The Home Depot - Danville, VA

Home Depot is one of my favorite home improvement stores to visit. My only complaints are prices are always much higher and you just can never seem to find a sales associate. Now this is also a plus because unlike Home Depot’s counterpart; Lowes, where you just can’t seem to get away from someone asking you every few minutes if you need assistance ‍♂️. If Home Depot lowered their prices a little and had someone nearby that could offer help. This would be my only home improvement stores; hands down. Store is always clean and tidy and the Home Depot App tells me exactly where something is in store. I can definitely recommend Home Depot

Poor customer service. Found rocking chairs in store but wanted to order in another color. Stopped at front desk to order and another associated butted into conversation all rude asking us what our problems was ?? We explained wanted to order the chairs and in middle saying what color the rude associate points to the in stock chairs off to the side. Had to repeat we wanted to order chairs in different color. Rude associate hollered and told us to go home and order them! It's the audacity that I can't believe. Had we wanted the chairs that were in stock at store then obviously we wouldn't have went to front desk.

We need a stove so we went to local store. They had the one i wanted in stock and in a box and there system had it listed for sale. They even pulled it from the upper racks. But once we showed them the Lowe's price all of a sudden they could not sell it to me because it MIGHT be a display. The computer system said they had 102 in transit but I could not purchase that ONE. I have been a regular shopper since I like the Ryobi tools. NEVER AGAIN

I always love purchasing my plants from here. We spend a lot of time here bc my husband does remodeling so we are always here purchasing something. I always recommend Home Depot. Everyone that works there is always very helpful and friendly.

I like the store, but now all they have available is self-checkout. They don't have anyone available to check you out, but as soon as you check your items out yourself an employee swoops down on you and watches you like you are going to steal the store. Show your customers some
respect and offer checkout by a cashier. Makes me not want to bring my business here.

My company has an account where the cashier has to phone in for the card number, I was still in and out quickly. They even had somebody help load my gang box.

I purchased a $549 bath cabinet and during install it was exposed to some water. At the seams it took in water and swelled up. Home Depot refuses to allow it to be returned. The literal one job a bath cabinet has is to survive in the one room in the house where it will be exposed to water multiple times daily. It failed the first water exposure.

Place an order waited an hour finally went into the store and pick my own products went up to the register got my items and found out that they were still orders in the queue that weren't pick yet. If I hadn't have gone in I don't think the other orders would have been picked until tomorrow. But that lady that helped me pick out my items or help me get them was really nice and took me straight to the front desk to get the order completed.

Great place to shop for all your home needs and more. Also very helpful when you can’t find the items you need. They don’t point you in the direction where the idea is they walk with you to show you where it is. Yes they give you that kind of service. Thank you so much Home Depot for standing out above the other stores.

The staff members are always friendly and willing to help. They ask if you need help if it looks like you are searching for something

My husband & I went to Home Depot to get a new faucet for our kitchen. I was really satisfied because the variety that they had. We got rung up by this really sweet woman named Valerie. She was very helpful. Thanks again Valerie. Shopping day was great.

They tend to have a good selection at a good price but not always the most knowledgeable people. Yesterday, however, we were helped by several employees who were very knowledgeable and helped us make a big decision. Then, we were helped at customer service with the purchase and delivery arrangements. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond expectations.

Thank you for having my most favorite flowers and they were on sale yay

I found the most amazing tile at Home Depot and the tile girl was amazing. He spent a lot of time with me showing what I would need for the prep work and the best way to lay the tile. He was amazing and then, of course I walked by the garden center and saw all the miracle grow on sale and the beautiful flowers so I had to grab those And TY Helped Me it's employees like this that keep me a loyal customer to Home Depot because I'm old and they show me how to do things myself and help me picking out my tools and everything else that will be needed for all my projects and then of course I love love love your coupons Thanks guys for keeping Home Depot number one in customer service!! i'm putting your pictures up so people know how to find you You guys are amazing. Keep up the great work. I will be posting pictures of my yard later and the new tile job.
