Advanced Home Inspections (AHI) and Jay Hooper's inspection was a joke. Major issues with the property were completely overlooked, and the report was so vague it might as well have been a template. When we tried to get clarification, Jay was unresponsive and unhelpful. Paid top dollar for a service that felt like a checkbox exercise. Wouldn't recommend AHI or Jay Hooper to anyone.
