Ok, as a woman, I don’t get excited about a new roof. However, Pedro made this easy and was flexible with my schedule. I was impressed with additional coverage pushed for our house that initially was not added in the inspection. He did not need to do this. I didn’t ask for it yet, he felt it necessary. I appreciate that tremendously. I feel he really was looking out for our best interest. Recommend him fully. I do have to say that the time of arrival has to be communicated a little better. Not a big deal for most I’m sure. Im a little different when it comes to time. All of that said, Im very happy with the end result. I’m glad it’s complete and it looks beautiful. Thank you friends.

Timberline Roofing repaired my roof and siding after a hail storm. After the job was completed, I noticed the railing of my deck was not reattached to the house. It was loose and very dangerous. I immediately notified Colin Beckman, my contractor, but never heard from him. I was a single mom then and I didn’t know how to correct the problem. Finally after 2 years, a new contractor with Timberline came out to the house. He listened to me and it was finally repaired. I would never recommend Timberline after what I experienced. Customer satisfaction and safety is not their priority.

Timberline did an amazing job at my house. They completed four projects simultaneously.
A roof repair, redid my office ceiling from sheet rock to painting, attic clean-up and sprayed new insulation and finally new covered gutters for my house and garage. Projects went flawlessly due to the experience and expertise of their senior project manager Zachary (Zach) Vanheuklom who went above and beyond to ensure the timing and quality of work was as expected. I highly recommend this company not only for the quality of work but for the customer experience and confidence and trust they inspired. Pedro is incredible. I have referred him to many of my clients. He is so quick to get out and look at their damage. He then works with the insurance company so the client doesn't have to hassle. He's so honest. I've had him say people didn't have damage, but if he says they do, it always ends up the insurance company agrees. He then does excellent work.

Joe was the only contractor to quote the job like I asked - the others all missed important parts of work that I wanted done. He followed up on every detail and made sure everything was completed as agreed. The workers did a great job, everything was completed on time, and clean up was excellent.

I first saw a billboard on 35E in White bear. Needed a roofing contractor to repair and roof with outrigger trusses that were compromised. Dallas and his team did a great job repair the area.
Dallas did another job with a small leaking flat roof deck. He assembled a team to do the repair to stop the leak. I will continue to use Timberline for future projects and repairs.

Pedro and the team at Timberline did a wonderful job replacing the roof on our home. They took good care of our exterior, deck, driveway, etc while they worked, and they cleaned thoroughly after the work.

I've used Timberline twice now within the last few years. Once to replace/repair vinyl siding around a replacement door that was improperly installed by Lowes. And more recently to repair flooring and siding as a result of water seepage. I've specifically worked with Dallas and his crews, their excellent! and I'll be a customer for life when other needs arise.

Ryan was great to work with for our Townhome Association gutter job. I received a bid right away that was very reasonable compared to the bid our management company had gotten. The job was scheduled in a short period of time, and the gutters were put up during the winter. They look great and work very well. I would highly recommend Timberline for gutters or siding based on my experience.

Very experienced and knowledgeable company! My insurance company was giving me the run around after a storm totaled my roof. I've had what can roughly be described as four jobs done by Timberline, three supervised by Colin Beckman. I was very happy with the roofing and siding work, less happy with the painting. I was also frustrated by having to stay on top of the subcontractors, but have since learned this is pretty normal.

Colin is a very hard worker and very good with communication. He's an ace at navigating homeowner's insurance claims.

I think in his drive to perform and complete many jobs, he did less supervision of his subcontractors than he should have. We had a rough patch after a disappointing paint job on my front steps but he continued to be professional and restored my faith with the siding job after that.

I can recommend Timberline and Colin for siding and roofing. Make sure if you have any issues with the subs that you contact Colin immediately. If you work with them on painting I recommend you are 110% clear on what is expected beforehand. I didn't and it's partly my mistake and partly Colin's for not clearly managing expectations.

Joe at Timberline was excellent to work with, especially when I needed help dealing with my insurance company. From start to finish, Joe kept me up to date through the whole process. The crew did an excellent job, getting it done and cleaning up in 4–5 hours (avg. sized home). Highly recommended!

I left a BBB review and am doing this one.. Worked with Pedro on roof replacement and it was as good as re-roofing experience gets. It's naturally a scary prospect, but Pedro made a huge positive difference: he educated us about the process before we started, answering all questions, guided us each step of the way (even inspired my banker, mortgage holder, to say i was most prepared client he worked with in years - directly thanks to Pedro), and checked to make sure we were happy at the end of the process. The roof on our house in Brooklyn Center was old, damaged, and needed to be replaced. We reached out to Timberline at the recommendation of a family member who had worked with them in the past. Colin Beckman promptly reached out and scheduled an inspection. Colin was quick and professional, both guiding us through the process of submitting a claim to insurance and working with the inspector. After the claim was approved, Colin scheduled his crew to out less than a week later. He said the job should last about 8 hours. The crew arrived early and was done by lunch. The end result was a masterful job with an exceptional work experience.

