SERVPRO of Kirksville

They "lost" or "never had" the two most important things I left with them, and I can't forget it. Literally the two items I said to be careful with, I never got back. It might be the fault of a rogue employee that'sno longer working there (this happened a couple years ago now), but I still can't wrap my head around it. They also said my stuff was clean but when I went to pick it up it hadn't been touched and had to be "redone" (aka done the first time). Most of the employees were very nice, hence the extra star, but ultimately they did let me down in my time of need.

I had a great experience with the owners and employees of Servpro in Kirksville Missouri. All of them are very professional and still provide personal and caring service. They listen to their customer’s needs first, then respond with solid and informative answers.

I needed their service for my air quality within my home. The gentlemen who came and conducted the duct cleaning, took time to hear my concerns and looked the house over carefully to understand all the duct work and return locations. When I got home later that evening, I inspected their work and it was spot on. Great work!

I highly recommend Servpro and have always heard great things about Servpro in other areas as well.

The tecks came cleaned my carpets did a great job have had it cleaned by others but this was much better will use them again

This is the second time that I have used Servpro. The first was not very good but this crew were very pleasing to work with and they cleaned up everything. I did lose a few things but that wasn’t their fault. They found things that the other crew had missed. If I ever need Servpro again I’ll make sure I call Kirksville office.

4/17 to ask for a quote to refresh a room at my home. It had become a "catch all" for 16 years! It was a real mess, it had been closed and smelled musty.
Tony brought Sierra to size up the job on 4/18. They assured me they would refresh and restore the room bach to it's
proper purpose. I had a quote that afternoon. I was satisfied that it was reasonable. They gave me a date for
4/22 and they came with a crew that were very professional and friendly.
They started with the ceiling tiles and removed the floor covering. They cleaned from top to bottom and moved out the junk and took care of every detail that we cared about.
They even called in an extra favor to replace the ceiling tiles, professionally!
Sierra, Josh, Roy and Stephanie finished the job in one day! A very outstanding accomplishment, they are a great team!
My room is ready for use and it looks so fresh and clean! It smells clean and fresh, too!
Now I can open the doors and see the great and grand living room it was created to be in 1845. My grandparents, raised their 12 children here. My aunt entertained all the families on holidays here.
My father bought the home when my aunt died and he closed the doors. It was more than he could handle. Too many old memories, he didn't want to forget the way things were.
My dad passed 3 years ago.
I bought the home to bring back the good memories and new ones to create.

Like so many in Kirksville, we had some basement water damage in our home.
I really appreciated that ServPro kept in touch as we worked our way to the top of their work list. The technicians worked efficiently and left a clean work space when finished. Each person we encountered was pleasant and helpful.

Before u say I am not a client like you do for every negative review because you do not recognize my name, I do live in a home that belongs to a client of yours, so I DO have first hand experience with your work. Clean up after a fire. Painted after cleanup and was horrible paint job, runs, painted over nails in wall that were left from pictures hanging, still can see soot mixed in with paint in some rooms so clean up was not done properly. Actual invoice was twice as much as estimate. Removed appliances under pretense they were taking to shop to clean properly and then phoned to say they were not repairable and when I asked they be returned they said if I picked them up they would contact insurance and report I made false claims on appliances yet they said they stated they were in disrepair? Work over all was shoddy and for the amount paid would expect Work above average and this was less than sub par. I do not recommend. Overpriced, way under average Workmanship, and I felt it was a scam on appliances.

They cleaned out my dryer vent hose. Everyone was pleasant and professional. They kept me in the loop regarding the work and solved the problem in the end. Plus, the estimate was exactly the same as the final invoice.

Mario and Nick did a terrific job on my carpets. The carpets look, feel, and smell refreshed. They worked extra diligently on the pet stains. I have been using SERVOPRO-Kirksville for several years and will continue to do so. I highly recommended them.

When our septic tank backed up into our finished basement it was a heart breaking event for us.
Servpro of Kirksville is Very, very professional. Hard workers. It really was like it never happened. I can't thank these folks enough. They cleaned and dried everything out, used all these sprays to kill any mold or odor. They brought in fans and dehumidifiers to dry everything out. When the barn wood trim was stained they cleaned and restored it.
I can't say enough good things about these people. I hope we never need them for another disaster like this, but I'll certainly call them if I do. Thank you again.

Our second property sustained water damage from a broken pipe and we were unable to get down there to assess. Servpro was on the spot and had the problem resolved in short order. They also accommodated us by purchasing a dehumidifier at the local Home Depot to help with moisture in the basement.

Absolutely amazing, they did wonderful work it’s like our basement never flooded.
