From quoting to cleanup my experience with Safecover was professional. The crew showed up on time, let me know about issues with skylights immediately (complete with photos of rot) and had new ones ready to replace so the job could continue. Arvid’s could stay open and left an area accessible for customers to enter the building. They cleaned up, were respectful and friendly, even had a porta potty delivered to the site. 5/5 for sure.

Quick estimate with quick communication. They were able to fix our roof less than a week after the estimate. They were cheap but did a great quality job. They worked and communicated the cost very well. Highly recommend! Will be calling them again when needed.

Super impressed with the entire Safecover experience. The bid was detailed, and they did exactly what was on it. The crew was like a special forces unit. They energetically geared up in the driveway (safety harnesses, tool belts, etc.), set up all the tarps and house protection and just got after it - the tear-off was done before lunch! They replaced water damaged sheeting and fascia boards where needed (and reasonably charged just for materials). No wasted movement or standing around - like a well-oiled machine, respectful, professional crew. The new roofing, skylights, vents and shingle over ridge cap system all look perfect. Day 2 they were done and cleaned up like no one had been there. No surprises on the invoice. So glad I called Safecover!

The crew worked together as a well trained and organized team, never a wasted or idle moment. As hard of work as roofing is you could tell they like what they are doing and Safecover treats them right. The cleanup was spotless and they even washed our gutters and downspouts. Who does that? Darrell came by and gave me a bid on my house he's very knowledgable and I soon got that warm and fuzzy feeling about their process. I had 2 other bids but neither felt right so I asked Darrell to set up the job. Within a few days he called and said they could come tomorrow, they showed up at 8am sharp and by 9am they were already peeling the roof off, by 10 am they were already working on the re-roofing process. There were 12 guys at my house and they were also doing my neighbors garage roof, 7 guys over there. Both jobs were a very well oiled machine and as soon as the neighbors was done, that crew came to my house and were cleaning up my job. They were done with my house (2000 sq ft) and cleaned up and gone by 4pm. As a quality control engineer for a mega yacht builder for 30 years as well as a test engineer for US Navy SEAL/SWCC combatant craft I can't recommend Safecover roofing highly enough, very good communication, on time, on budget. My fear of roof replacement was multiple days of rain on my unfinished roof this professional team was efficient effective professional 1 day to replace not only roof but all the plywood also. My roof isn't small ither.

I recently had a leak in my roof. Safecover came very quickly to check it out when I called. They suggested some options and answered all of my questions. They actually made a quick fix free of charge! I appreciated the speedy response and communication and would definitely recommend them in the future.

Very good experience working through Daryl. Received other bids from local companies - almost twice the cost Safecover had bid.
Communication was great, products are quality. A few bumps along the way, but on a large $20k project there are bound to be. Anything brought to Daryl's attention was taken care of.

This will be the only roofing company we use for any other properties in the future.

One of the best contractor experiences that I have ever had. Very knowledgeable with alot of valuable information about the roofing material and what my roof needed prior to installing the new one. They provided a meticulous clean-up.
All in all, made the whole process less stressful than what I envisioned!

Had my new roof installed two days ago and am totally satisfied with not only the promptness (arrived at 7:30) and detailed work done (with a crew of 8) but the bid was the best out of six different companies. We just had them come out and do our roof! Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The materials were delivered fast and scheduling the roof was easy after that. The roof looks amazing! Perfect job and they even took down the old satellite dishes that were left from previous owners.

They also provided some financing options with local banks and took care of our application electronically. Our roof was put on in one day, and it looks great. Awesome 2/2/2024 and 2/3/2024 Two dry short working days Friday and Saturday removed two layers of three tab, replaced plywood on upper story- plus 5 more, all vents, two new bathroom vents .The crew moved so fast you could hardly see them ;<) Clean up spotless...... Would highly recommend this company.. On time showed up the first two days the weather permitted only had to wait two weeks after bid. Can't say enough !!

Safecover replaced the roof on my house. The office staff was friendly and responded quickly to any questions I had. The owner came and did the quote for the roof and was very knowledgeable. The crew who installed my roof was respectful and they did a great job cleaning up.

There is a reason why Safecover Roofing, LLC received Roofer of the Year in 2022. Tyler Collins and his crew are top-notch and his pricing is very competitive. They demoed and re-roofed our house in a day and with impeccable clean-up. (This included the replacement of three skylights.) The original estimated completion time was 3:00PM, but a rotted soffit and the need to replace 12 plywood sheets added to the time. But they still managed to finish around 5:00PM and before the rainy weather predicted for the next several weeks.

One way to tell how good a contractor you have is how he deals with mistakes. A crew member ended up cutting through our internet/phone cable since it was hidden behind the rotted soffit. The next thing my husband knew they had arranged a teleconference call for him to give permission for a repairman to be sent out the next day, at the expense of Safecover Roofing, LLC. The repairman was there the following morning.

Two days after the roofing was completed, the new gutters with their covers were installed at a reasonable rate by a capable team of two in less than three hours.

We had Safecover replace our old roof and gutters. Their work was excellent. They arrived early, worked steady with a good size crew and got the 1200 sp ft roof finished with all debris removed by 4pm. Easy to work with, good product at a good price. Use this roofing contractor.

We had a leak on a 14 yr roof. A reroof was recommended due to the condition of our 40yr shingles. This task performed in the dead of winter was amazingly well done and detected other problems that were corrected. Great crew, great products and especially great customer service. Tyler demonstrated a professional knowledge of roofing that previous estimators had missed and he offered a bid I could afford with no BS hard pressure sales pitch. I had an ancient Reagan-era wood shingle roof on my house and garage and Tyler's crew replaced it all in a day and a half with a beautiful composition installation. They were all dedicated hard workers. This outfit delivered a quality product in a short time and within a very reasonable price compared to others. I live in McCleary, which is sort of far afield from Chehalis, but I highly recommend Safecover to all my neighbors as a reliable and affordable roofer.

Fast , efficient and great quality! I'm selling my home and told tyler I had to have this done to close the house, he bumped me to the top and came out after a week, did the job in a 6 hours and installed attic vents , 2 new sheets of plywood , all new drip edge and 1100 SQ ft roof.Awsome service and very professional !

They came out immediately to check on a leak. Discovered the roof was worn out and needed replacement. They were able to come out the following day, remove old roof, repair bad sheathing and installed the new roofing in one day. Reasonable price and professional results. I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

When Brady told us they could remove our large, shake roof and get the new roof on in one day, we were somewhat doubtful. Sure enough, the crew showed up at 8am. They worked quickly and professionally and removed the shakes. By 5pm, the new roof was on and you would never guess they had been there. The cleanup was thorough and the roof looks great.
