My place is very comfortable and pretty. The only inconvenience is that the apartment smells weird, because of the humidity. Overall it is a good apartment with everything I need. The landlord is always available and nice, which is the best quality of the properties.

Vicki has an amazing array of vendors and labors who worked with us and Vicki throughout the whole process to help us remodel and update our house. Benson Properties take excellent care of their tenants and their properties. They go above and beyond carrying for their tenants. I highly recommend.

She's all about her money. Not terrible service, but seemed like fake service of being overly polite and just wanting you to sign her papers. Whenever we needed the door and the dryer fixed it took them forever to get people over to our house to fix them. I did not enjoy the experience.

I stayed in one of their rental properties for two years while attending ATSU. The management was always very prompt whenever there was an issue with the property. For example, the wind blew off the front screen door once, and they got someone to fix it pretty quickly. Another time, it sounded like the toilet never stopped running, they sent someone to fix that that quickly too. They were always easy to work with.

Benson Properties has been awesome to rent from. They are very helpful and always quick to do maintenance. I would 100% recommend renting from them .
