Customer feedback for the Home Depot in Omak is mixed, highlighting both commendable and concerning aspects. Many reviews praise the knowledgeable and friendly staff, noting excellent customer service and assistance throughout the store. However, several reviews express frustration with poor communication and inadequate service, particularly during order pickups and inventory checks. Issues such as unavailable products and unhelpful employees have led to dissatisfaction among some customers. While delivery and order fulfillment experiences have received positive mentions, inconsistencies in service quality remain a significant concern.
- The guys in plumbing are professional and very knowledgeable.
- There is always some employee willing to stop what they are doing and tell me where to find what I’m looking for.
- Communication was good, delivery personnel very professional.
- I love that they have riding carts as I have bad knees.
- The checkout was fast.
- I was told the saw is out of order... Well now what am I supposed to do?
- Without even looking the lady told me they didn’t have any because it’s off season.
- Over half the wood was broken and unusable.
- Employees don't even acknowledge you, the online ordering system is a joke.
- The dismissiveness and rude lack of interest to help was extremely off-putting.

The guys in plumbing are professional and very knowledgeable. They helped me find everything I needed and even took the time to show me where to find DIY help online. Awesome customer service!

I placed an order yesterday for a pickup today scheduled for 10AM through the pro counter. The guy at the pro counter was not only knowledgeable but extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I could give a 5 star rating right there. I paid the full amount and left with my receipt.
I showed up at the order pick up counter for the release paperwork (opposite side of the store) and stood in line while three people behind the counter helped one person. Two walked off and looked directly at me (making eye contact) without saying a word.
Finally my turn came and my order wasn’t ready and was told to come back later. I asked how I will know when to come back. The person behind the counter started talking about how they “maybe start to work on your order now”.
I replied that it didn’t answer my question and then had to repeat my question.
“You’ll have to come back and check”.
Seriously Home Depot? This is NOT how doers get things done. Every time I have to visit the order pick up counter, it’s a horrible experience. Last time they sent me to the pro counter which was closed and I stood around waiting for nobody. Someone asked me what I needed and they called the manager who started things going but seemed to have an attitude (probably from dealing with the order pick up counter).
I would leave a zero star for the pick up desk alone.

One of the things I like about Home Depot in Omak is the customer service. Sure they have what I’m looking for and so much more, but there is always some employee willing to stop what they are doing and tell me where to find what I’m looking for. It doesn’t matter which part of the store I’m in—gardening, lumber, or tools—the staff is friendly. Checking out I never fail to be greeted warmly by staff who help with any of the self check-out counters. Great place to shop

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
