The Home Depot - Washington Court House, OH

They more selection than Lowe's but their employees are clingy and follow you around, I like to find my items and then if I can't ask for help

Paid for a subcontractor through home depot to come measure and hang doors. Lied to say that I tried to pay him under table after I paid through home depot. Took pictures of my dog and was friendly but just didn't want to drive to my rural home. Will take my business to competition

If I could give zero stars I would! The short guy in the wood department had a very bad attitude, we asked for the price of something and his response was look at the arrows on the price tag, then we needed more board moved causing an even worse attitude.

As we were waiting for more boards to be moved two women asked for help to get a door to there vehicle he completely ignored them but when a man asked a question he happily helped him right in front of the women then when he finally answered the two women and when they walked away he turned to another employee and rolled his eyes saying they need help moving a door before finally helping.

All in all he is very bad with costumers, very bad attitude, and doesn't seem to like him job, he didn't like helping any of us. Thank you.

We have visited the paint area many times in the past couple of weeks. Josh the paint department employee is the best. Very helpful. Offers recommendations and truly knows about paint. Appreciate him so much. Thanks again

Go to Rural King next door first. If they don't have it then go there and spend the money.About on par with Lowe's. Each one does something a little better but it's okay.

We would like to give a shout out to Becky, Flooring Manager. She has been a huge help to us while we remodel our newly acquired home. She is very knowledgeable of products and services that are available. Her ability to listen to our thoughts and ideas and make recommendations is priceless. Coming in contact with such an eager Sales Consultant is refreshing in today’s Self Help Marketplace.

I saved $30 buying my pallet of wood pellets here, compared to the pallet I bought from a competitor in town and those were recycled material. Not real wood. They broke up easily, turning to dust and clogging the auger on my pellet stove.

The lady that was working the register area down by lumber was so very helpful. I appreciated her effort, and her kindness very much

Becky Jennings was the "go to" lady. She helped us tremendously with kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, flooring & more. She was very friendly, knowledgeable & if she didn't know, she found out! Thank you

Their credit dept are the absolute worst even with a 625 credit score an 55k/year in income an still couldn't get their lil punk credit card to get an acct... when I do decide to shop for the materials for this or any of my future purchases for the entirety of my life I will never use them nor will I empower them in my commu whatsoever. With times as hard as they are an the fact that I even have a decent credit score or the financial means to back it. Is clearly enough to establish something should it not be? Smfh absolutely ridiculous. I hope they close like the rest of the vultures. Sadly use to be one of my favorites, oh well there are way more options anyhow. Thanks for being part of the problem, instead of the solution!