From the first time Jeremy Matta visited our home to the final clean up of the site, every step of the way was very professional. The crews did an excellent job of removing and replacing shingles and gutters. The speed and efficiency of the crew was very organized. They arrived on time and were able to replace shingles within one day. The gutter crew also did an excellent job installing new gutters and downspouts. We would definitely recommend Timberline and all their personnel to anyone looking to have roof repair work done.

Our house had hail damage. We hired Colin Beckman with Timberline Roofing & Contracting as our project manager. He is very knowledgeable and worked with our insurance company to make sure we received the same new roof, two new windows, new gutters and some deck repair. He was also very responsive and notified us about any issues. I would definitely recommend him.

I would not have even gave them one star, but I had to put something down not an honest company they are in cahoots with Chando construction. Be afraid very afraid. If this company comes to your door, they have falsified contracts and have tried to.Restoration the contract. now I am out $8000 and they really don’t care. Chando construction has a rating of F through the Better Business Bureau.

Colin Beckman is the project manager for our home in Maplewood. We cannot say enough good things about this young man. So professional, so patient, so knowledgeable. We had struggled with our insurance company for over nine months. When Colin stepped in I we no longer had to deal with insurance. He took over and is continuing to work with them. We needed a new roof , siding and garage door repairs. After talking with Colin he gave us options. We decided to go with totally new garage doors, which are just beautiful. Colin helped us with color choices, allowing us to make our own decisions but also giving good advice. Never hesitated when we asked to see colors.....one more time. Whenever there was a question/concern Colin got back to us immediately. I mean immediately. No mater what time of day or even on a Sunday, Colin got back to us within a half hour. His priority was to make this a positive experience for us. Our roof workers were hard working and did a great job. The siding crew worked so hard and in really cold temps. They got the entire home sided in less than two weeks. Tear-off, wrap, siding and clean-up. We are the envy of the neighborhood. I'm not looking to further storm damage in the future, but I would have Timberline on speed dial if that happened. Colin is an asset as a Timberline employee. You are lucky to have him. Very pleased with our beautiful new cedar roof! Timberline provided an initial inspection and pointed out several areas of weather-related damage. They did a great job working with our insurance company and explaining details along the way. Very informative and never patronizing which I appreciated as a female facilities manager. I learned a lot about our roof throughout the process and will be better equipped to care for it for years to come. We have majorly upgraded the curb appeal and professional façade to our facilities. Having experienced nothing but frustration with another local roofing contractor who had a bear of a time getting our new roof and gutters scheduled within five months, we contacted Timberline who came to our assistance. Collin, our project manager, promptly met with us, scheduled the work and took care of the inevitable small problems which always occur without them becoming our problem. Due to shorter days, it was a two-day roofing job and a single day gutter replacement. The quality and workmanship was excellent. Collin said what they were going to do, and they did what they said….that is the primary requirement I have of any contractor. Would definitely recommend Timberline.

We had our roof replaced because of hail damage. Timberline roofing was easy to work with. They communicated well with our insurance company regarding having to replace skylights that were originally slated for repair. The roofing job itself was well done. The crew was friendly, and they worked hard They were meticulous in their work and in cleaning up afterwards. I only found about a dozen roofing nails in the week after they completed the job.

We had hail damage in May 2022. Our neighbors had Timberline reroof their house earlier this summer, and they highly recommended Timberline. We contacted Robert Farnsworth at Timberline, and he inspected our roof and reported that we had sufficient hail damage to warrant an insurance claim. We started the claim process with our insurance, and Robert coordinated with our State Farm Insurance adjuster to inspect the roof together. Our State Farm adjuster agreed that there was sufficient damage, and that State Farm would pay for a replacement. From that point forward Robert did a great job coordinating with us and with State Farm throughout the reroofing process.
The work crew did a great job protecting our house and landscaping from the reroofing process. The crew was friendly and worked very hard. The work was completed in a day and a half, and the crew did a fabulous job cleaning up the inevitable mess that reroofing creates.

Colin was great to work with when we were looking to upgrade our front doors and fix some problems with existing doors and windows (which were not purchased previously thru Timberline).He provided all the necessary material for us to choose both beautiful and superbly functional doors. The Timberline crew installed and fixed everything perfectly. They left everything looking better than when they arrived; even vacuuming behind themselves. After the estimation, the guy told me to wait 2-3 weeks for him to come fix my sidings. I called back after 3 weeks and he said to wait another 2 weeks. I called back again after 2 weeks and he said he’ll get to me the following week, but he never showed up. I had high hopes because they were respectful and responsive, but sadly the work never got done. Wished it could’ve been a better experience. Thanks anyway.

Robert & Tim were great to work with. After getting thru rain delays the job went very well. Work quality was great and the guys cleaned up the mess from doing the job! No nails found on the driveway or in the yard! I would recommend contacting Timberline.
