He's fine for chimney cleaning. He's horrible with propane inserts. I've heard a lot of excuses from him lately like I'll get back to you or when I have free time I'll take a look at it. He installed our propane insert almost 7 years ago and it hasn't worked properly since. He has since ghosted me concerning it.

Needed help with a leak coming from my chimney. Mr. Jacob was able to send a guy out even with snow on roof and seal my chimney up. Knowing he was very busy this time of year and was able to get it done fast. I couldn't have been more happy for his help!

Don installed our new efficient Drolet wood stove and stove pipe. He and his crew were considerate, professional, and fun. Don also helped us be sure our wood stove would fit in its space with appropriate clearances prior to our purchase. He answered our phone calls and texts quickly as well. We highly recommend his services!

Don and his assistant were fantastic! Not only did they respond very quickly, they actually even came up with a better plan than I had, saving me quite a bit of money! They managed a complete 180 change of plans, and still completed the job in a day. They were both friendly, and very professional, and I would highly recommend them. They are now my chimney guys for life!

A+++ service! Don not only installed our woodstove and chimney cap, including new hearth pad, and cleaned both our stovepipes, he even sourced and installed a new stainless steel bracket for our exterior furnace stovepipe. No question or concern on my part was too minor to be addressed. He also did a complete estimate of the costs and sent it to us in writing before he started any work. The stove is now the centerpiece of the house. I will definitely call him when it's time to have our chimney cleaned!
