I used Rose Bros because they were affordable. Let’s just say, there was a lot of going back and forth with the roofer and Rose Bros. The technician has been to my house about three times to “fix” the issue but I kept experiencing leaks. The last visit was supposed to be a fixed, but of course it wasn’t. I had to call another company to fix the gaps and told me it was not a roofing issue, that it was the duct that they installed.

Both of the men who were scheduled for an estimate yesterday were thorough and respectfully listened to my particular needs. They arrived on time and I did not get the feeling they were rushing to conclusions. A good experience!

Rose Bros do great work. They handle my customers server rooms Ac’s, and my personal property. I will always call them for assistance. They schedule and show up on time. I had an emergency on a server room AC and they squeezed me in so it can get taken care of. Thanks for the great work.

This is hands down the best AC repairers and replacers in town. My unit went out and was old enough to require being replaced instead of trying to Frankenstein the repairs. Other companies wanted a week or two just to even come out and check the unit, Rose Bros they were out in two days max after calling late in the afternoon.

When it was time for estimates the others in town wanted to do a starting cost and a caveat of additional costs that werent elaborated on until after service. Rose Bros sent me an itemized bill with all estimates including parts, man hours, crane rental and disposal of the old unit. The estimate they sent me was the final cost when they finished installing the new unit. They even showed me the features of the new thermostat and how it worked including the programing.

Highly recommend, they'll treat you right and not give you any surprises in the bill.

I was in quite a jam. My air conditioner went out a few days before closing on our home that we were selling, and it was 100 degrees to boot. The first call I made was to a small local company that had worked on my heater previously. After being postponed twice, I called Rose Brothers in a panic and Ashley was incredible. She somehow worked the schedule to fit us in the next day and RJ came, diagnosed the problem and replaced the compressor the next day. He was friendly, professional and very efficient. The world could use more Ashley's and RJs. Thank you Rose Brothers.

So happy I found Rose Bros. The office was really helpful and sent text reminders of my appointment. Arlo was super professional and well versed in all things cooling and heating and walked me through everything as he serviced my MasterCool and got me ready for summer.

The team over at Rose Bros installed a full central air conditioning system for my home. They got it done in 3 days and were very respectful to our home and our pets. Their price was substantially lower than the competition as well. I’m very happy with my decision to go with Rose Bros and they have my full recommendation!

Rose Bros was timely and had excellent service. I had them install a new cooling system on my rental and prepare a couple of units for the summer months. They took videos and pictures of their work and rushed back out when there was a small issue with one of my coolers. I will absolutely use them again. The staff was also so incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns.

Your time will be wasted by this company.

I requested quotes on three separate systems in my home. One of which was a 40 gal water heater replacement. They quoted me a 50 gal. When I stated that I wanted a quote for a 40 gal, one of the partners told me that's what my home needed. That person was not one of the people that had come to my home and no, I don't need a 50 gal water heater as my home has two water heaters. I never got a quote for the other two systems and it's been over a month. They wasted my time on one of the few days I had off.

They treated me like I did not matter. I do not recommend them.

Arlo was professional, personal, easy to talk to and gave tips on maintenance. I talked to Arlo about possibly upgrading my air conditioning system, he gave me some good information on prepping my home and making sure I call Rose to do an estimate and check my power to insure I have adequate power before making purchase. I loved that my invoice had video showing what the tech seen and did to fix my problem, I have done business with other local HVAC businesses….. But Rose is top notch and other HVAC businesses don’t compare!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will be doing business with them again soon. Got my business for sure!

Arlo was great! It’s cold outside and the heater wasn't working right. Other companies wanted my parents to wait until next week due to the upcoming holiday. Arlo showed up the same day and had everything done by the next. He made sure my mom understood everything. Even took the time to use his phone to help translate.They gave my parents a great price because of the upcoming holidays. Fast and friendly service at a great price. Very thankful for them. Now my parents will have a nice warm house for the Holidays. Thank you!

The entire team was stellar! Professional, friendly, patient, clean, and thorough. Also, from my initial contact with Rose, they have been attentive and stayed in contact with me every day.
Arlo and RJ were the only names I caught but there were about 5 people working on our new system however they all introduced themselves and got to work. Arlo and RJ took time to explain what they were doing and what changes they were making. They know their business. So grateful they are prompt, knowledgeable and accurate. I feel like Rose Bros has my back if I need anything in the future.

Service men were very personable and professional in all that they did. They provided a full flush of my system as well as performing each service that I had requested of them.... ALL at a very reasonable rate !!

Rescheduled first appointment then 2 hours late. I had to put off 4 errands that needed to be run that day before going out of town.

Calvert was great when he came to assess our needs and show us our options and the installation team was great as well! They got it done in 3 days, cleaned up after themselves, were respectful and communicated with us well. It was a great experience overall!

