1/2 years old and it was good to go. We were told this was a 5 year warranty and understood that this was the company who had originally done the roof. The confusion continued and our closing date was approaching. The sellers felt that they had the roof inspected and were told it was fine by this company and that was sufficient. We felt that our inspector was really reliable and had some concerns and we wanted a few things fixed. Push came to shove and our relator had a roofer she trusted come out and give us a second opinion. He agreed some things needed fixed and contacted this roofing company and explained his professional opinion. The sellers then had the company back out right before closing to make the repairs to the the flashing and we were told they weren’t going to fix the worn shingles because we had the warranty and if there were any issues they would come out to fix them. We were relieved the ordeal was finally over and had peace of mind that the roof was taken care of! Fast forward and it’s winter and pouring rain and we get a leak in the garage roof. I called the company who we had the “warranty” with. The man came out and inspected the leak and the shingles and couldn’t find a problem or any indication of where the leak was coming from. He told me that I didn’t actually have a warranty and that they didn’t originally do the roof they just inspected it during closing and made those few repairs. Then he said that their warranty doesn’t even cover shingles anyways. That was frustrating to hear since there was so much confusion during closing and I thought this all to be resolved and the warranty was provided for my peace of mind. He suggested it could be the siding from the second story over the garage but in order to be sure we would need to remove the siding and the shingles. He had me up on the roof with him and never pointed anything out or provided any other explanations. He also said that there was no point in just redoing the section above the garage that I might as well redo the entire roof at this point and I could call around and get some bids and he would go under that. I was extremely frustrated since this was the same company a few months ago who said the roof was good to go during closing and now I am being told I need an entire new roof. I made a phone call to our relator who recommended we call Safecover Roofing for a second opinion. So glad I did! Brady came out a few days later and was very thorough and helpful. He inspected the leak in the garage and used his tape measure to accurately determine where the leak was possibly coming from then jumped up on the roof and started taking a closer look at the shingles and the siding. He was quick to show me pictures that showed the thin deteriorating shingles, the improper flashing installation and shingle overlap and then had me get up on the roof with him for a better look. At this point I had no faith or trust in the previous company as they had several opportunities during closing and this most recent visit to identify and fix these things already. Brady had his crew come out that same afternoon with new shingles and patched the section of roof over my garage to fix the leak and caulking on the siding. Then they inspected the rest of my roof and provided me explanations with pictures about some other areas of concerns that may be problematic in the future. They gave me some advice on how to determine if other leaks may be present and assured me that they could return to patch any other areas needed. I will definitely be using Safecover again in the future. Such a reliable company!

Great experience with the Longview crew! After 8 months on a waiting list with another contractor, SafeCover was able to start immediately. They arrived first thing in the morning and finished in one day. We were very pleased with the process and communication!

We had water leaking into one of our bathrooms from a vent. I called Safecover Roofing, on a holiday I may add, and not only were they responsive on the phone, but they came out and fixed the issue within a half- hour of my call ... in the middle of a storm ... at the very end of the day. They fixed the issue, bad roofing from a different company, gave me advise on how to keep the issue from happening again, and went on his way ... soak and wet. They they checked back in with us a few days later to ensure the leak was still fixed. Great company. Will keep there information on hand, and will DEFINITELY call them again with any roofing needs.

The roof was up in no time and it looks great. Pricing was very competitive. The roof has already seen a few days of heavy rain and strong winds with no sign of leaking or losing shingles.
