SERVPRO did a great job of restoring my house back to what it was prior to the water damage that occurred. Every aspect of the process from tear out to restoring went smoothly. At 3am I woke up to it raining in my hallway. By that morning Kelso/Longview Servpro was on the job. Linda managed the drying out and cleaning up like a pro. Dawn is an amazing Admin for the reconstruction phase. She functions as the Project Coordinator and does a stellar job. Our contractor/Project Manager Hector took care of all the details for reconstruction. The subcontractor Negrete’s were helpful, clear on the work, and we’re already working with them again on home repairs. Theresa and her team were so easy to work with on the pack outs and move ins. There was a lot of logistics, and water damage is a big problem. We had a great team walking us through it all. We won’t hesitate to recommend Servpro again.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this company, our cabin in Packwood has been a 16month restoration from a flood and it still is not complete, the billing/statements are not accurate and the staff does not follow through with what they say they will do. It has been incredible stressful for my family. We have asked to talk to the owner months ago, still has not happened.

Always quality and exceptional work completed. I have always received the highest level of work completed. If you need water restoration or mold remediation give them a call.

We had a small leak from our ice maker that was quickly discovered and repaired, but it damaged two of the floorboards in front of our refrigerator. We have hardwood floors that are glued down so we needed to get a reasonable idea of whether there was moisture under the floor without tearing up our floors. ServPro was super fast; they had someone out to our house within a few days of my call and they were able to check the moisture levels throughout our kitchen and dining areas without damaging my floors. They were on time for the appointment and very helpful! I hope we never need their services in the future but if we do I will not hesitate to call them! Very much appreciate the help and great service!

Staff worked diligently without wasting time. Dylan worked exceptionally hard to ensure our satisfaction with this part of the restoration and made sure the single issue we had was corrected within 24 hours while remaining professional and curtious.

Broken outdoor spigot that ran behind our kitchen and master closet wall on a Friday evening.
Called ServPro and Grace showed up with a smile on her face and said we got this and assured us that we will be taken care of. She brought in her fans and dehumidifiers and got to work drying our house out. Linda our project manger worked with our insurance and inspector and made sure the correct actions were being done and all the water damaged areas were identified and addressed. Dylan the crew chief came in and with minimal damage to our cabinets and granite had them removed in no time. Laminate flooring was also removed to start drying process but was unable to be saved.
The hard work from Linda, Dylan, Grace and crew saved our home from further damage and put us at ease.

Really great service on mold demolition and drying out, just wanting the rebuild/remodeling to go as smoothly and professionally. Licensed people only and wanting a good thorough job. Demolition and drying like I said was very good and recommended.

Water was left running in our kitchen sink with the stopper in. Servpro responded quickly and took charge of submitting evidence of the damage to the insurance company, as well as mitigating. They were responsive to our questions and concerns and Linda always returned our calls. In a difficult situation, they were incredibly important for a good outcome.

ServPro provided exceptional service! We had a last minute remodel if our concession stand and were in a time pinch to get things cleaned up and ready to go. Shawn scheduled a crew last minute! Teresa and her crew tended to every detail asked! Concrete dust is no joke but they got it out of every nook and cranny. Servpro is the bomb and I highly recommend.

Coming from a foreman background and working with people myself I have pretty high expectations! Dylan Mistic has not only blew expectations out of the water, but over the course of restoration, he has neatly tucked away all my worries of this whole entire process. He has made this as easy as possible, has answered every single question in detail with no hesitation, honestly couldn’t ask for a better person to have come into my home very respectful on time and always make sure to clean up his crews mess goin over every single detail! I’d rate him a 6 if it was possible, would recommend him for any and all jobs related to restoration very knowledgeable!

We called when we had a water leak that ruined our kitchen and bathroom and they were very responsive. But they told us that we were on the hook for anything that the insurance wouldn't pay for so I asked them to hold off until we got written approval from the insurance company. When I finally received that a couple days later I reached out to them three times and they have never returned our call. After reading the other reviews, I'm glad they didn't because we are definitely going to look elsewhere.

We were gone on vacation when a water hose broke loose from our toilet. Our downstairs family room and laundry room, as well as our bathroom, were flooded. A good friend coordinated with Serv pro and got them in the house. They were prompt, thorough and professional. They have dried our floors and walls and removed damaged insulation. I would have no hesitancy in recommending Serv pro should the need arise.

They are only half way through the cleanup and restoration process but we are so impressed with professionalism and thoroughness that both Linda and Hector and their crews have shown.

We had our dishwasher leak the morning of the 4th of July, leaking under the floor of our entire kitchen. It was a nightmare. No other local shops were answering their phones due to the holiday weekend, however ServPro did. Dylan, Tym and Devon were great techs and came out within an hour. They helped us stop the mystery leak immediately and began damage control. They worked directly with the insurance company while keeping us in the loop and included us on decisions/strategies.

We would have been in a really tough spot if it weren't for the great team over at ServPro. I absolutely recommend them to everyone.

Linda and Shawn at ServPro Longview are AMAZING!! They were so fast getting to the house to get eyes on the overflow. Linda really helped get the shock and worry eased. TERRIBLE!!! Not only did they not do their job, they are trying to charge us 5800.00 dollars!! When I told the lady they didn't do all that stuff, she said it's ok your insurance is going to pay for it and I was like I dont care if the insurance is going to pay for it or not, THATS INSURANCE FRAUD!! They STILL have not removed all the water damage and at this point, I've told them not to come. WHAT A JOKE!! I would never recommend servpro, their advertisement says, "it's like it never happened." WELL, it's been 2 months and I still have wet and moldy drywall. NEVER AGAIN!!

