Nice roof at a good price. Couple of small problems, but came back to make them right, so good customer service too.

From our first contact with Top Weather Roofing until the completion of the project the experience was a 10/10. Wilson Hiner took a good look at our home and out building and was able to quickly get us a competitive bid. He was so patient and knowledgeable explaining the ins and outs of the whole business. I obtained a total of 3 bids and this was the best bid when evaluating cost, timeliness, and quality of roofing materials. Mariela manages the schedule, contract, and payment piece of things and she is just incredibly patient, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. It was a super easy process to sign contract sent via email. Hector came out to the house to share shingle samples so I could select exactly what I wanted. A couple of days later Hector brought an enormous crew to the house and they proceeded to remove existing roof, repair/replace plywood where needed, and prep roof for shingles - all before about 11:00 a.m. I have a large home and out building and this was simply astonishing. By late morning the next day the project was completed beautifully, all trace of their visit was completely gone - not only did they do an impeccable job of clean up - but someone went around with a blower just remove every bit of particles/dust. Additionally, Armondo and the crew were so professional, hard working, and nice! They were so easy to have around. I cannot recommend this company enough. They took a potentially stressful process and made it such an easy and positive experience.

Not the only bid we received either. They’re top of the line(50yr. Warranty) was still less than another Co’s beginning bid.

Because roofing is not my expertise, and because you may only do this once or twice in your lifetime, pretty important to be able to trust the entire roofing team.

Top Weather Roofing was very easy to work with. They did very good work and it only took them one day to remove the old roof and completely install the new roof. I would highly recommend them.

They were quick to respond from the beginning. They tore off the old roof consisting of two layers, put new sheathing down, and a whole new roof in less than 8 hours. The only problem encountered was some missed nails. I know they tried to get them all as I watched them working, so they may have had a magnet that is getting a bit weak. It just meant I had to spend a little time diligently going around the house to make sure I got the ones missed. When I told them about it, they promptly offered make it right. Overall a great experience, and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

From the time that we reached out for a quote to the day of our full roof replacement, the service was top notch. We were beyond IMPRESSED when a crew of 12 arrived and completed our entire roof including cleanup in 8 hours.

Friendly staff. Were very patient with us as we had to wait for our loan FOREVER. Once we got it, things moved quickly! Sent an awesome team out very soon after we got our deposit in, despite the weather change, and they were done in one day. They did a great job cleaning up as well. Can't even tell they were here. One slight glitch with one of our skylights (one ordered was the wrong size) was fixed the next day. Roof and skylights look great. Neighbors were impressed with the size of the team they sent and were excited to have them come out :0). We are currently in the process of changing over to solar these guys were contracted through the solar company to come repair our roof. Their work is nothing short of amazing! Investing money in your home is overwhelming and stressful. After reading online reviews of Top Weather Roofing, and discussing our needs with Wilson, we knew that this was a great investment. The crew worked over 11 hours replacing the roof on our 22 year old home. Once the roof was completed, the crew cleaned up the yard of all the trash and debris. We had a wonderful experience with Top Weather Roofing! Right from the beginning Wilson was very responsive and took the time to explain their procedures. The crew arrived on the specified day and worked hard from start to finish. The crew members were respectful and thorough. A second crew showed up at the end of the day to help get the job done.
They cleaned everything up before they left and not a single scrap or nail was left behind. Our roof looks great and we couldn't be happier with the finished product!

