The Home Depot - Scottsboro, AL

Home Depot has the worst self-checkouts out of any store I have ever been to. I would rather use Dollar general's self-checkouts. Home Depot has become the king of asking useless and stupid questions barcodes that don't work and why the hell do I need a job number to buy a freaking soda? Self-checkouts are dumb anyway, but home Depot has taken it to the next level

Home Depot used to “meet and beat” competitor’s prices for the exact same item. They don’t do that anymore. Save your time and money buying everything on Amazon. Home Depot won’t even match their own in-date advertised sale prices in the Scottsboro Alabama store. I was a Home Depot employee for multiple years, and it’s sad to say their customer service has plummeted to rock bottom. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went in to get 2 samples of paint recently, young lady told me after waiting 10 mins at counter, looks like you are going to be here a while and walked off! This is UNACCEPTABLE! I have worked at Home depot (store #4743, worked in garden & paint) part-time and this would have never happened there!

Savannah took care of us today when we were ordering blinds. She was so conscientious and knowledgeable and somehow stayed pleasant even though we had a difficult order. I’d be thrilled to have her for an employee!

I love my home depot! I bought new appliances for my kitchen. And the lady that took care of me.Her name was kim. She was outstanding a very good salesperson. She went above and beyond she most definitely deserves a raise... What a great experience!

l go to Home Depot for lumber or lights or paint.they even sell beautiful carpet..which l'll be picking some out for a bedroom soon..and their appliances are so affordable, l have found a very nice refrigerator & will be getting it later this month..Santa may bring it..HO HO HO!!!

Stay away from this Home Depot! Twice in a row I did the online pick up. First time I got an email stating it was ready. Went in the store was redirected from the online order line to customer service line. After a wait there was told to go to lumber to get order (guess what stood in line) . They did not have it. Went in the store and pulled my order myself and walked out. Next order was showing ready from pick up drove 25 mile to get it only for them to tell me “we are out of that product “! Go to Lowes in Ft Payne! Never again at this Home Depot!

One associate helped me from start to finish, I had all my purchases assembled and delivered. The process was stress free and Im loving my items.

Appreciate getting what we need and out the door. Cashiers are always so nice!! Clean store! Still good selection of perennials.

Came here to look at a storm door. They did not have what I wanted. I'm going to have to go to the other store. It seemed like the service was lacking in the store but certainly better than the big box store in fort Payne.

These folks are always very helpful. We've ordered some heavy items recently and needed several employees to assist in loaded. They've been terrific.

They had some isles closed and staff was not easy to find for assistance. They did however have a good selection of merchandise. So if you show plan to be a while unless you know the store real well!! Update! Their sales people are SO HELPFUL!! I am disabled and have trouble walking, and Karen at the pro desk was SO NICE to me!! She searched the store for me a handicapped chair and brought it to me! See pic!

Home Depot is known for horrible lumber and plywood, and this store keeps the tradition going. 90% of the staff are useless if you have questions and good luck finding the few that have some knowledge. They are well stocked and normally have what you're looking for. Most all items are made in China or other foreign countries. It's just your typical big box store.