Update as Janusary 19th 2024,

The owner replied to my comment saying that it simply not true. Of course I'd say that too if I was committing insurance fraud. I still have drywall that has to be removed because of the damage that Servpro did not take care of. They when they measured the wall go off of square footage in a room to Bill insurance, well what Servpro did, is when they measured a room they measured one wall 3 ft longer than it actually was and other walls 9 in here 2 ft there to increase the square footage, so that they could bill insurance for a bigger square footage then my room actually was, they billed my insurance for water removal that they did not do, because my husband and I sucked it all out with the Shop-Vac 5 hours before we even called Servpro. In the end they must have billed my insurance, probably $30,000 for work when they actually only probably did $10,000 worth of work. They took one wall and they cut up from the bottom a certain amount of weird inches, that was completely unnecessary, so that when I put a new piece of drywall in, instead of being able to use half sheet of drywall, I have to use a whole sheet of drywall. They were very unprofessional, I had to work the day that the guys came and I left him a very long note asking him to not touch the contents of my dresser drawers because I didn't have time to take this stuff out and the stuff that was in there was very personal private things, and instead of paying any attention to the page letter I wrote, what he did was he decided to take each one of my items out individually and packed them in a box when I specifically asked him to just take the drawers out and place the drawers with everything in it upstairs in a room. I was horrified when I came home and all of my personal undergarments amongst other things, had been taken out and packed in a box, while he took the drawers and put them upstairs like I asked without following directions like I asked. There's so much that I could go on and on and on about, however I won't waste any more of my time today. I thought about reporting them to insurance fraud and I let my insurance know that they did not do all that work and that they should look into it. If the owner of the company would like to dispute any more of this I have pictures, I have invoices and emails stating to Servpro that they inaccurately charged several thousand dollars for services that they did not render, and I do not have a solitary problem with posting said emails pictures and correspondence With Servpro all said Information. If you care about your house And people that take care of it, then I highly recommend that you find anyone and everyone else to do the work. They are Crooks and they have no honesty whatsoever, especially since the owner says simply not accurate. If I was the owner that typed that message I would be ashamed of myself and so would their mother. I would hope that they have some sort of conscience, but obviously they do not.

We were in the process of refinancing our home and had an old spot of mold in one room. We called ServPro of Longview on Friday and by Tuesday they were out and remediated the mold. They were very accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend their services!

ServPro of Longview Kelso remediated a situation in my home. The work was done flawlessly and with great care. It was done quickly and the employees were both friendly and very clean. I would recommend them to anyone.

My office was a victim of a fire about a year ago and ServPro of Longview, Wa. was there immediately the next morning to start the assessment and cleanup process. They were particularly aware and concerned about the well being of my employee's and they quickly worked to dissipate the smoke and start the clean up process. Their communication with me and the insurance company was superb and it allowed us to continue conducting business through the cleanup construction process with very little inconvenience. My sewer line backed up this last May and flooded a bathroom, bedroom, and family room in my basement. ServPro came out that evening and began the clean-up process. They returned the next day, packed up everything and moved it out. All of the carpet and flooring had to be removed and it was determined that there were asbestos tiles under the carpet. ServPro worked closely with my insurance company and arranged to have the asbestos removed. Throughout this process they came daily to monitor the air quality and to make sure everything was drying. After all of the repairs were completed and new flooring installed ServPro came back and moved everything back into my basement. Everyone that I dealt with was very professional and helpful. I’m not sure how I would have navigated this whole process without the help and guidance of Hector and his team at ServPro. I highly recommend this company.

I had a drain back up in my basement and they were here within 15 minutes. Sucked up the water, put in air dryers, hauled away wet carpet and diagnosed the issue. It took 1 hour from phone call to completion!

I called Servpro and requested someone come out to check the severity/mold levels in a bathroom of ours. I was told that would not be a problem and scheduled an appointment. No one showed up at the appointment time or called. I called them, they apologized, I scheduled another appointment for the following week. They show up and inform me they don’t have the ability to determine mold levels (even though i was told over the phone they do). The gal told me she would send my information to someone who can test mold levels and they would be in touch. It’s been over 2 weeks and I have yet to hear from anyone.

What I thought might be something serious turned out to be nothing more than condensation due to high humidity. Hector took readings and inspected and said the problem could be remedied with a dehumidifier. He is a totally professional and personable man with a genuine desire to help. He charged me nothing, but he gained an advocate and a fan.

This company does amazing work and provides fantastic service. Roots Academy had a flood in the early morning hours around 4:30 am which caused havoc for our team. This problem could have been massive if it wasn't for Servpro's amazingly quick response and diligent work. We made the call around 5:15 am, and they were on scene within 30 minutes going right to work. Not only did they relieve our stress but they did it with a smile on their face. The whole Servpro team was excited to be there and made us feel much better about the whole situation - they showed that they truly cared about us. I am so thankful for Ryan Grady and his amazing team for all of the help they have provided us during this unfortunate situation. I would recommend them every single time I am given the opportunity! Acted like we had a blank check from our insurance company. What you need in a remediation company is somone with the common sense to make decisions based on facts. Dont spend time pulling baseboards when its obvious that the sheetrock will have to be flood cut! If my carpets are soaked with sewage and you charge me more for labor why do you throw the old carpets in the back of a dryvan filled with the dehumidifiers and blowers you will be taking to your next job. Two stars because employees were polite. 5k to suck water out of carpets, pull 500 sq ft of carpet, set dehumidifiers and run test. Have them clean your carpets and call a real contractor.