I believe things happen for a reason and that we are guided in the right direction and for that, I am thankful.
I originally had 4 companies scheduled for a roof inspection and to give us an estimate for a new roof and new gutters. But due to not receiving a follow up contact for the estimate, (no phone call, no email) after the inspection, from two of the companies, I wound up calling four more companies, making this a total of eight companies to inspect the roof and give us a estimate. Out of these eight companies, we only received four written and/or emailed bids. What a waste of time on their part and ours. Very unprofessional.
Now let me tell you about the best part! Thank Goodness, for those companies that failed to follow up with a bid, prompting me to call a few more, which now included Top Weather Roofing, LLC. They were the eight and last company scheduled for the inspection and bid.
Wilson Hiner (very personable right from the start) was the person that came out to perform the inspection and to give us an estimate. Wilson was also the only person out of all eight inspections, who physically went up inside the attic crawl space to walk around and do a thorough check. The other individuals performed their inspection of the attic view while remaining on the ladder. Wilson continued his inspection on the outside, as he walked on the roof. Wilson was a delight to work with and his knowledge and expertise on roofing that he shared with us was very impressive and informative. We were shown product samples, and told what to expect, from start to finish. When we spoke of our concerns about the new gutters on a particular but small area, that we never liked and wanted changed, Wilson came up with an easy and functional idea to change this. The end result and how this area of gutter now functions and looks, is more than we imagined it could be.
The roofers were hard working, with great work ethics, and cleaned up after all was done. They left as it was getting darker outside, but I didn't hear them leave and therefore I missed telling them 'Thank You' for the wonderful job they did on the installation of our new roof! The two men that installed our new gutters also left before I could tell them both 'Thank You' for the wonderful job they did and how attractive it all looks now!
Last, but not least, was the price comparison of our new roof and gutters. We knew we were going to be paying considerably more because most all of the plywood needed to be replaced, and lumber prices were continuing to rise through the summer, and we were replacing two skylights.
Of the four bids we did get, one rep was arrogant and pushy, and delusional in the price. Two bids were comparable to Top Weather Roofing but I didn't feel completely satisfied, something was missing.
This brings me to the last bid, our choice, the best choice, from Wilson Hiner, all around great sales representative for Top Weather Roofing, LLC. We were sold on the presentation that Wilson gave us and it just felt like the right choice. We have a beautiful new roof, new skylights, new gutters, and downspouts, at a great price!!

You will be very impressed the the quality and amazing customer service provided by this team. My project had some mild complexities (dormers & sidewalls) and the Top Weather team made sure all the critical specifications were built in to make my 50 year roof last. They ensure my shingles were hand nailed as per the specs on the shingle warrantee, they replaced rotted siding and facia board, they even made sure areas where the shingles met the sidewalls were properly cut and counter flashing installed to ensure my siding on my sidewalls wouldn't rot due to water runoff. Before you go with any other contractor - give them a call - you will be super impressed with the value. They left the job site super clean every day - used magnets and blowers - you couldn't tell they had been there (except for the great looking new roof). The team is THAT GOOD.

They were also very clean, picked up after themselves as they went. This place is the real deal. Communications were great from first inspection to project completion. All employees were courteous and helpful and my yard? Well, my yard was spotless even after they removed the old roof. I think is was cleaner than when they started. No complaints here but only the highest of recommendations.

Nice folks but they delayed the job so long I cancelled the job - because they didn't want to get the proper permit . If they just told me they didn't want to do it I would have been fine but they kept giving excuses and wasted all summer. Thankfully, another roofer is available before the rain starts - I hope.

The staff of Top Weather were pleasant and professional. The work was done on time and on the day scheduled. The crews did a great job tearing off, repairing damaged sheeting, and replacing the roof all in one day. Clean up after the job got well over 99% of the nails, shingle pieces, and other debris. They did what they said they would do at the price they said it would cost, no surprise adders. When they saw they missed a detail in the original bid, they admitted it and did the extra work at no charge. It's not often you have an honorable contractor like this.
I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have a well run professional outfit do their work at a reasonable price.

We got 3 quotes for our roofing job, Top Weather was the most affordable by far.

Poor ventilation had caused damage to much of the plywood, they were up front about the potential for added cost, pending removal of the old shingles to see what was really going on. They removed and replaced lots of plywood that needed it, saving what they could. They installed new vents from the bathroom exhausts and kitchen fan that were missing or poorly run. They replaced the old facia and cut back the last couple of inches of the corresponding boards that were rotten.

They came the day and time they said they would, brought a huge crew and really knocked it out. If not for all of the added work they would have been done the first day, but they came back first thing day 2 and wrapped it all up.

The cost was exactly what they quoted, and they made sure we were pleased before collecting the balance.

We're so happy with end result, thank you guys so much.

