They came right out and patched my roof after a wind storm blew shingles off and they fought with my insurance company to get my entire roof replaced after my insurance company initially denied the claim. Zach stayed in communication with us, his team was professional and they did a great job! I would definitely recommend them

Grandel's did an outstanding job repairing my home after the April hail storm. From the time Sarah called me when I reached out for an estimate until Zach completed the work, the whole process was seamless and effortless because of their professionalism and follow through. Grandel's did an absolute amazing job remodeling our kitchen! They took out the wall in-between our living room and kitchen/dinning area (opening up our living spaces into one big room), built a custom kitchen island, installed new cabinets, countertops, and sink. The guys also installed new flooring throughout and hooked us up with a sick backsplash and all new lighting. Happy wife happy life!!

Zach, Jimmy, and the guys were awesome to work with and saw to every concern that we had. At the same time as our kitchen remodel we had another contractor refinishing our split entry way. When that contractor slipped on deadlines and didn't see to certain concerns, Zach and the guys stepped in and knocked the refinish out in style. We love the black railing and refinished posts.

Around the door on mom’s house was rotting. Little did she know the entire entry was “the door” and they don’t make them like they use to. After a couple of visits, she got what she asked for, replace the rotten boards, wrap it with the same color trim, and voila! A whole new door. Thank you Zach for listening to her and working out a solution that didn’t require a whole new front on the house. It’s beautiful and she is so happy with it!

Great experience working with Grandel's to replace an old porch stoop! They were able to salvage some of the existing concrete block to help defray some of the materials cost. Will definitely be contacting them for any future projects!

Grandel's did an amazing job replacing our rotted deck and surrounding water damage. The new deck is better in every way. The peace of mind knowing the rotted wood is gone and the new deck is installed right so water damage won't be an issue again is worth every penny.

We had hail damage from grapefruit size hail ... roof, gutters, fixtures and doors. Zach was here to do the estimate, contacted our insurance company, brought in his crews and got the job done. We didn't have to deal with the insurance guys. He handled it. We'll always use them.

After getting 6 different bids for our project we decided to go with Zach and his crew. We had heard wonderful things from several people who have used him in the past. Zach kept us informed throughout the project and explained everything step by step. I don't think there was a time throughout the entire process where Zach didn't return a call or a text within seconds. As it always happens with a large construction project, there were a few times where plans needed to be changed. Zach worked with us, explained things, and did everything possible to ensure that our garage was in fact everything that we wanted it to be. I wouldn't change a single thing about it. Every single person on the crew was extremely professional and in good spirits everyday. It truly was a pleasure to do business with Zach, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the future.

Zach at Grandel's Construction was great to work with. He handled everything for us so we didn't have to lift a finger and for a competitive price. They went above and beyond our expectations for our garage demolition and replacement. He was completely up front with costs and informed us throughout the process if anything was going to be more than anticipated (this only happened once with a very minor concrete issue).They handled everything from the concrete, to the electrical to the landscaping around it. We love our garage and could not be happier with Zach and his team. We will be using them again if we ever have any construction projects in the future.
