I like that this location is well stocked. However, I wish that some staff were friendlier and more helpful. My mom and I recently purchased an air cooler here and a couple of staff members kept glancing at us struggling to lift it onto a cart. Nobody offered to help us load it onto a flat cart in the store and nobody offered to help us load the air cooler into our car. A gentleman we did not know unexpectedly offered his assistance and we were thoroughly grateful for it. If he had not been there in the parking lot at the time that he was, we probably would have struggled to get it loaded into our car. Thank you, kind sir. But Home Depot should look into improving some staff members' customer service.

Ordered a grill last minute for the weekend. It was assembled and ready for pick up pretty quickly. Thanks to Adriana for making that happen. So friendly and helpful. No scuffs or scratches. Grill turned out great.

Great Home Depot, they always have what im looking for or a alternative solution. Its kind of hard to find a staff member if you need help though.

More affordable than Ace: never have a difficult time getting help or assistance form an employee or just other random friendly shoppers. Tho only thing I can recommend is having more rude employees and less great selection so I don’t spend all my money here.

My mom and I went to look at rock for landscaping, we ended up finding some we like. We started to put the bags of rock on the flat bed cart and as we were doing it 3 employees were in the garden section just talking among them selves only a few feet away. All 3 of them noticed us and did nothing. As we were almost done (loading 12 bags of rock) one did ask if we needed help but still no one came over. I am not going to ask for help. I feel like they needed to come over and say "let me help you with that." After the rock was all loaded I pushed it into the store. Went past several employees and still no offer to help. A friendly customer stopped and helped push the cart to checkout, thinking maybe an employee would help us out. Still no one offered. Your employees need to be trained on customer service better. I feel like that was rude and unexceptable.

ACE HARDWARE IS A HALF MILE AWAY. Go there instead. I have never seen such awful customer service as I’ve seen at Home Depot in Farmington! All I needed was to buy some PVC pipe and get a single cut. I wasn’t sure if they do cuts, so I asked a nearby associate. She didn’t know. She said she’d page someone in plumbing. A full fifteen minutes later, I finally heard the page for plumbing go out. A half hour later, nobody came. I flagged down another associate and they said that Plumbing went to lunch a half hour ago. Which means he heard the page and left.

I abandoned my cart, not that the employees care. I called Ace Hardware and they sell everything I need, plus they do a cut at no charge. If Home Depot cares so little about customer service, they’ll have the same attitude to your safety.

Its pretty easy to see and feel how low the performance is at this location when you’re able to compare it to the Durango location. I think the first thing I would like to note is I was once told “ I don’t know” by the store manager. This was in regard to a delivery service they provided. In what world does a six figure Erner get to say I don’t know”.Secondly I have had several orders for pick up that informed me that my order is ready but when I arrive it rarely is so I’m commonly standing around for 20+ minutes in some cases. These orders are made the previous day so I don’t know if they’re understaffed but it seems they were unable to be picked or they were overlooked. I wouldn’t have such a issue if I wasn’t doing the exact same thing at the Durango location and getting a much higher quality of service.

DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE!! We placed an order for carpet and padding to be delivered to our father’s home. He had a water leak and u fortunately has dementia and gets very confused when having to stay somewhere else so time is of the essence to get his repairs completed. That being said we waited on our delivery day (told delivery would be between 6am and 8pm), only to be called around 230pm that our delivery would not be made that day. “We had 10 orders to deliver and only enough time to deliver 9 and you were last on the list”. Ok so you ran out of time with 5.5 hours still left in your delivery window? You would think in this case then we would be at the top of the list for the next say. NOPE! This lady rudely told us that we could get our delivery in a week and if we didn’t like that it would be the end of next month! All the while her time became more and more condescending and when my wife called her out on it we were told “I just had oral surgery and that is the way I talk”?!?!? This gives you the right to be rude and condescending to customers? Anyway with our order not being delivered till who know when and my father becoming more co fused all the time we ended up canceling the order all together and going with Lowe’s. Great customer service there and they actually do what they say.

Wanted to purchase a new door and security screen. I chose Home Depot. Selected the door and security screen. Paid the fee to have someone come measure and provide the items I would need to buy. The measurer I was told would contact me within 72 hours. Didn't happen. I had to call the store to get them to reach out to him as it was over a week and no call. The person finally called me came out to measure however I never received any information, no measurements or list of items to purchase. After another call to Home Depot asking about where we were they told me they would get with this person. I waited days with no call. Another call to Home Depot. They said they heard back from the measurer, and he didn't want to do the job. What? Why am I paying a fee for getting nothing? I asked for the measurements at leave for having paid for something I never got. They agreed, and told me someone would call me, after several days I never heard back from anyone I had to call once again. They said there were no measurements they could send me. What? What was I paying for? All this hassle. Not good. I asked for a total refund as I deserved a refund for not getting anything for my money. They said yes, we will refund you today. That was over a week ago and today I received my statement from Home Depot with the charge on it and stating payment due. What? OMG this is terrible. I called Home Depot back about this and they said I needed to tell them who I spoke with when. What? This is getting old. Had to explain everything all over again. Wait for someone to call me back. They call back and say I will have to come into the store and pay a penny. Ridiculous. Thanks for frustration because that is all you have given me. Such a shame. I have been a customer for many years. Goodbye. I have options and can go somewhere else.

Worked on a remodeling project here. The staff was very polite and helpful not just to us but their customers. Also they have deals for things that you wouldn't expect like chargers, flashlights, and headphones.

Excellent information from Mike and Six on doors/cabinets. It took a bit of time to find someone to help us but once we did these guys were excellent in advising us on how to get what we needed and the best deals. Thank you!

I want to thank Judy and Mario in the paint department. I had 10 5 gallons of paint today and they colored and mixed all of it with no complaints. They helped me with my color options based on the paint base. So helpful!!

Do not shop at this location. Very rude and piss poor customer service. Shop at Durango location or Lowes down the road they will do anything to help their customers, these employees do not care. They act like they are above all when dealing with customers who come in and ask questions then proceed to comment as if we shouldve known certain information and we are completely stupid for not knowing. Could've sworn policy is to ask any home depot employee for help if you are unsure of something. GO TO LOWES OR DURANGO IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED BETTER.

Thank you Brittney for helping me at customer service. I love home depot. Great workers nice clean stocked store friendly. One big problem was I went to do a return and because i didnt know my husbands exempt number these two native chicks took my items and told me to come back when I get it first of all that was rude we spent 600 + and they took 300 of our money why would I come back u made me feel like a felon.

2024 Y'All need to look at your shipping process. When I ordered this on the 4th it said I would get this on Thursday... Thursday comes and saod friday. Now the 12th!!!
2022-Can't say much about the store itself but what I can say is Amanda at the front customer service desk is a 5 star employee at a 1 star store. She deserves more applause and praise!! She is so helpful and very calf during these frustrating times.
-For your store, you need to talk to tech support and get you online in stock numbers accurate! But if you need customer service! Amanda is the example to hire. The person working right next to her has a WAY DIFFERENT APPROACH! if it were a choice Id let others go ahead of me until amanda could take care of my returns, issues and questions!!! No one there is better than her!!
