Customer service could have been better in the garden area. The employee was more worried about her phone and was obviously lazy. But got what my wife wanted but hey it is a big box store maybe I shouldn't expect stellar service at those places.

I just left 5 min ago after over an hour but they couldn’t return my stuff. I spent so much money for build my house but just return few hundred dollar but I were not lucky to have Kelsey ( so lazy) help me but mess up my return. Idk why Tonia left and let her do it!! I’m left the store but so mad after over an hour sty there for her play a game! Serious work girl!! If you don’t want to work then quit!! DO NOT WASTE CUSTOMERS TIME!! I’m so mad!!

Went in the other day, and thought I was going to have a terrible experience when I stopped at the end of an aisle, and asked some old guy for help, and he said to wait a minute, and just disappeared. That's when a nice young gentleman was walking past eating some chips. I assume he was on his break. I asked if he could help me, and he immediately stopped to see what I needed. Trey (Mayne), not only helped me with the information I required, but led me to a couple locations to find the things I was looking for. If you're in this home depot. Make sure you look him up for some help. You won't be disappointed!

This is as good as Home Depot gets. I really like to order ahead online and pick it up. Sometimes or most of the time the customer service counter is busy so you have to wait a few minutes. If you have a small order, they will put it in a locker and you can make a quick pick up.
I shop here often and I can’t think of a time where they were out of stock of the items I needed. That is a huge plus in a big box store.

I would typically never reveal a large corporation like this. But I just had an experience at the Great Falls. Montana location with a guy named Elias. And he definitely was a people person. And took care of everything. I needed him too. His hair wasn't perfect and he wasn't wearing a suit and tie, but he made me feel like a human and did it with a smile. His willingness was 1000%

I attempted some shopping recently at the local Great Falls home Depot. I ended up purchasing 3 gallons of primer, a 7 inch diamond bit saw blade, and a new Mowen kitchen faucet. Still got about 3 billion dollars worth of stuff to spend there. I guess I got to figure out a few things. I'm working on my second billion currently... Because I gave up on my first!

We had went in looking for something and could not find. We tried to get the attention of about 6 employees and they gave no response. We left out of frustration and decided to call management just to bring it to their attention. The manager on duty went above and beyond to rectify the situation.

Horrible customer service. There is only 2 people that work there that actually do their jobs. You have to hunt someone down to get answers and then they just give you the run around because they don't know what they are doing. How about hiring competent people that actually want to work and help people.

Super helpful staff, and solid deals on power tools not all the time, but regularly. Jack was super helpful for me in tracking down any and all tools I wanted to look at during a specific sale that was going on.

I ordered a wood counter top and after I got it home I found damage that was not found at store. I called the manager that I dealt with, Kevin, we agreed to keep it because of how long it took to get in and he told me that I would get credit to my account. Since then I have called and gone in to talk to him but have yet to get at least a call back. This not good customer service at all. Will most likely shop elsewhere from now on.

Called ahead and came to pick up an order I've been waiting on for a while (kind of late at night because I live a couple hours away.) At first they said they couldnt get to the items pulled, but then we spoke to the manager and he took care of it lickity split. Employees Cody and Jarret did everything in their power to ensure we were satisfied with how our items were loaded and that we got everything we needed, even getting some cardboard to ensure out items weren't harmed during travel. Amazing service for 8:45pm. How it should be! Thank ya'll.

If I could put 0 stars I would. NEVER EVER order from Home Depot. We decided to order counter tops June 3rd. We were told 1 week, 5 weeks later the counter tops arrived but no end caps. They reordered the end caps. We were told 1 week, 4 weeks later end caps half the length came in. They were reordered. 2 months later…. Still nothing. I kept calling and it kept getting pushed. Well I called yesterday and they came in but couldn’t be located and I was never notified, they were never going to tell us or reorder them until I had called to look into it. So we are now reordering them again. It has been 5 full months since the original order and we are given another 4 week estimate and who knows if they will even come in a that point. It will be at least 6 months but who knows if they will come then. We have counter tops with no end caps and doing our best to avoid damage.

I purchased a hot point washer and dryer 2 years ago brand new it was a big purchase for us and we expected to have them for years but my washer has completely broken and my dryer isn't any better !
There is only a 1 year warranty!
I feel like a brand new washer and dryer should last longer !
Hot point brand was not a good buy for us I don't recommend for any family looking for a new set !

Stopped in Friday Sept 6 around 4ish to pick up some supplies and tools. Wanted to buy a tool that was inside a locked area. Tried to find someone to help but no luck. Saw one young man walking towards me so I asked if he could help me, he said no and kept walking. Went to checkout and asked if I could get someone to help me. Waited another 5 minutes but no one showed. So I set my other stuff down and left to buy elsewhere.

Can't always find someone to help, but when you do, the staff are very friendly.
Other than that, it's the orange big box store and has most if what you need.

Quality of the plywood sheathing is horrible. Service is hit and miss. Overcharged me for lag bolts despite me trying to show the correct size. Had a piece of black steel cut. Wouldn't take the plastic ends off for a true measurement. Employee cussed and complained the entire time and sold me one with poor reaming and threads. Can't make it work. Waste of time and money at this place.

The Gentleman named Ken was spectacular! I asked for his assistance and without hesitation, he was there! He works at the 3103 Store, I believe that it's the store number, in Great Falls, Mt. Elderly Gentleman, Fantastic! You did great in hiring him.

We went in to buy a grill today and it wouldn't fit into the car. Samantha or Sam as she goes by was very helpful and kind in rounding up the tools necessary to make it fit into the car for us! I love shopping home depot, especially with customer service like Sam provided us! She went the extra mile! Thanks Sam!

Laura in the Great Falls MT Home Depot flooring department was wonderful to work with when selecting a new area rug for our home. Tell me how you really feel. For anyone wondering... Home Depot has a new (month old) policy that if you want to get an appliance you have to pay 29 dollars for shipping. To THEIR store. I live about 40 miles out of town and they wouldn't deliver to me. Understandable, but charging me to ship it to them seems like a very cheap way to make a buck. Mind you, they have nothing in stock and do not allow the purchase of floor models. So ordering is a must if you want an appliance. It's a pretty good scam. The real kicker was getting updates saying that it was going to be delivered to me soon and to make sure that *I* checked the product for quality before I accepted the order. Well I don't live at home Depot, so that's going to be a problem. However on the receipt it says I was charged for "home delivery" so I guess if I want to live at Home Depot...that is an option for me now.

It's a typical home depot except the carpet dept is horrible. I spent 2 weeks trying to buy carpet for my entire house, spent the 50 bucks for them to come measure, drove into town and no one could help us. We went back 2 more times and called several times with zero help. We finally cut our lose and took our money elsewhere to a company who was glad to help us.

Have been back several times since. They would not honor their battery exchange even though I was within the warranty time frame and the dark haired lady at self checkout added almost a half a foot to the specialty wood trim I was buying.
