My husband and I hired Mallard Brothers Construction to do a home remodel project. It entailed completely remodeling one bathroom, partially remodeling another bathroom and laundry room , replacing our siding on one side of our house and subcontracting and supervising other projects.
I found them to be conscientious, respectful, reliable and skilled at their jobs. Tyler, Keenan and Sammy were the primary workers on our project and they were unfailingly pleasant and approachable, important assets to have when you are in a homeowner's space for an extended period of time.
They listened to our concerns and answered our questions , and followed through on our recommendations and/or suggestions. Although we didn't meet Kevin, the project manager, in the flesh, we conferred with him regularly and through Zoom meetings and he was responsive and congenial.
