The Admin staff communicated with me so well. I knew when my appointment was right away. I could track when the technician was going to be arriving and I knew what was and wasn’t going to be covered. Mike (technician) was professional and respectful and most important knowledgeable. He fixed the issue with no problem and advised me on what to look for in the future to prevent damage to my home. What I thought was going to be a miserable weekend is turning out to be a fantastic weekend! I woke in the night to 80* temp and after 5 hrs of tossing & turning. It was late enough to call for repair. I had never used Patriot before but the owners used to live down the street and I felt a good vibe so I called, and Rock Star Cody was here within 2 hours! On a Sat! And within another hour, my vents were blowing cool air! Now that’s a 10 ⭐️ rating to me but since Google only goes to 5, so be it. I will continue using Patriot and recommend them to anyone needing the services they provide. Thank you for making it possible for me to complain about how cold it is in the house again❣️

Service tech was very thorough and polite. Explained concepts I was familiar with to help me make a decision on my repairs. They also work with PSO on maintenance which saved me a good bit of money.

Thanks to Mr. Michael H.(Mike) for your military services as well as services our home. Michael was very knowledgeable,understanding of our concerns. He explained everything to the best of my knowledge on AC and air flow terminology. Thank God Everything check out fine only one of the rooms was slightly off from 69 - 70 degrees.

We had a new air conditioner installed by Jeremiah (JJ) and Ommy, a two-day project. They had the unit operational by the end of the first day. On the second day, JJ, Ommy, and Ryder arrived to complete the installation and clean the air ducts. The technicians demonstrated professionalism and did an excellent job, addressing my inquiries and advising me to contact them if necessary.

Nick was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the systems. plus Megan was kind with setting up my appointment over the phone. Patriot Air was fantastic the team replaced our entire system and was very professional and had an excellent work ethic. Diego did a great job on diagnosis of our older system while giving us a fair assessment. Jeremiah and Omi worked tirelessly to replace the entire HVAC to ensure our comfort needs were met. 10 out of 10 recommend this company for all needs. My AC stopped working this morning, I called Patriot and they were able to get me on their schedule same day right away. JJ was my technician, he was right on time as scheduled by Megan. JJ introduced himself and walked me through every step of his process while answering all the question I had, my unit was up and running within 30-40 minutes. Another outstanding experience with Patriot Air. The tech specialist today was Diego G. Not only was Diego courteous & friendly. He was super informative, knowledgeable, extremely detailed, and answered all my questions confidently. I highly recommend their maintenance plan. It's worth every penny to keep your units running smoothly.

Also, let's not forget plumbing specialist Dustin S. who came to checkout an issue with my plumbing. Dustin was quick to diagnose and explain the issue. He was courteous, friendly, and overall very knowledgeable.

Contact Patriot A/C after a different A/C company has been out to house to repair it. Diego was able to fix the A/C unit and find the leak that previous company couldn’t find. Diego was very knowledgeable and explained all the issue is a manner where it was understandable

Dustin was awesome, he talked me through each step, and what he would do next if that didn’t work. He was very concerned about keeping everything the cheapest that he could and kept the cost down for me the consumer. He’s very personable & extremely knowledgeable. My husband called Patriot Air Solutions to take a look at our upstairs AC unit that was having issues. Mike and Cameron installed a new Central Heat and Air unit and compressor. They were very professional and friendly. Mike made sure I understood everything they had done and I was informed on the type of filters and frequency they should be changed, as well as the use of the thermostat. Diego came out to do the maintenance on my 5 AC units today. He did a great job. Checked everything out cleaned the outside units and put in new filters on inside. Patriot comes out twice a year to do the preventive maintenance. Best thing I've done. Diego is very professional and keeps me informed on each unit and when he is finished. Couldn't be more pleased.
