SERVPRO of Jackson and DeKalb Counties

I had a problem with a ServPro franchise that is no longer in business. I don't fault any other franchise for not taking ownership of the issue. It wasn't their fault and it was 5 years ago.

This ServPro has not done any work for me. The reason I'm giving them a good rating is that one individual, Tyler Arnold, wanted to help and did "go to bat" for me. I think it was above and beyond the call. He didn't have to give me the time of day, but tried. He returned calls and messages.

I would hire them if needed.

Charles was absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, he was thorough, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. We were in a tough spot, and he went above and beyond to come through for us in a BIG way. Thanks to Charles, our crawlspace is not only secure but even better than before. If you’re looking for top-notch service, I can’t recommend Servpro and Charles enough!

Tyler, Dylan, and Drake were the 3 that came to my house when I had some water damage from Hurricane Helene. They were very prompt, professional, and courteous. Thanks to the whole team for all the work.

THE SERVPRO group from Jackson / Dekalb Counties just cleaned up fire and smoke damage.
Their effort , attitude and knowledge were awesome !
They worked for nearly 2 weeks and did exactly what they said they would do and more.....It was a pleasure to have them in our home.

My town was devastated with a flood. This team worked day into night to help clean and restore. I appreciate all the hard work they did. Not just with my house, but many, to help us get back in our homes and pick up the pieces.

Extremely helpful in every aspect. I appreciated their willingness to answer any and all questions and made this experience extremely easy for me. Definitely will be using them in the future if needed.

SERVPRO did a job for a client in Scottsboro. Tyler went above and beyond the clients and my expectations. His crew paid utmost attention to detail. I highly recommend them for any kind of cleanup.

These guys were called in the middle of the night, probably around 4 o'clock in the morning, and they were there by 10 o'clock the next morning, which happened to be Memorial Day! They went right to work to fix my problem. While on vacation, my waterline busted under the kitchen sink, and I had 16,000 gallons of water on the first floor. They worked and dried out my house and then took care of the mold and I will be forever indebted to these guys. They stayed on my insurance until they got permission to take up the flooring, which helped prevent mold taking over even more. They also took it off the property!!!

Servpro did an outstanding job in responding and cleaning after a kerosene mishap in our garage that caused soot to circulate throughout our entire house. Thank you, Servpro team!

Tyler and his team did an awesome job on my parent’s home restoration after severe soot damage! They had the house safe for my parents to move back into within 10 days. Cory cleaned our living room carpet and dining room rug it was amazing how clean and nice smelling the house is.

Cody and his team helped me get my mold and mildew problem under control. Cody made sure I was taken care of and everything was done correctly.

I can not say enough about how helpful this company is! I have never had a water leak before and when I did I called Servpro. Joey Hinkle was at my house the next morning! He reassured me that they would take care of me and help me through the process of cleaning up and repairing. Joey, Alberto, Danny and Jeff came back and they came in prepared!! They made sure to check for any mold and to check all areas for moisture. They removed debris and cleaned up. I wish all contractors were this amazing.

This company is great! They came in my home and have helped me feel as if everything is gonna be ok. I never realized how much work goes into a home after water damage. I honestly would not have known what to do when beginning this process. Joey and his team at Servpro made me feel like family. I would give him 10 stars if i could! We had a bad backup from a septic problem. We had nasty water in our living room and it even collapsed the bedroom ceiling my sons sleep in. Luckily no one was in there at the time but we called Serv-Pro and they came immediately. We were at a loss of what we needed to do and the team they sent was awesome in every way, Joey, Sarah, and Zac really took care of us and even helped us find a great plumber after the first one we called tried to rip us off! I will use Serv-Pro first and foremost for any emergency of this sort again.

A tree branch went thru my roof. Servpro was quick to respond to tarp my roof to keep further damage from happening. They inspected the inside of my home to make sure there was nothing wet or damaged. When it came time to get my roof replaced they were very quick, professional, and got the job done. I highly recommend them.

Our business had a wonderful experience with Serv Pro of Jackson/Dekalb. We had an issue that needed to be resolved quickly. Tracy Furgerson was very easy to work with. He came out right away and provided us with an estimate. He talked to us through each phase of the process well after business hours.The issue was handled the very next day and we have no complaints.