I called as a new customer made an appointment and was told they would be out and never showed up. I called asking what happened an was told he was on another call. Made another appointment for same day and they didn't show up again. I called and was told I never confirmed my appointment. How was I supposed to confirm an appointment when I never received any notification.

Easy to deal with and completed the yearly check up quickly but were still very comprehensive in what they did.

RG cleaned and replaced a broken part in my air conditioner and it works great. I have only one problem , for what was charged I felt the original cause of its problem, the leak that caused it to loose 3 lb of Freon , was not found and I will have to pay another fee to have someone comeback out to find it after it goes down again . I know air conditioner repair is expensive but it is hard on us seniors on Medicare . RG did do a good job and we now have cooling thank you!

We hired Rose Brothers to install a new split system for my 87 yr old mother in a small 2-bedroom house. The install seemed to go OK, the unit was placed in her attic space where her old furnace was located and they connected their new unit to the older exhaust pipe/flue. The cooling side worked great, but once cold temps hit, the furnace unit began to cycle on and off and would not reach the thermostat set point. Since it was still under their “parts and labor” 1-yr warranty, I contacted them to come look at and fix the issue.
They made a visit on 1/24/23 and could not figure out why the attic space was so hot (117 deg in the winter) where the new furnace is located. The new unit was shutting down due to the high temp limit switch, then cycling back on and off. They removed the return air duct filter, left it out, then opened the small access door to her attic and told her to leave it open and leave the filter out. The technician said they had to order a factory limit switch and they would come back and replace it. We never heard anything back and the unit continued to operate without a filter and with the attic door open (as instructed by the technician). From Jan 24 to Feb 06, 2023, neither myself nor my mother was contacted by Rose Brothers with any updates. I kept trying to contact Chris at Rose Brothers from Jan 25th to Feb 8th, but was told he was sick and would call me back. Finally, on Feb 8th, I was able to talk to Chris who informed me it was not the limit switch and that my mother’s house had an “air flow” issue and they would have to charge more money (beyond the $10K that we already paid them) to install roof vents, or a second return air duct, or larger duct work, or possibly all 3. Chris made it clear we would be paying for anything they needed to do, and I argued with him but finally agreed to have him send me his “cost proposal” to fix the issue.
On February 14th, I called Rose Brothers again to find out when we would receive the “cost proposal” to fix the issue. Ashley said they were in an employee meeting and Chris would call me back. It is now Feb. 21, 2023 and I still have not received either a proposal or a call back from Chris. My mother’s furnace continues to be operated without a filter and with the attic access door wide open. I would not recommend this company for any HVAC work, they will not stand behind their new install work or warranty at all and have left my mother’s house and their new installed unit in a compromised, and possibly dangerous, condition.

Great people, friendly and very professional. The only negative thing is I was given a time /appointment for when they were going to arrive, then they never showed. Would not have been too upset but this happened twice and both times had to cancel appointments.

Arlo was professional and very friendly! He did a great job winterizing the cooler and ensuring our furnace was clean and working properly for the winter. He used his time efficiently and made sure to double check that instructions were accurate before completing the servuce call. Replaced an old r22 system and installed new mini-split. Pricing was excellent, service was exceptional, and responsiveness is second to none. Would definitely hire them again.

I bought a house and discovered the swamp cooler was broken and very old. Arlo was very friendly and professional and also willing to go over different options for my issues and the best way to resolve them. The office staff is very friendly over the phone. I was also schedule same day or the next day so I appreciate the fast service!

The guys who were out here were great! Very kind and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. My only complaint is that I would have liked more information about what was my responsibility prior to agreeing to everything. They should also find a secondary referral for the roofer and electrician. That way if the first is too busy, I don't have to hunt for someone on my own. I still don't have a timeline from the electrician, but everything is installed and waiting on him.

My furnace wasn’t working right and it was cold. All the other HVAC companies wanted me to be available when they called. I had patients scheduled that day and couldn’t. A friend recommended Rose Brothers and I’m glad I listened. From the phone call to the text/ email communication and follow-up it was seamless.
Cyle met me at the house as promised, on time and within minutes had diagnosed the problem. Once he fixed it he stayed around to makes sure everything else was okay with the unit. Our house it warm again and I have a HVAC (and anything related) service team for life. Thank Rose Brothers

When we moved here I wanted to get the ac units checked out and maintenance also one of the ac units started making a weird noise. I called a few places and they had the best pricing and good reviews so I had them come out. They were able to come out that same day, they did the maintenance and fixed it but few weeks later again it started with the noise so I called again and once again they came out pretty quick. They figured out what was causing it and how I could prevent that. They were all very nice, the ones who came out and the lady in the office. For any maintenance I need done or if I run into some problems again I will call them. Would recommend.