Top Weather did a complete tear off and reroof of my 2300 square foot home near Boston Harbor, Olympia. They came out to measure and bid the same day I called, completed the work mid-winter between rain storms, and even dealt with a gutter helmet system with no issues. Very, very happy with their work and pricing. They also provided a 10 year transferable workmanship warranty, which is almost unheard of.

Great customer service (thanks Dominic). These guys knew the trabe and being a blue collar worker myself that means something. If I need another roof i will definitely be call these professionals. The neighbors are still talking about how the crew worked so well together.

5 Stars for Top Weather- and I'm picky as all hell. It takes me a long time to match my money with a contractor I believe I can trust. We asked for half a dozen quotes. Top Weather was the most competitive. All communication was reflected in writing. There were no surprises. We also asked roofing material wholesalers who they would recommend. Top Weather was consistently at the top of their lists. The guys at Top Weather worked their tails off while the weather was reasonable and tarped over their work when we had a forecast for snow. Obviously the employees enjoy working on the crew, they worked efficiently, joked and sang every day. Hector sweats over the details and he gave us options to make sure our roof was just right. Cleanup was complete and thorough. These guys are welcome in my house any time. I'll be trusting them with siding and windows soon as well. Value, trust and hard work- these are the defining characteristics of Top Weather Roofing.

These people responded immediately, made an emergency fix until they could schedule. They were the best bid, by far and worked with me on special issues my house has.

We had several bids to replace our roof. We had 2 large companies come out and they did huge presentations on there product and told us how great the warranty was on the shingles. In actuality the cost of the shingles is a small amount of the cost then you have to battle with the manufacturer to accept responsibility.
When I got Top Weather’s estimate I was amazed it was half of what Premier and Dabella were quoting. Looking closer at the estimates Top weather was billing me for 3 less bundles than the others. Not to mention Top Weather will use which ever shingle you want while the others will only use one brand.
We obviously went with Top Weather and don’t regret it. They did our roof in one day including clean-up. They were professional and very responsive. It has been almost a month since we had our roof done and have had no issues.

I am so glad we chose Top Weather Roofing to replace the roofs on our home, a detached garage and a workshop. The work is top quality. They did an excellent job from tearing off all the old material, putting all new plywood which was necessary, all new metal where it was needed, and the new roof shingles and a perfect clean up afterwards. Hector and his crew knocked it out of the park! We were under a very tight time crunch for a roof replacement and when I called him, he made it out the same day to our house in Olympia and within an hour had three different options quoted for us! As a facility manager, remodeling contractor and landlord, I’ve dealt with 100’s of contractors. I was skeptical when I was told the entire process would take one day (a full tearoff, removal and replacement of some plywood sheathing, vent and flashing installation, roofing installation, cleanup and hauling away all debris). It’s few and far between that a company follows through with all of their promises. They did and their pricing was very reasonable.

Hector and his team did phenomenal work. They were very collaborative and congenial during the scoping of the project, and transparent and flexible during the estimate development. They were very precise in their work; no short cuts, cleaned up every day behind themselves, and were responsive to our questions and requests during the installation. This project was a standing-seam metal roof and was a sizable investment. We feel we got a very good value and an excellent end product. The team was polite, considerate and conscientious of our home during the project. We are incredibly pleased and satisfied. After realizing that our roof was in need of some work, we contacted Top Weather Roofing to provide an estimate for the reroofing of the house and any other work that would be needed. Hector was on-site within a couple of days to provide us with an estimate for the required work. The bid that was provided was very competitive and they were asked when the work could be started.
A crew of six showed up at 7:30 AM and the work was completed at 8 PM. All of the employees know the job that needed to be done and were very diligent in their efforts to complete the work. The work done was professionally completed and the area around the house was very clean upon completion.

This is by far one of the best companies I have ever hired and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. The company, Wilson, and Hector are amazing. No pressure but provided a lot of information and recommendations for me to get exactly what I wanted and help me make decisions. They were quick to respond to any questions. They are extremely affordable and professional. The crew showed up right on time as promised and worked extremely hard. We had a large roof and they had the old roof removed within 4 hours and started putting the new roof on amazingly fast. They finished the roof on the second day and each day you couldn't even tell they were there as they had everything cleaned up each night. I strongly recommend them for any roofing project and wouldn't hire anybody else.
